My Breaking Bad Warriors AU!! ^_^
Kingstar/Kingpin (Gus) - Leader of CrystalClan for many many moons, until a surprise attack from a certain tom takes all 9 lives from him... Constantly heartbroken over the loss of his mate who was murdered years ago.
Bluewhisker (Walter) - Deputy of CrystalClan... Until he gets ambitious. Since he’s a feral sphynx cat, this means that he never gets washed, which is a must for sphynx cats. He smells terrible. Mate of Skyflower.
Pinkweed (Jesse) - Once apprenticed by Bluewhisker, now a full-grown warrior. Him and Bluewhisker may be up to some shady things in the Dark Forest...
Skyflower (Skyler) - Warrior of CrystalClan. Unhappy mate of Bluewhisker. Perhaps, she may leave him...?
Breakfastpaw (Walter Jr.) - Apprentice of Crystalclan, currently in training to becoming a warrior.

Since we're sharing stories, let me tell you the most heartwarming one that's played out in my clan. It revolves around two sisters, Beetlebud and Bluewhisker.
When they were kits they had an interaction where they vowed to both become the greatest warriors ever, Beetle being adventurous and Blue being shameless. While both mellowed out as they grew older, with Beetle learning there was more to being a great warrior than glory (turned loving despite being a formidable fighter) and Blue discovering a passion for history, they remained close through adulthood.
At one point Beetle had become mates with a daring female former rogue (named Tinyhowl) whom Blue also had a crush on, and when Blue eventually confessed Tiny was interested and Beetle was willing to share. They went on to adopt and raise 5 kits across 3 litters together.
Cut to many moons later, and the current leader dies. Both sisters were close to her, and are grieving. Beetle is the current deputy, but had a broken bone. I checked her relationships and there was no one who wasn't retired that she had higher regard for than her sister Blue, so Blue is appointed deputy to keep the clan running.
Only Beetle never recovers. Two moons after becoming the acting leader she dies from her injury before ever having the chance to commune with Starclan for her nine lives. Blue spends the vigil staring at the stars and wondering if her sister was one of them.
But sure enough, when Blue travels to receive her nine lives, Beetle is the last one to step forward and proudly give her a life "for endurance in the face of any hardship," and leads the cheer of Starclan cats in hailing her sister by her new name.
And when they finally meet again, they'll both have been stars. These two live in my head rent-free, I stg 😂
BRO THIS IS SO SAD WTF. the siblings :(((

Warriors Messenger
or something like that.
Here by (un)popular demand.
Yoosung: As a Warrior, his name would be Tawnyheart. (I know his hair is naturally brown but work with me here. Tawny is like... in the middle.) -heart tends to represent cats with great kindness and loyalty. Tawnyheart was a promising apprentice who looked to become one of the best hunters in the Clan, but after the sudden death of his cousin Lionblossom he sank into a deep depression. He still does his job, but refuses to go on patrols with Bluewhisker. As a reader, he'd like Firestar, the main protagonist. Yoosung would be into a hero who rises from the outside, from nothing, into the greatest cat of legends.
Zen: A Warrior named Silvertail. (Yes I chose -tail for his ponytail.) Some jealous Clanmates call him Silvertongue because he's extremely popular with the ladies. Constantly surrounded at Gatherings by young she-cats. A fair fighter and hunter who claims to be proof that even StarClan can make mistakes. As a reader... who are we kidding? He wouldn't read Warriors. He'd start sneezing somehow. He'd totally be a PJO kid and claim to be a son of Aphrodite.
Jaehee: A Warrior named Willowfur. She doesn't think she's particularly skilled at anything, but the deputy Ravenfrost finds her to be a level-headed thinker and a talented fighter, so he often calls upon her for assistance. She wishes more cats would adhere to the Warrior code. As a reader, Jaehee would appreciate Leafpool for her struggles in finding her dreams and sticking to them, despite everything thrown at her.
Seven: A medicine cat with mysterious origins. He appeared as a loner, but Bluewhisker pleaded with the leader to take him into their Clan. His birth name is Rust, but as a medicine cat he takes the name Russetflower. His mentor tried to insist on Russetblaze, but he was adamant about -flower being part of his name. He consults StarClan for a lot of his troubles, but he refuses to go to Gatherings. Don't mention Robinstar, the leader of that neighboring Clan, around him. As a reader, a huge Bramblestar fan. He's kinning him. Oh no. Bad dad squad.
