Aw, thank you, anon! I surely did! It was initially for a Sam Winchester 'zine, in pink (I'm not even sure what possessed me at the time...) but I tweaked it to be animated and red/orange later, which seemed to be a little more hellfire appropriate. :D

the culmination of soulless sam high on demon blood while possessed by lucifer would've put everybody in their place and showed them how it's done. they'd be terrified of him. nobody stood a chance against that and that's why the writers couldn't do it. they knew jarpad would've put his whole pussy into that role and soulless boyking of hell sam would've killed everybody and the show would've ended.

The idea of Sam having yellow eyes is so much more interesting than the black eyes they change them to, gives implications about the other princes no? Humans fed from the veins of Lucifer himself, Azazel who passed Lucifer’s actual blood through his veins to bleed into Sam. Delicious.

Sam Winchester Appreciation Week 2024 Day Five (April 30th): Demon Blood

I know it's debatable that sam even needed demon blood to get strong in the first place (ava, jake and ansem weems didn't), but going with the theory that he did, I came to a conclusion. demons are just souls, therefore demon blood is really just human blood, from a body that has a demon in it. which means that something about a demon soul must alter human blood enough that it acquires some kind of dopping (and addictive) property. the best guess as to what that component is is sulfur. because that's what demons usually live behind and also what was in the croatoan virus. thus, instead of killing possessed people to drain them of blood before surrendering to lucifer, sam could have just. taken a spoonful of sulfur.

His blood literally is that of demons, if I spell required demon blood they could use his

Being cut with a demon knife hurts more than any other knife

Holy-water taste weird to him, it doesn’t burn him but it still has a weird taste, if it’s thrown at him he feels like a few pinpricks are poking him

He can’t be trap in demon traps but if he were to go inside one he feels kinda tired

He can kinda see the outlines of hell-hounds

Demons (in meat suits) look weird to him, so do angels

If he uses a lot of power his eyes can go black, but when his really angry his eyes flash yellow

I wished Sam's demon blood abomitting lingered or they were passive abilities that remained post ahbl and post demon blood addiction. Like sam being able to sense a demon whom is possessing someone. Or being able to see if someone has sold their soul in a deal. Can see hellhounds, can understand sigils easier, has a ring of yellow on his eyes, is ammune to demonic possession.

I feel robed because it had so much potential...
