Why tf was TomSka in my dream???

There are SO many gaps, but we were all like? Joking about something- werewolves, for some reason- and we were doing sort of a 'yes, and-' bit, which was fun it first, but the friend I was with was getting scared/uncomfortable.

And I had realized this as we were telling our story, but TomSka didn't (I dunno if he was too far away?? Or just didn't notice, but).

My brilliant idea was to drive the story into a super weird direction that I can't fucking remember, but I ended up putting a piece of paper on the fucking?? Plastic JEEP that I was driving, and I drove backwards (away from the friend).

TomSka, who was not aware of this part of the bit, started chasing just me (I think he was following us as we talked and it was an interactive story thing, but his character was somehow connected?? to the whole werewolf thing??) in my little plastic JEEP as I slammed on the gas driving backwards (away from friend, towards Tom)

Reasonably, he was pretty confused, but he followed me anyway? I dunno why I didn't want him to catch me, but I didn't, so I kept speeding up.

As I did so, I, like, drove past a McDonalds or something (with an employee in the parking lot) and like??? In my inner head, something told me that I convinced him to buy fries??? Even though I didn't see that actually happen, but, since I was on a plastic JEEP and he was (far behind) chasing after me, the only person that the employee saw was him. (Which wasn't actually my plan, but it helped)

Then I woke up after getting about or less than four hours of sleep and wondering why I can still vividly see Tom's confused face...

Where is the rest? Why did I trick Tom into buying fries (or reasonably just talking to the employee)? Was my "friend" afraid of werewolves or were they afraid of Tom??

I have so many questions and I am so sleepy...

something so fucked up about Chat Noir’s whole deal is that he is in a lot of ways Adrien playing a character. Like Adrien picked up his miraculous and was told he’d be a superhero so he was like “ok, time to act like a superhero!” and he lets himself have fun w it and play up the role and let loose and kind of just allow himself to be silly and goofy and have fun and for once in his life not care about performing Perfection™.

But. But none of the other characters KNOW THAT. So everyone just sees Chat Noir and is like “look at this guy’s ego. He’s so full of himself. Surely it’d be fair to knock him down a few pegs” without being aware of how few pegs he actually HAS. He’s like the “insecure character who overcompensates in ego” trope except he’s really not doing it unironically, he’s just having a fun LARP pretending to have self worth in his off-hours but nobody else is on the same page about it being a game and he refuses to tell them. He just dramatically pouts about it and lets them laugh and pretends like he’s not internalizing it and it is almost 3 am and my brain forced me to write this instead of sleeping I’m gonna take a melatonin

I got my hair cut the other day and of course I had to draw the dca boys running a hair salon:

Sun would be so effortlessly charming. Always chatting away with customers, explaining each product he uses and how to best maintain and style their hair.

Moon I can see being popular with the less chattier customers (like me) but over time they begin to open up. I imagine he hums while working. Otherwise, he's all ears for the newest gossip.

(The clipped up hat idea came from @bamsara's solar lunacy doodles!)

Also I love the popular headcanon that the dca can speak other languages, so I can imagine them being a hit with the aunties.

Other thoughts about this... AU? Can I call it an AU? Feels kinda small for an AU, but whatever:

Eclipse works there too! Haven't decided if it would be canon or fanon Eclipse, though I really like the image of 4-armed Eclipse working on 2 clients at once (plus, the nickname Clip is perfect for this scenario)

of course they're great with kids! They'd be able to console kids that get scared of getting their hair cut. Sun would do a little trick and tell them how good and brave they are all the way through. Moon would console them and hum a soothing song (or hey maybe they notice the kid's wearing a disney shirt and starts humming some showtunes). Every kid gets a candydrop and a balloon on their way out.

y/n works at the hair salon as a part-timer and does tasks around the salon like sweeping, arranging bookings, washing hair, etc. They don't really care too much about their own hair, but the boys are always offering to style it, dye it, braid it. With y/n's permission, the boys always toy with their hair—patting it, combing their hands through it, brushing it over y/n's ear, ruffling it.

so much happened in this whole episode but i’m still on fig infiltrating ruben’s dream, making it look like the place where his friend was murdered, and then disguising herself as kipperlilly & repeatedly saying different variants of “somebody needs to take the fall for this, and it’s not going to be me. it’s going to be you.” while adaine as the elven oracle shows up next to her. can you imagine waking up from that, the idea of a horrible truth being pinned on you by your friend to save her own skin while the personification of fate and destiny stands there, almost as a promise that this is GOING to happen to you. we don’t even know if this kid is guilty. my god.