Jumin: Here's that deputy Ravenfrost! He seems cold, but he's just highly analytical and a skilled organizer. He'll be a great leader someday once his father, the current leader, loses all of his lives. He's very curious about StarClan and can chat to the medicine cats all day about them. Not a cat of many words or much tact, but he's respected throughout the Clan. As a reader, he'd be VERY into the tragic love story between Bluestar and Oakheart.
V: The aforementioned Bluewhisker. (-whisker tends to identify sensitive, perceptive cats.) He was once the best hunter of the Clan, but after the death of his mate Lionblossom, his skills (and perhaps his sight?) have gone downhill. He often visits Russetflower, but if anyone asks him, he's perfectly healthy. He knows more about the mysterious rogue Thorn than he's willing to let on. As a reader, he'd really like Graystripe! Not for the humor exactly, but for his resilience after the loss of his first love.
Saeran: As Unknown, he'd be Thorn, a rogue who works for his savior who he claims is more powerful than StarClan themselves. In Ray's own route, he'd be Rose. His birthname would be Rose and it's the name he'd insist upon, despite his complicated feelings towards the rogue who gave birth to him and the father he never knew. In his good ending, Russetflower would eagerly take him into the Clan. Saeran would then take a proper Warrior name: Roseblaze. As a reader... Saeran would probably really like Spottedleaf. He'd cry over her. (Me too, Saeran.)
Vanderwood: A loner named Leopard who looks out for Rust/Russetflower. Quite the mysterious cat with a foul tongue, a foul temper, and some foul claws if you find yourself on the other end of them! As a reader, Vanderwood would adore Yellowfang but never admit it.
Rika: Formerly known as Lionblossom, she left to form her own band of rogues who'd been scorned and abused by StarClan. She'd take on the name Minteye as the "savior." (I COULDN'T HELP IT.) As a reader, big fan of Mothwing, everyone's favorite atheist medicine cat with a troubled background.
— Submission
Brought to you by @doridoripawaa who has clearly spent all morning thinking about Warrior Mystics, and me, who has heard this spiel for a while now. Saeyoung being Brambleclaw is something they've said more than enough times for me to remember the name of one cat in this series. I think I cried about Saeyoung naming himself with a neat flower in mind... it's like how he named himself Luciel!
He does that so he never forgets Saeran. It's the same sentiment and my God, it'll do it to 'em. It's just... this time he's doing it as a cat and that's who he is. You're right. He kins cats so hard that this is just one of those universes where he's in his element. V is being V over here in every way possible. He needs a nuzzle or something to cope with that cat trauma... because Rika literally being called Minteye is going to be the thing that sends me into a laughing and sobbing fit, help me, oh my God.
VANDERWOOD LEOPARD. Jumin leader cat... that's so true... that's who he is... someone get him some catnip to cope with this situation if possible. He needs it. Jaehee being a cat... she would tell everyone to follow the rules, that's who she is. I would enjoy seeing her kick a lot of ass since there's space for that to happen here! She fights some cat just cause'. Well, it's not like Jumin would do it. He's made for the planning squad.
Is it bad that I wanna see Yoosung and Zen be a buddy-cop duo in the cat universe? Because I think they'd have compelling chemistry. They need to cope with their cat trauma and being together canonically is what often helps the both of them grieve and work through things. I'd love to see that. Because Yoosung is clearly not going to go out with V and deal with that. That'd be a.... cat fight.
Anyway, I wish I could delve more into it but I did not read the cat books as a child. If you crave more of this splendid content, you're gonna have to take it up with the creator of this AU. They're the one with the brains that came up with all of this canon.

A guide to Augur AU
As my longest solo project (sans a guest addition) and most developed AU, as well as on a request from an anon, I thought I'd make an introduction post and masterlist to the sprawling mess that is augur AU. So, without further ado!
So, what is Augur AU?
Augur AU is the universe in which my series to Aaron and his sons is set. The basic premise is to flip the script on the medicine cats can't have kits rule. Now instead they must because the position is hereditary. They also engage in the making of marriage alliances by transfering their kids across Clan lines, because I really like arranged marriage and marriage alliance drama and it felt fitting to include.
