I have a theory/headcanon that there was another leader in the Bad Crowd before Bluster, and that Bluster was one of the outcasts that stole leadership after the previous leader retired??? I also like to imagen Robbie and Bluster were working for the Bad Crowd as young teens. I don't see them both as related, but they kinda have an evil bestie duo dynamic like Jessie and James from Pokemon and grew up with eachother during childhood (Which gets ruined later in the series because the role of being leader makes Bluster narcissistic and egotistical). And Bluster was probably sick of being an outcast for most of his time working for the Bad Crowd, so when he finally became leader, he takes it to his advantage but in the worst way possible because finally, he has the power now.

Which explains why Robbie is upset and constantly frustrated with Bluster because it's like she doesn't even regognize her bestie anymore after he became leader, whilst still being able to sometimes be brutally honest with him. Not that he listens anyways PFFT-
