Air Century’s Bombardier CRJ200, HI-1034 about to cross the finish line into @sxmairport. The Bombardier CRJ100 and CRJ200 (previously Canadair CRJ100 and CRJ200) is a regional jet designed and manufactured by Bombardier Aerospace between 1991 and 2006, the first of the Bombardier CRJ family. The Canadair Regional Jet (CRJ) program, derived from the Challenger 600 business jet, was launched in early 1989. The first CRJ100 prototype made its maiden flight on 10 May 1991. Canada's first jet airliner to enter commercial service was introduced by launch customer Lufthansa in 1992. The 50 seat aircraft is powered by two GE CF34 turbofans, mounted on the rear fuselage. The CRJ200 has more efficient turbofan engines for lower fuel consumption, increased cruise altitude and speed. During the late 1990s, it was stretched into the CRJ700 series. Production ended in 2006 but many remain in service. In 2020, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries purchased the entire CRJ line from Bombardier, and will continue support for the aircraft. 🛬🛫🛬🛫🛬🛫🛬🛫🛬🛫🛬🛫🛬🛫🛬🛫🛬 🛩 Aircraft Manufacturer: 🛩 Aircraft Type: @bombardier_jets. 🛩 Aircraft Registration: HI-1034. 🛩 Airliner: @aircenturyrd. 🛩 Route: Dominican Republic - St. Maarten. 📍 Location: Princess Juliana Int’l Airport | SXM. 📆 Date: 2/3/2023 📸 Photo Captured by: © Franklyn Wilson @beeksphotos. 🛬 🛫 www.linktr.ee/beeksphotos. 🛫 🛬 #tncm #sxm #instagramaviation #ilivewhereyouvacation #instagood #teamaviation #aviationlovers #corporatejets #businessjets #bizjets #aviationphotographyphotos #sintmaartenphotographer #sxmphotographer #planespotting #canonshooter #instagramaviationphotography #instagramaviation #canonphotography #dominicanrepublic #aircentury #mitsubishiheavyindustries #bombardierjets #crj200er #hi1034 #232023 #beeksphotos #swipeleft (at Princess Juliana International Airport Sint Maarten) https://www.instagram.com/p/CoW0cedO90T/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Long Range Bombardier Global 5500 Aircraft
Announced at EBACE 2018 in Geneva Switzerland. The Bombardier Global 5500, is a long range business jet that is an upgrade from the 5000 model. Some of those upgrades include; longer range, redesigned wing, newer engines, avionics and more.
The engines found on the Global 5500 are dual Rolls-Royce Pearl turbofans with approximately 15,125 lbs force of thrust. This along with the redesigned wing, really helps with the aircraft performance and range. With that said, the maximum range that can be achieved with the Global 5500 is approximately 5,900 nautical miles.
The avionics found on the Global 5500 is the Bombardier Vision Flight Deck. It comes equipped with 4 large LCD displays, MultiScan weather radar, Combined Vision System (CVS) and a Head-Up Display (HUD) to name a few.
The Global 5500 can seat up to 16 passengers including pilot and crew. With 8 passengers and 3 crew, the 5500 can travel at a maximum speed of Mach 0.85. Overall, the aircraft can travel at a maximum cruise speed of approximately Mach 0.90.
Also
As per Bombardier, their Vision Flight Deck is the first system available in the cockpit to overlay infrared and synthetic terrain imagery for "true combined vision".
The baggage compartment is accessible at all times while in flight.

Bombardier Learjet 75 (LJ75) Mid-Size / Super-Light Jet (Liberty)
The Bombardier Learjet 75 was first announced at the 2012 EBACE and entered service in late 2013. It is an upgrade to the Learjet 45 and includes improvements to a few areas such as, the engines, winglets, avionics and more.
The engines you will find on the Learjet 75 are twin Honeywell TFE731-40BR turbofans. Each with approximately 3,850 lbs force of thrust. The maximum cruise speed is around Mach 0.81, while its maximum range is approximately 2,040 nautical miles, with 4 passengers including pilot and crew.
The cabin dimensions on the Learjet 75 measure approximately; 4 ft 11" in height, 5 ft 1" in width and 19 ft 10" in length, excluding the baggage compartment. The interior on the initial Learjet 75 was originally designed as a mid-size jet. In 2019, Bombardier introduced the “Liberty” upgrade.
While keeping the airframe and cabin dimensions the same. Bombardier removed some components from the cabin (making them additional options/features) which enabled the aircraft to convert to a super-light jet instead.
Also:
As per the manufacturer, the Learjet 75 will end production in the 4th quarter of this year.
The maximum cruise altitude / service ceiling on this aircraft is around 51,000 ft.

The Bombardier Global 6000 Aircraft
Bombardier is a Canadian manufacturer located in Montreal which was founded in 1942. The Global 6000 started production in 2012 and is considered to be among the widest cabins for an aircraft in its class.
The 6000 aircraft can seat up to 17 passengers including a 2-4 pilot crew. However, it is recommended when flying anywhere between 8 to 9 hours. To travel with a maximum of 8 passengers. Adding more will allow for less room and limit space for the others. When flying up to 13 hours or more, it is suggested to travel with anywhere between 6 and 7 passengers. The maximum range of the aircraft is approximately 6,000 nautical miles at a speed of Mach 0.85, with approximately 8 passengers/4 crew.
The 6000 is meant to be an improvement to the XRS and Express models and includes a new avionics system and galley design. The system comes with the Bombardier Vision flight deck which is powered by Rockwell Collins ProLine Fusion avionics. As for the galley, it has been designed in an "s" shape and is considered to be a very ergonomic change to its layout and flow.
Also: -The baggage compartment on this aircraft is pressurized and accessible while on the aircraft through the lavatory. -Approximately 3 years ago, Bombardier upgraded the interior of their Global 5000 and 6000 models. Some of those upgrades include redesigns to the seating, galley and more.

The Bombardier Global 7500 Ultra Long Range Private Jet
The Bombardier Global 7500 is recognized as one of the largest and longest range business jets available on the market. A major upgrade to this aircraft was its wing. This helped to increase range and allow it to keep up with the newest models of aircraft, such as; the G700 and the Falcon 10X.
This ultra long-range aircraft contains four living spaces and can travel with up to 19 passengers. The cabin measures 6 ft 2" tall, 8 ft wide and 54 ft 5" in length. The cabin also features what Bombardier calls "Pur" air. This includes an advanced HEPA filter which aids in the purifying and replacing of the cabin air flow.
When traveling on the 7500, you can expect to find a maximum range of 7,700 nautical miles. This can be achieved with 8 passengers including pilot and crew (4) at a speed of Mach 0.85. Overall, the maximum cruise speed of this aircraft is Mach 0.925.
As you move to the cockpit, the avionics included with the Global 7500 is the the Vision Flight Deck. This includes 4 large LCD displays, fly-by-wire technology, MultiScan weather radar. Plus, more features for safety, situational awareness and improved pilot operations.
Also
The baggage compartment is located in the aft and is accessible in flight.
In a standard configuration, the cabin areas break down into a club, conference & entertainment suite. As you approach the aft most section of the aircraft, you will notice a bed /state room, lavatory and work area.