I first floated the concept way back when I was still posting Warriors content to my main blog (@aerial-jace). Since then I've talked a lot about my ideas and worldbuilding for this universe. I consider the Ao3 series the only definitive source of canon, any concept I throw around on my blog is subject to chane at any time for any reason unless it's already been established in an entry on the series.
Why is it called to Aaron and his sons?
The title is a Biblical reference, more specifically it is pulled from Numbers 3:5-10 as quoted in the NIV (New International Version) translation.
5 The Lord said to Moses, 6 “Bring the tribe of Levi and present them to Aaron the priest to assist him. 7 They are to perform duties for him and for the whole community at the tent of meeting by doing the work of the tabernacle. 8 They are to take care of all the furnishings of the tent of meeting, fulfilling the obligations of the Israelites by doing the work of the tabernacle. 9 Give the Levites to Aaron and his sons; they are the Israelites who are to be given wholly to him. 10 Appoint Aaron and his sons to serve as priests; anyone else who approaches the sanctuary is to be put to death.”
The passage refers to the establishment of the two priestly castes present in Judaism, the levites and the kohanim, which felt appropriate for a series all about exploring the concept of medicine cat as a hereditary priestly caste. Although the series is not meant to be a commentary on any real world religions, least of all Judaism, it still felt appropriate to turn to a Biblical reference for a title just due to how important and widely read the Bible is as a work of literature.
What is a patrician, an augur, and a matriarch/patriarch?
Patricians are the direct descendants of Moth Flight through the lineage of one of her kids: Blue Whisker, Bubbling Stream, Spider Paw, and Honey Pelt (or as the modern clans know them Mothflight, Bluewhisker, Bubblestream, Spiderpool, and Honeypelt). They are the only ones allowed to become augurs which is the term for medicine cats.
In order to not dilute the patrician status too much, only cats with an augur parent or grandparent are considered true patricians. Cats whose closest augur ancestor is a great grandparent don't qualify. So, for instance, while Sandstorm was an augur, neither her daughter Squirrelflight nor her granddaughter Sparkpelt were, thus her great grandchildren Nightheart and Finchlight aren't either.
A patriarch or matriarch is the most senior augur in a Clan, with preference for an augur born in the Clan they reside in. So, for instance, at the start of the story Sandstorm is the matriarch of ThunderClan and under her are the augurs: Leafpool (ThunderClan born) and Crowfeather (WindClan born). Although Crowfeather is 6 moons older than Leafpool, at Sandstorm's death it's Leafpool who gets the matriarch title instead of Crowfeather getting the patriarch title.
As the originators of the augur bloodline, Mothflight and Micah are often given the titles of The Matriarch and The Patriarch. Although it's usually Mothflight alone who's given a lot of press and importance given she was the one directly chosen by StarClan to be the first augur and he was just the matching set of chromosomes to create the lineage founders.
Fun aside about why I chose those terms particularly: I wanted to give them a Roman aristocracy vibe, particularly because in my research as I was looking for terms to replace medicine cat and such it came up that priestly offices in the Classical Greek and Roman world were often hereditary. Thus patrician for the caste, and augur (a term for a diviner/priest that reads the future in bird flight patterns) for the profession. Matriarch/patriarch was almost going to be materfamilias/paterfamilias, but I decided on English instead of Latin as to not seem too pretentious.
What is The Gift of the Patricians?
The Gift of the Patricians, also commonly called just The Gift, is a set of hereditary health conditions and neurodivergences that have been reinforced in the patrician bloodline through generations of intermarrying. These include traits that are seen as positive (such as autism or ADHD, seen as signs of closer spiritual connection to StarClan) as well as those that are seen as negative (such as hip dysplasia, a condition interpreted as a sign that the natural place of a patrician is inside the augurs' den and not out and about as a warrior).
Not all patricians are what the Clan cats call gifted but it's very, very common in the bloodline. Other conditions that often present in gifted individuals include but are not limited to: epilepsy, diabetes, and dementia. Jayfeather's blindness in particular is something I want to emphasize is NOT due to The Gift. It may be congenital but it is not genetic at all.
So, are the patricians all inbred?
