I’m very pleased to say I am now out of hospital finally. It’s been a long road and there’s still a little way for me to go yet until I am completely recovered. I just wanted to say a massive, massive thank you to everyone who sent messages wishing me well and a speedy recovery. I was overwhelmed by all the support and kindness you have shown over the last few weeks. It’s really frustrating to be classed as a key worker and not being able to go to work to do your bit to help in the battle against Coronavirus. Three months away from my work in funeral service and my work as a chaplaincy volunteer at the BHI. However there is a little light at the end of the tunnel. I was contacted by the chaplaincy asking if I wanted to be part of the chaplaincy outreach programme giving over the phone support to NHS workers in the community?
