heyhihello everyone. since modern warfare III's early campaign access starts tomorrow (nov. 2nd), I thought to make a little psa about spoilers on my blog !!

I have early access to the campaign and will be playing it myself. my asks (both anon and not) will be closed until I've played it through. likely until around nov. 4th.

this is because I know that there are people who will stream it faster than I'll be able to play it, and I want to avoid spoilers.

I’ve got a big adopt batch I plan on posting soon, but I have decided, much to my own chagrin, that I’m going to need to implement a blacklist before I’m willing to release them. It’s very important to me that I maintain a sense of professionalism and decorum when selling my artwork and designs, and given the way that recent interpersonal conflicts have bled into business dealings within the community, I felt it necessary to make my motivations clear.

The most important thing I would like to convey is this: I am not and will not be using my blacklist as a form of retaliation or retribution for events unrelated to business. In my opinion, personal conflict has no place in the professional world, and that is, incidentally, the reason I am making this list.

Seeing how people react to conflict is a good litmus test for whether I am willing to do business with them. If I do not feel that someone values professionalism in the same way I do, I am not comfortable allowing them into my professional sphere. I want to feel confident that, should personal conflict arise between me and a customer, my business will not be roped into it.

With that said, I hope it’s understood that I have no intention of involving myself in other people’s personal lives or arguments that do not concern me. I do not want to give the impression that this blacklist is meant as a personal slight or a statement of any kind. It exists solely for my own comfort, based on statements made and actions taken publicly by those involved. Not everyone wants to conduct their business in the same way I do, which is perfectly fair— but that being the case, I do not wish to have them involved in mine.

I just got back to my dorm after a day of travel, so give me a moment to unpack and I'll post a preview and full TOS for you shortly ^^ I hope you guys like these designs as much as I do!

One of my favorite things to show people who aren’t familiar with digimon are the digimon evolution lines. Because most people will be familiar with pokemon and know linear evolutions, but the digimon lines look like this:

It’s because they’re literallyTamagotchis, as in they literally started out as Tamagotchi virtual pets but marketed towards boys. So they have a bunch of different evo trees depending how well or bad you raise them, how much battle experience they have, how much they weigh, etc. Which is so much fun :D

That is surprising to me and yeah I one hundred percent understand why people would be upset by that. It devastates me that fans don’t feel like the issue was taken care of the way it should have. I’m just sorry this all happened. I’m sorry that fans who’ve been with her from the start feel neglected and that their favorite person who they’ve supported feel silenfed. At this point I’m not sure what all we can do except continue to share the facts of what happened and spread Ana’s families information. It’s just so fucking sad and devastating all around.

I honestly get the sense that if a muse claims to be in love with her but can’t exactly tell her the reason why they’re in love with her, Vivian would have trouble believing them; in fact, she would probably think they’re in love with the idea of her rather than actually be in love with her for real.

This, frankly, is became Vivian is demiromantic, meaning she can’t really relate to people who would fall in love at first sight or catch feelings over a very short span of time, especially if they happen to be an adult. Like, she can understand people easily developing crushes on other people when they’re kids or teenagers (because she herself has gone through that), but if they are in their twenties, it becomes less plausible to her.

I mean, maybe it’s because it would personally take months or even years for her to end up liking someone that way, but either way, Vivian doesn’t fall in love with someone very easily... and on the off chance she does catch feelings, it takes a while for her to differentiate whether it’s platonic love or romantic love she is experiencing; regardless, it’s actually more common for her to lack the desire to be romantically involved with people she’s sexually attracted to, unless she somehow develops a strong, emotional connection towards them somewhere along the way... and even then, being in a relationship won’t necessarily make her happy, as I explained in this post here, because the more older she gets, the more disillusioned by romantic love she becomes..

Like, yes, she might agree to date your muse if they’re not a minor and someone she at least gets along with, but whether she would actually stay content in that relationship is another matter entirely. For example... as terrible as it sounds, Vivian might end up feeling frustrated in a relationship with another woman due to the fact she happens to like men more and might eventually feel trapped, because she isn’t allowed to play around with her sexuality or have male partners... or if she’s in a relationship with a man, she might end up getting the sense she has to focus less on fictional characters and more on him, so as to keep their relationship afloat, which would ultimately cause her undue stress.

Either way, I can see her possibly developing a deep-seated resentment towards a partner for trapping her in a relationship she feels she can’t escape from, so while she’s capable of being in a monogamous relationship, it’s really dependent on how much freedom she’s allowed to have and how much she has to compromise while in that relationship.