Most are to a degree, yes! Outsider blood does enter the bloodline with some regularity. Sandstorm and Firestar, Ashfoot and Deadfoot, Leopardsun and Stonestar, and Littlecloud and Tawnypelt are all examples of augurs taking a mate outside the bloodline. But because of how important augurs are to the foreign policy of their Clan, they often are offered up to the augur of another Clan as a mate as a way to seal marriage alliances.
More often than not, an augur taking a non-patrician mate is done as a way to legitimize a controversial deputy choice or otherwise give them a popularity boost.
What's the family tree situation?
You can consult it right here. Beware spoilers, it goes all the way to Shadowsight and the plot of to Aaron and his sons is only just getting to late Po3. Might merit an update. The fact they don't go all the way back is intentional in most cases. For the sake of my sanity, the ThunderClan patrician lineage only goes as far back as Spottedleaf.
EXTRA!
Posts containing ideas I've thrown around for augur AU. Some explain background events a little more. Some touch upon the future of the series beyond the core plot of the Jayfeather & Willowshine arranged marriage love story. Some are possibilities I'm deliberating for said main plot.
A potential explanation for why Leopardsun and Stonestar are still lovingly married in spite of TigerClan
Unexplored Crowfeather angst
Why was Willowpaw born when her parents were relatively old?
Berrynose, Hazeltail, and Mousewhisker
The politics of WindClan
Ashfoot angst
Littlecloud & Tawnypelt
Daisy's second litter
Needletail's reaction to being roped into all this
SkyClan's reaction to this weird tradition
The current generation of ThunderClanners (Nightheart, Finchlight, Bayshine, Myrtlebloom, Graykit, Stemkit, and Bristlekit)
Frostpaw
As well there are dozens of mini AUs built off this one contributed on by the anons in my inbox. I could give y'all a guide to those as well, but this one has run on long enough.
Hope this was a useful introduction to augur AU for the uninitiated. Hope I can keep creating content y'all will enjoy.

I’ve been looking into the family trees of warrior cats to understand how I’d want to interpret characters, and I decided to look into the very beginning with the founders.
I’ve used two speculative ideas in my study that the founders firstly established the rule of hereditary leadership, which means that the kin of that founder is only fit for leadership of their clan. This rule was changed with the code of deputies replacing leaders in Code of The Clan’s chapter, “Follow the Leader” with Robinwing and Maplestar.
My second idea is that the order of rules in the warrior code is chronological, the rule of deputies replacing leaders is the eighth one listed. That means leaders mentioned in previous chapters of Code of the Clans are possible descendants of the founders!
Again, this is all speculative, up to my own thinking and nothing is confirmed as cannon. With this though, I’ve found interesting things. They’re listed under the cut!
Applying the old rule that kin of the original leaders must lead the clans after they pass, Thunderstar’s (Thunder) adoptive brother, Owl Eyes became leader after him. This was apparently acceptable, and I don’t doubt there was other exceptions afterwards. Owlstar the second and Whitestar may be related to Owl Eyes and his parents. Thunderstar may not have had kits with his mate, Violet Dawn. This is familial connection that gives them power over ThunderClan that isn’t in blood, but adoptive, which is still valid.
Out of all the clans, WindClan has the most modern day members to be confirmed to be related to the founders, Windstar (Wind Runner) and Gorsestar (Gorse Fur). This could be because the couple had many kits, and this for me redefines WindClan’s sense of a large close family.
In WindClan, it’s uncertain if Duststar is the descendant of Mothflight and Micah of their kits Bluewhisker, Dust Muzzle, or Morning Whisker. I think that it’s likely Bluewhisker, since she had three unnamed kits, but who knows. Again, there’s a lot of members that branch out throughout WindClan that are related to Windstar and Gorsestar.
The first chapter in Code of the Clans depicts the relationship of RiverClan cat Cloudberry and WindClan cat Ryewhisker. Cloudberry is the daughter of the RiverClan leader of the time, Emberstar which could mean they’re descendants of Riverstar (River Ripple). After Ryewhisker’s death, Cloudberry has his kits.
The events of the first chapter could be linked to of that in chapter three, featuring RiverClan cat Splashheart. Splashheart is visited by a StarClan cat named Aspentail, who tells him, “I am kin of your elders and of your elders' elders.”. I suspect that these two descended form Cloudberry and Ryewhisker’s kits, Aspentail possibly being Splashheart’s grandparent or aunt (I wonder how many great-’s). It is said that Splashheart grows to be a great leader, which could prove this with the hereditary leadership!
