Harry's Oxymoron Association with WellChild Another charity that could do better without the likes of the duke/dick of Montecito. He just shows up once a year to the Meghan approved gala event for pictures. He does not participate in the tedious real work that goes on daily. It's doubtful he donates cash money to the organization. He goes to boost his ego. He also seems to have copied their core strategy in forming the Parent's Network to raise funds to profit his bank account aka, the Archewell Foundation.WellChild exists to do all it can to keep families united when a child has catastrophic health concerns. To have an ill child cared for at home with family and extended family involved. That includes grandparents and siblings of the parents. It's a joint effort of community support and F A M I L Y. The charity would do better if another royal took Harry's place. The California transplant is not known for positive family vibes, it's the opposite. Harry is the last person that comes to mind as a family man. Harry & Meghan To Take Lead Of Archewell As Predident, Mandana Dayani, will not be replaced-December 4th 2022

"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are to assume full leadership of their Archewell Foundation, as the organization’s president, Mandana Dayani, is stepping down after 18 months.

Dayani was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the media and charitable group and has exited in what has been described as an amicable and planned transition.

"She will not be replaced as Archewell’s founders Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had long intended to assume full management of the enterprise."

Per a statement shared with Deadline, an Archewell spokesperson said Dayani was brought on while the couple was off for parental leave and that “she has continued to shape (Archewell’s) vision and future successfully.” (See the full statement below.)

Here’s the statement from Archewell: “Ms. Dayani has been an integral part of Archewell and we are grateful for her passion, commitment and leadership. Ms. Dayani was brought on during their parental leave to move the company and its projects forward. She has continued to shape its vision and future successfully. Her transition was mutually planned, with intent for The Duke and Duchess to now take full lead of their company. There will be no replacement for this position, and Ms. Dayani is fully supportive of The Duke and Duchess in their new leadership roles, and they remain friends.”

Doria Ragland (The Duchess of Sussex's mother) attended the 5th anniversary of the charity This is About Humanity this Saturday night.

This same charity has a link with The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's charity Archewell Foundation. Last December, the Archewell Foundation participated in This Is About Humanity’s annual Holiday Party for Reunified Families represented by Immigrant Defenders Law Center. (X)

And even though it's not a huge investment of time, it does take time to layout an Insta photo with writing, staged background, good lighting, text, hashtags, etc .. and I couldn't believe a CEO wife would do all that for a "friend".Then, I noticed how both her and Delfina used the exact same font, what a coincidence! And the writing sounded like it was the same person. And the lemons are so Meghan.But then I noticed in Delfina's post saying "I love your jam", it is a very pasty white man's hand holding the jam jar. A ginger's hand, not Nacho, with a male wedding band that looks exactly like Harry's. Then I thought, the hands on Tracy's photo look more like the hands of someone Doria's age. And the label was probably coming off because it wasn't glued on, it was double-sided tape so she could put two different labels on one jar of jam. Call me crazy, but I think these photos were taken by, styled by and written by Meghan using Harry+Doria as hand models, and then she just sent Delfina + Tracy the pics ready to post. That is why no other celeb is posting their gift. There is no jam. There are no 50 bottles or 50 friends. Not even two. There was one bottle with two labels. Invisijam. Invisikids, lol.
