As part of my physio regime I have been asked to try Yoga to help correct my posture, alleviate my hip burstitis and strengthen my core. At @ukpsfw @ninexfashion donated her raffle prize of a personal yoga session with Donna of @curvesomeyoga to me. Today I stepped out of my comfort zone and tested my agility. It's so amazing to see how much @boostfit_classes is aligned with some of key elements of Yoga especially within our osteo-approved strength section. I will definitely be adapting some of these pointers into my daily physio workout.