The history of ShadowClan’s familial leaders is tricky. Shadowstar (Tall Shadow) was not shown to have a mate or offspring, but her brother Moon Shadow did. Perhaps the leaders Hollystar and their child Brindlestar are descendants of Shadowstar, or she’s their (greats-) aunt. Sun Shadow was the only kit of Moon Shadow to survive, so there’s a slim chance that the linage had continued through Shadowstar’s brother.
Skystar (Clear Sky) has two surviving daughters with Star Flower, Dew Petal and Flower Foot. Either of them could have descants to continue the leadership line. Beechstar’s son, Mothpelt was suppose to become leader, but due to his foolishness the clan appointed Maplestar, ending the hierarchy practice in SkyClan where the rest of the clans soon follow to honor the code.
Also fun fact: Shadowstar and Skystar are both leaders who came from the tribe, possibly their parents and ancestors are from same tribe. I think this contributes to their clans being skillful and cunning with their hunting and fighting, as the Tribe of Rushing Water is known for their clever tactics.

Teen Titans as Warrior Cats AU
Tumblr media
Nightkit was born into ShadowClan. He was mentored by Batclaw, a feared, but honorable ShadowClan warrior. As an apprentice he had dreams of a cat his age, but with a long coat that looked like flames. He was given a prophecy by StarClan to “embrace the blazing star.” When he shared this news to his leader, it was brought up during a meeting of the clans. SkyClan revealed them had found the young cat Nightpaw had dreamed about and made her a warrior apprentice. Because of his dreams, Nightpaw felt a special connection to Starpaw, but being in rival clans made it hard to get to know her. They started having secret meetings until they became warriors. As warriors, they were part of a dual mission to find the answer to another StarClan prophecy “find the Raven flying in the shadows.” During this mission, the two cats fell in love and when they returned home, Nightwing announced he would be joining SkyClan.
Nightwing had to work hard to rebuild his reputation and gain the trust of his new Clanmates. He proved his loyalty when he saved the life of the SkyClan deputy, Bluewhisker. After that, Wonderstar (leader of SkyClan), took favor to him and after Bluewhisker died from yellowcough, Nightwing was made the new deputy. Some seasons later, Wonderstar lost her last life in battle and Nightwing became Nightstar, leader of SkyClan.
Nightstar is a strong and capable leader. He’s willing to work with the other clans to ensure the survival of all cats. He tries hard to avoid spilling any more blood while some see that as a weakness, others see him as a peacemaker. He is very charming when he wants to be, which makes him very pursuasive and charismatic.
Tumblr media
Star was a kittypet that lived a normal kittypet life. But she craved adventure and one day she stumbled too far from home and ran into a group of wildcats that called themselves SkyClan. Being as young as she was, the clan allowed her to stay until it was safe to journey home, but she asked if she could stay for good and join their clan. There was hesitation at first, but because of a StarClan prophecy shared by Nightpaw of ShadowClan (“embrace the blazing star”), SkyClan allowed her to stay and train as a warrior. Starfire is very optimistic, always looking for the bright side of things. She’s a cat that marches to the best of her own drum and some find her to be a bit daft. But she often comes up with creative solutions. She can be impulsive at times and isn’t one to shy away from a fight. She works hard to protect and provide for her clan. She is very sympathetic and caring to her Clanmates. She’s a bit of a nurturer to the younger cats and is beloved by all in her clan.
Tumblr media
Stonepelt is a large tom with a blue pelt that looks brown in the sunlight. As an apprentice, he lost his eye in a battle with ShadowClan over a border dispute and has had to make up for his disadvantage. Through lots of practice, he learned how to still be a formative fighter and responsible warrior for his clan. While he might be the most intimidating looking cat in the forest, he is actual very good natured. He is patient and always focused on the task at hand. He takes his warrior duties very seriously and lives strictly by the warrior code. He often has to keep his brother, Grassfur out of trouble, but he loves his smaller brother and considers him his best friend. Stonepelt is highly respected in his clan and his strength fits his name.
