Moon One.

Burrblur brought back three halfclan kits and refused to talk about their origin. Despite the protesting of one particular clanmate.

Sprucekit and Blotchkit are now Sprucepaw and Blotchpaw.

It had been. . .what? a moon since HATCHPAW's. . .less than dignified arrival to this new clan, that his previous clan had looked down upon through hisses and sneers as "To proud for their own good." or "Cat-killers." Though none of that mattered now. ROOKTREE had asked him to keep DAISYKIT from wandering too far.

His pelt felt like it was on fire as he wheezed whilst protectively standing over the injured, crying kit.

The threat was dead. The threat was dead. He sees this yet as he stared down at the twitching corpse, Staring at the bird's bleeding neck wound that had contrasted oh so sharply against it's brilliant green eyes that stared into his own terrified eyes before eventually going dull. The booming voices that rattled his mind soon fading away over-time, he wouldn't forget how striking the feathers looked, or how that wound had been there long before he pounced up to free the kit from the bird's dull talons.

". . .let's. . .get you to your mom, kit. . ." ROOKTREE is going to kill him....

Birdclan

I've seen people talk about their clangen clans, and I've just started a new one, so you can follow along about them :) The following are the starting cats of Birdclan, the cats without their roles given are either an apprentice or a warrior (I've added their personalities too);

Sleetstar (Leader, troublesome), Slightash (Deputy, childish), Frogpelt (Medicine cat, wise), Birdfrost (childish), Ashenstrike (strict), Yellowdust (patient), Skipfish (charismatic), Creekpaw (faithful), Amberpaw (playful) and Blotchpaw (patient).

MOON 1

Sleetstar is Blotchpaw's mentor, Slightash is Amberpaw's mentor and Yellowdust is Creekpaw's mentor.

Only one of the two are good mentors, I know it.

Sleetstar feels gloomy (he's pretty much an annoying old man-)

Sleetstar takes Amberpaw on a patrol, when they catch the scent of a fox - THEY SCARED BABY FOXES-

I love foxes.

Anyway-

Ashenstrike and Birdfrost just laze around.

Weeddapple joins the clan, and on her first patrol, she shoos off a rogue.

Also, she's a very pretty dilute calico-

Creekpaw is now Creeksplash!

And he looks like Firestar-

Sleetstar and Skipfish chase a badger off their territory.

Birdclan gets threatened by Slopeclan (probably making fun of them for naming their clan after prey-)

Weeddapple and Birdfrost approach a prey rich, deep ravine. Everything is fine.

Ashenstrike and Slightash come across a large rat, and they plan to eat the rat apparently-

Sleetstar has lost a life to old age, at 153 moons.

Amberpaw is now Amberpatch (and probably traumatised from her mentor's death-)

Blotchpaw doesn't like Creeksplash.

Ashenstrike is talking sh*t about Blotchpaw-

Creeksplash had an argument with Slightash

Blotchpaw and Ashenstrike smell a fox; and drive the fox and her cubs away.

Sleetstar and Birdfrost see a badger den ahead; they chase the badger from Birdclan territory to Slopeclan.

A LONER BRINGS KITS

The loner's name is Algestem, and his kits are Redkit, Nightkit, Baykit and Moorkit.

Amberpatch, Skipfish and Weeddapple hunt in another clan's territory.

Moon 4

Slightash retired (old lady-)

I'm gonna bully these cats.

Yet another fox and her cubs get driven away. I'm starting to think it's the same fox, over and over again.

Algaestream and Weeddapple come across a house while hunting; the hunt is successful and twolegless.

Blotchpaw and Creeksplash missed the prey, probably arguing.

Moon 5

Birdfrost has decorated himself with feathers after playing with them.

Blotchpaw is now Blotchleaf.

Skipfish adopts abandoned kits, and proceeds to have her own kit with Birdfrost.

I just noticed how pretty Skipfish is. What a pretty girl.

I'm assuming Bearkit is Skip and Bird's bio kit, bc he looks like Skipfish. Skykit and Morningkit, both toms, are adopted.

A patrol scares the fish away while hunting.

Birdfrost had a vision from StarClan; Amberpatch, Skipfish and Weeddapple talk him through it.

ROOKTREE purred as she led the soon to be medicine cat, COTTONPAW down the path to a moss covered cave, silently recounting the path shown to her in her dreams.

Two SWANCLAN cats sat beside each other, exchanging purrs and murmurs before the smaller cat turned her attention to the pair.

EGGPAW AND TIGERTAIL QUIZ ROOKTREE AND COTTONPAW ABOUT HERBS BEFORE LETTING THEM ENTER THE CAVE, WARNING THEM OF THE WATER THAT HALF WAY FLOODS THE CAVE.

COTTONPAW IS NOW KNOWN AS COTTONSHOCK, SHE HAS GOTTEN A MESSAGE FROM FLECKSTRIPE, HER ADOPTIVE FATHER.

SOON AFTER COTTONSHOCK FINDS A LITTER OF FOUR ORPHANED KITS AND BRINGS THEM BACK TO CAMP. ROOKTREE INFORMS THE REST OF THE CLAN THAT THE KITS WILL NEED TIME TO GRIEVE.

PEAR'S KITS HAVE BEEN RUNNING AROUND THE CAMP.

BLOTCHKIT HAS BEEN RENAMED TO BLOTCHPAW, UNFORTUNATELY BLOTCHPAW IS ATTACKED ON HIS FIRST PATROL OUT. HIS LEG WILL NEED TO HEAL BEFORE TRAINING.

AFTER A FEW SUNHIGHS OF SEARCHING, LEIF HAS JOINED THE CLAN. PURRING AND WALKING BY MULBERRYLION'S SIDE WHILST WALKING BACK.

Kestrelpaw sits up straighter as they're called forward to be made an apprentice. While they try to look calm and collected, they still tremble a bit as they touch noses with Civet

As Goatpaw touches noses with Cloveflower, they hope they'll get to do something that will really impress the Clan on their first day. Maybe they could catch a big, fat rabbit? Or chase off a fox! That'll show the Clan they're the best apprentice anyone's ever seen!

Blotchkit runs up to the front of the crowd, eager to get their new name. When they're called Blotchpaw for the first time, Wisteriaflare and Scorchbud's voices can be heard the loudest as the Clan welcomes the new apprentice under Cinnamonbreeze

Brindlekit runs up to the front of the crowd, eager to get their new name. When When they're called Brindlepaw for the first time, Wisteriaflare and Scorchbud's voices can be heard the loudest as the Clan welcomes the new apprentice under Cinderrip

As Elderpaw touches noses with Starlingstar, they hope they'll be a cool mentor that won't assign boring tasks. Anything but gathering moss or tick duty!

Scorchbud is watching with pride as Bushpaw is named and given to Rustkite to apprentice under. They know Rustkite was a good choice

Even though they are excited to finally be made an apprentice, it takes a bit of coaxing by Dropletblotch for Ramkit to step forward for their ceremony. Dropletblotch watches in pride as they're named Rampaw and touch noses with Morningrose

Lyrekit has always wished to be the hero of their Clan, a warrior admired by all. Heavystalk hopes, while Lyrepaw touches noses with them, that they are going to stay wary of the dangers of their territory and not endanger themself
