I need a story where someone is kidnapped based on a giant misunderstanding.

For example: someone who is nicknamed all sorts of fancy things by their friends and/or family (Your Highness, Your Grace, Your Merciful Lord/Ladyship, etc.) gets kidnapped by some flavor of delinquent (Pirates, bandits, renegades, rebels, etc.) to be ransomed or used as a political figurehead or something and has to spend the duration of their stint with the dark side of life trying to convince their captors that, "No, I'm not a royal you fish-fuckers! My friends are just fucking idiots!"