Tumblr media
Grassfur was born with a green tint to his fur that the other cats thought was a sickness. He spent most of his kithood in the medicine cat's den. He likes learning about herbs and helping his Clanmates, but wants to be a warrior with his brother, Stonekit. He become Nightwing’s apprentice and learns how to be more focused and responsible. Grassfur gets along with everyone. He loves to talk and explore. He’s always eager to learn and to lend a paw where it’s needed. He fancy’s Raven and is always volunteering to help her with her medicine cat duties, like collecting herbs, much to her chargin. He can sometimes get in the way and get on his Clanmates nerves, but he’s only desperate for friendship. Don’t let his carefree attitude fool you though. If his clan or kin are ever threatened, he will be fiercely protective and puts the well-being of his loved ones before his own.
Tumblr media
Raven was born into a group of rogues led by her father. It was a tough life living in the alleyways and abandoned twoleg nests. Although the rogues stayed together, her father used fear and intimidation to keep some sense of order. Cats had to depend on themselves to survive. Raven’s mother tried to leave with her as soon as she was old enough to make the journey. But her father and his rogues caught up to them. Raven’s mother sacrificed herself to allow Raven time to escape. She was found later by Nightwing and Starfire on their mission and was brought back to the clans. Because of her connection to StarClan, SkyClan allowed her to stay and trained as a Medicine Cat. Raven hides most of her past from her Clanmates and she takes a while to trust them. She chose to keep her name as it is because she felt it would be disrespectful to her mother to change it. Because of her violent upbringing, Raven prefers peace to war and fighting to be barbaric. She believes problems are better solved through words than with claws. She likes that clan cats follow a code and respect each other. She takes her role as a Medicine Cat very seriously and wants to prove she can be a better cat than her father. Though she prefers to keep to herself, Raven is not afraid to voice her opinions. Her bluntness can be both admirable and troublesome. She has a short temper, but loves deeply and would do anything to protect her found family.

ive seen a lot of Voltron wc cats aus so fuck it ill share the one me and friend came up w/ a while ago
Theres gonna be two different versions, one that takes place right after they go through the wormhole with all their memories and one where they lose their memories and the wormhole goes weird making them born into the clan.
Extremely text heavy ^^;
------
First one w/ memeory: Boring stuff its placed when Squirrelflight becomes leader and the paladins end up outside Windclan’s and Thunderclan’s territory, where Crowfeather and Leafpool went trying to run away.
They stay away from the other clans for a bit until thye can gain their strenght back and end up traveling to Thunderclan’s forest and meet a patrol that takes them there. All the paladins stay in their camp until they understand how life works there and eventually introduced to the other clans at a gathering. After that its decided by Shiro that they will have to live w/ the other clans until they can figure everything out. Its also agreed that they must split up into the clans that suit them however painful it is. As far as any of the other clans know they are simply a group of rouges trying to find a home. Now to fun stuff woo
Pidge and Shiro: They both decide to stay in Thunderclan, both are the best at stalking and hunting in the heavy undergrowth and Shiro was determined to watch over Pidge no matter where she went. Shiro takes on the name Bright-eyes and Pidge takes Birdpaw, eventually becoming Birdheart. Birdpaw immediately got used to hunting while it took Bright-eyes longer. As much as she doesn’t like being out doors she loves the feeling of being hidden in small places and being able to leap out in surprise. Bright-eyes quickly known to make amazing battle plans and a very wanted mentor among kits.
Hunk: Hunk does stay in Thunderclan for a bit w/ Bright-eyes and Birdpaw but he soon leaves for Windclan, enjoying the free wind and and not feeling trapped by the trees. He take on the name Bellypounce, he has an awkward time at first fitting in w/ the clan since Windclan cats are known to be lithe and extremely fast but he quickly proves himself a true warrior. He can catch rabbits as good as any warrior and gives Windclan a great advantage in battle now w/ his strenght.
Lance: Lance happily goes to Riverclan, his heart throbbing to near the water again. He takes on the name Bluewhisker and trains to be an amazing warrior but has trouble sticking to the code. His constant flirting w/ other cats and going over the border to say hello to his friends has put him on apprentice duties so often that Firestar was probably shocked. As much as he didn’t like sticking to the rules he proved to be an skilled hunter and even impressed cats by stalking birds. Apprentices love to hang out w/ him.
