Some recent aquisitions! Two of my favorite girls.

Kikyo was a gift from @boardwalkcoven for my birthday. I have the Pop Up Parade figure (which was a gift from another friend! I am so Blessed), and an older figure from around the time the show was airing ... If I get the upcoming pop I'll have a pretty complete collection! I hope they do a Q-Posket of her someday.

As usual for Nendoroids, this is great quality. The airbrush shading is excellent, and the accesories are so fun. I love that she has the shikon jewel!

I'm torn on the Flash movie in general (because of, you know, the crimes), but it's a great Supergirl design, so I still picked up the figure. I hope the actress gets more chances to play her! In films not weighed down by the actions of the lead actor.

As far as the figure goes, it's got a great range of motion and a good likeness of the actor. I appreciate that it comes with a stand for flying poses!

It's catch up game time, folks!

Music The last three songs I listened to are - Half of Something Else (the Airborne Toxic Event), - All I Ever Wanted (the Airborne Toxic Event as well) - and an interpretation of the 3rd movement of Tchaikovsky violin concerto in D major by George Gao on an erhu [this one] The first two one never fail to make me think about @boardwalkcoven . She used to draw and post here, but deleted all her art accounts. I can still find some pieces I reblogged from her [here] thanks to tags but yeah... appart from that, it's lost to tumblr...

Movie / series Last movie I watched? O boi, I haven't watched a movie in a loooong time. Can't remember. Last series been more recent (Shadow and Bones), but it's been a little disappointing. It be like that when I watch things because I've been hyped up by fanart: the fandom is so much more creative, diverse and talented that the media it's based on seldom holds the bar (yeah I know the netflix series is based on a book series, no I haven't read it).

Books Currently reading Manacled, by @senlinyu because I like to hurt?? Apparently?? (If you go read, heed the tags).

Cravings In no particular order: - a consistent sleep schedule / a time machine - a (coffee-free) berry tiramisu (this one I'm gonna do today) - a ✨✨ ginormous gay flag ✨✨ in my living-room (I've been meaning to sew one for ages)
