Olá Maju! BRUSA question if you don't mind! What did/does Luciano like about Alfred? And does he still have any lingering feelings towards him?

(of course I don't mind! I love BrUSA questions, there are so few of them lol)

I don't know exactly what Luciano liked in Alfred, because it was a very childish and unreal kind of crush, specially because in my mind most of the interactions after they were like "real people" (and not little kids sharing letters about how their parents took eternity to come see them and how alone they were and etc) were very calculated from Al's side to impress and get on Lu's good side.

That being said, I think Alfred's bubbling personality was something Luciano liked. How he can command a room and bring everyone to gravitate around him if he wants to. Like, the man is charming. And he knows that, and puts it to good use (the fact that he is very handsome helped too).

Lingering feelings tho, I don't know. He definetely is not in a place where if Alfred called him he would say "no" without thinking (he would go if he was in a masochistic mindplace at the moment - also Luciano is a slut ahem - or in a best case scenario say no but in a very sad very cursing himself kind of way, yk, like the times when you do something good for yourself but it is very aggravating lol). But I don't think there is still a ~crush~ anymore.

Luciano and Alfred both try to visit their dads in the hospital.

Luciano ran away from home to become a photographer and make a life for himself outside Afonso's expectations. Meanwhile, Afonso developed a serious depression and lost his business.

Alfred wanted to prove to Arthur that he was better than him. He did a hostile takeover of Arthur's company and kicked him out of the board of directors, as a result, Arthur had a heart attack.

The two young men meet in the waiting room.

Luciano spots Alfred and he wants to turn around and leave. Or simply hide until the blonde had left.

"Lou?"

Oh fuck.

"Hey! Don't pretend you don't see me!"

"I could try"

Alfred roll his eyes "We don't have to do this now. You're here to see someone too right?"

Luciano nods. Afonso wasn't doing good lately, and it was his fault. He decides to try and ignore the other man. There's a uncomfortable silence between the two. And, once again Alfred tries to make a small talk.

"Who you came to see?"

"None of your bussines."

"I came to see my old man. Matt told me he got an heart attack."

There's a glimpse of worry on Luciano's eyes "What happened?"

"Whatever it was, probably my fault."

"No surprise."

Alfred sighs "wow..."

"Oh please, you don't expected me to coddle you did you? I'm past that. What did you do?"

Alfred doesn't answer, Luciano didn't need it. He knew the blonde, always a selfish prick wanted more and more.

Just like him.

"If I said that I'm sorry would that make you feel better?"

Luciano sighs "Look, today is not the day to solve our problem. We are both dead worried about our folks so let's..."

"Wait, Afonso is here too?"

Luciano shuts his mouth. Why he disclosed that to him?

"What happened?"

"Same as with you, I guess. My fault."

Alfred blows air. "Fuck, we are horrible sons."

Luciano nods. They're both terrible people.

opa, eae! eu estava curiosa sobre certo cenário: aonde Luciano e Alfred se relacionaram mas terminaram, e então Luciano e Martin começaram a se relacionar (não em seguida do término, mas em algum momento). Como Alfred reagiu em relação à isso? Você acha que ele só tacou o foda-se ou, lá no fundo, ele ficou enciumado e sentiu certa saudade do Lu? Ou pedir para voltarem por conta disso?

Não posso dizer que seja a melhor especialista em Brusa, mas aqui vai a minha opinião.

Acho que o Alfred não gosta de ser substituído, mesmo sabendo que a relação terminou. Ele quer ser o primeiro nos corações das pessoas.

Por isso, acho que ficaria chateado se soubesse que o Luciano está a namorar o Martín, podia até sentir ciumes e tentar seduzir o Luci um pouco se estivesse bêbedo, mas no geral iria ser muito cordial com o ex e o seu novo amor. Ele iria querer continuar a querer ser amigo do Luciano.

Claro que será tudo muito mais fácil para o Alfred se ele estiver já a namorar outra pessoa.