Keith: Keith goes to Shadowclan and takes the name Clawswipe. While he’d much rather be w/ Bright-eyes he didn’t enjoy being in the lush undergrowth. He loves the darkness and cover Shadowclan territory offers and was immediately respected after showing off his unknown fighting skills and stalking. While he perfectly fits the cool and mysterious nature of Shadowclan it has lead to a few warriors still not trusting him, especially since he constantly offers to patrol Thunderclan’s border. Hes gotten some sharp glares from the senior warriors too from suddenly speaking up over them.
Allura and Coran don’t really have a role here since the only time they appear is to take the paladins back home
They all manage to live in the clans for a couple moons, close to a whole season/year. However they feel the separation hard, and eventually they leave the clans to live as rouges just outside clan territory. The first to leave is Lance, as much as he loved being near the water again and hanging out w/ new cats he missed his friends horribly. Constantly having the warrior code block him from his friends became to much and he left the clan to live w/ Hunk. Hunks reason to leave was the same as Lances, he loved living on the moor and the friends he made but it hurt too much to treat them like enemies. A couple days later Keith leaves Shadowclan, it wasn’t surprising tho and the clan let him go. As much as Keith enjoyed the dark forest he knew he could never be a true warrior there bc of the trust issues. There were few cats he missed and didn’t feel bad abt leaving. The last two were Pidge and Shiro who didn’t leave until a few moons later. They heard abt their friends leaving and as much as they missed them they just couldn’t leave yet. Thunderclan usually being the nicest they became attached to the cats and gained close friends. It was especially hard for Pidge bc she ends up receiving her warrior name but the need to be w/ the other paladins was stronger. They left with heavy hearts but gladly joined the others to wait for Allura and Coran to get them.
-----
Second one w/o memory: In this one its set in the same time period but the wormhole cause them to lose their memory and makes it so that they are born into the clans. The thing that is different abt this one is that there is a ton more angst ;0 enjoy
SO yes the paladins here have no memory of finding the lions or anything BUT they do feel weird and emotional around each other, think of it as a heavy fog in front of a object and you think it looks familiar but you just can’t remember what it is. Thats the paladins. This version doesn’t really have a plot its just Sad.
Ever since they first saw each other it always felt off. This uncomfortable feeling they got always kept them avoiding each other, never talking or even glancing at each other in fear of having that feeling. despite this they somehow end up sitting close to each other near gatherings but they just can’t summon the courage to talk. They all desperately want and find out why they feel this way but theres this underlying fear of finding out too.
Birdpaw ( Pidge ) while living in the clan w/ Bright-eyes ( Shiro ) constantly feels a pull towards him, so much that she wondered if they were somehow related. Bright-eyes feels this too but avoids being near the apprentice, being close to her he suddenly feels a urge to protect her but theres the awful feeling that he let her down somehow, that he had failed horribly.
Bellypounce ( Hunk ) always tries to avoid being near Riverclan’s border in case he sees Bluewhisker ( Lance ). Just seeing the other makes his heart fill w/ happiness and his paws almost always start to run after him but the sick feeling of disloyalty stops him. Lance gets the same feeling, it hurts his heart to see Bellypounce glance at him and turn away without even looking back. Things are different w/ Clawswipe ( Keith ). They are probably the only two who interact w/ each other but every time it leaves them anxious. Just seeing him afar makes Bluewhisker’s belly boil in anger, to call out to the other and start a fight. Whats stumps him however is the wanting of being near Clawswipe, to stop fighting and just talk to each other. This scares him everytime and fuels his need to fight w/ him even more in hopes of crushing the feeling. Clawswipe is constantly seeking out Bright-eyes in gatherings and patrols but every time he does see him he can’t make himself talk to him. He gets the longing to be approved by the other, to be accepted by him. He enjoys his clanmates but none of them ever felt like family to him, it was wrong but he desperately wanted to be w/ the other paladins.
These feelings got worse in battle. Naturally they avoided each other but sometimes when they got too focused fighting they end up against each other. Trying to fight each other was too much, most of the time they couldn’t really bring themselves to each other but Starclan save them when they did. It caused horrible panic attacks and nightmares, a chilling feeling that wouldn’t leave until moons later. Absolute betrayal stayed closed to them during these times. Once Bluewhisker ended up against Birdpaw but after landing the first blow he went into a panic and fled from the battle. He hid near the camp and couldn’t stop thinking “ You hurt her! How could you do this!! “ while Birdpaw couldn’t stop having nightmares of purple claws spilling dark blood. The other paladins had similar experiences.
