I may be jinxing myself, but I've only had to report 3 blogs all day so far after 86 yesterday.

So I'm calling it now. The grand total for this wave is 860 bot blogs since December 10th, I kid you not.

The one negative thing I'll say about my Bluesky experience so far is that posts with any kind of traction end up flooded with replies repeating your own post back to you in slightly different words, framed as though they're conveying new information, and my energy for puzzling out "is this a bot or just a person who doesn't understand how conversation works" is effectively zero – I'm blocking on sight at this point.
