immediately after posting my body has realised that I am no longer doing The Activity and has applied every single debuff.... my brainhurts verymuch and I want to curl up in a nest

Wednesday afternoon lunchtime. I'm studying EVERY DAY and every night now until May 17th, my RYT200 final exam. But first...lunch! Lots of greens and an equal amount of garlic infused quinoa, hemp hearts and a bunch of other seeds and nuts for protein. This has more protein than most people's non-vegan sandwiches and it's way healthier and better for the planet (and me). Used an avocado dressing that's REALLY yummy too. This 🥗 has it all.