It was very awkward during gatherings. Despite how much they tried to stay away they always ended up near each other, only once did they all sit w/ each other but it only lasted a few heart beats and nothing was said. That night they all felt empty. Their clanmates noticed too and sometimes asked if they knew each other but they could never reply. The didn’t know how they could explain the feelings they had when near each other w/o scaring their clanmates. So they just ignored the questions and continued to try living as loyal warriors.

Runaway Queen
Bluewhisker lied in the clearing grooming herself, she had been out hunting countless times that evening and the sun was beginning to disappear beyond the trees. Many of the cats were already in their dens sleeping, Ottersight and Longfoot sat below the high-rock examining the camp before returning to their dens, Driftpaw and Finchpaw were sleeping in the apprentices den, finally out of trouble. Out of the corner of her eye, she spotted Socks trotting over to her. Just the cat she wanted to see!
“Hello Socks!” She purred, standing to her paws and rubbing her muzzle into her friend’s shoulder. The two she-cats had become great friends, talking about their past lives as a kitty-pet and rogue. Although Socks was young, she had a lot of knowledge behind her fur that Bluewhisker loved to hear.
“Bluewhisker, could you come with me so I can leave camp?”
“Why do you want to leave camp?” She meowed. Usually Socks was happy enough sleeping in the queen’s den or taking her share of fresh-kill to enjoy in the shade.
“Just to stretch my legs, I’m still young and all!” Her tone was friendly, but Bluewhisker was curious.
“Sure, I’ll go with you.” The two cats padded out of camp, the sun was halfway below the horizon and the tall trees made the forest even darker. If I was a kitty-pet, I’d be scared to be alone too, She thought.
After padding for a while in silence, they reached a small dirt clearing. Bluewhisker wasn’t familiar with the spot, but it seemed to fit the description that Dovetail gave when she described how she had found Socks. Socks stopped and turned to look at Bluewhisker, she had a sad look in her eyes.
Bluewhisker turned her head, waiting for her friend to explain what she was feeling.
“WoodClan is very nice to me, especially you Bluewhisker,” She went on with a friendly meow “Your clan has been very fair, but it’s time for me to leave. I need to go back to my house-folk.” Socks sounded sad to leave, but Bluewhisker knew that the she-cat thought she was doing the right thing.
“But what about Finchpaw and Driftpaw?” Bluewhisker started to realize that this was Socks’ way of saying goodbye, leading her one friend out to the forest and explaining herself.
“I will miss them, but they are better suited for WoodClan. I can’t take them with me.” It sounded as if Socks didn’t want to leave her only kits, but when Bluewhisker thought about it, there was no way her two-legs would accept all three of them.
Bluewhisker sat and shuffled her paws. “I’ll miss you Socks… what will I tell the clan?” She didn’t want to let her friend go, but she knew there was no point in trying to convince her to stay. Socks had clearly made her decision prior to leaving the camp for the last time.
“Tell the clan I am grateful for what they’ve given me,” She nuzzled Bluewhisker against the shoulder “And tell my kits to become strong warriors like the ones who accepted me.”
“Are you sure you want this Socks?” She silently hoped she would change her mind.
She nodded her head.
Bluewhisker couldn’t help but frown, she licked Socks on the head and watched her pad off into the bushes. For a split second she wanted to offer company on her way back home, but she held her tongue.
It was completely dark in the forest as Bluewhisker made her way home, she would sleep for a long time thinking about the memories she shared with Socks before she would tell the clan that she had left. Although Socks was only there for 6 moons, she had been a great friend to Bluewhisker, and every morning she enjoyed her company as she talked about the days when she grew up with Longfoot and Owlheart. Socks was even one of the few cats that knew of Bluewhisker’s choice between the two brothers.
As she entered camp, all the cats were already in their dens. She dipped into the warrior’s den and saw Longfoot’s head pop up sleepily. She smiled and curled up beside her mate, she knew he’d be the first one to know.
