Something Aksel loathes is chronic pride and arrogance. This partly stems from the Law of Jante, which is a concept inherent to Scandinavian cultures, including the Danish one, where you portray individual successes and achievements as inappropriate. Modesty is key in the Law of Jante, thus seeing people boasting about success is immediately looked down upon. Another reason is his own past. Back then, he used to be very arrogant and powerhungry, and, given how the 19th century was a strong impact on his character, he mellowed a lot. This has made him an incredibly modest person, and immediately sees any signs of arrogance as not needed, although he doesn’t show it to nations and people from other regions when he’s in other places.

My Opinion on;

Character in general: “””gay-lick””””How they play them: one of the few scotland portrayals on the internet that isnt annoying ngl (i had my fair share of scotland muses....ask any of my pals). eilidh still maintains the quirkiness and headstrong characteristic of the nation without making it badly flanderized with such carefulness which is honestly a reason why ppl should check out lauren’s blog. anyone who goes through the character can clearly see that lauren puts a lot of time and effort into making her and i appreciate the thought a lot The Mun: we clicked as soon as we realized we had the same birthday and i love lauren’s petty ass and iconic art style. im....slain.

i……… don’t usually watch that many movies. don’t ask me what happens in hollywood bc i don’t know. 

i like animated ones by disney, dreamworks, ghibli etc. when i’m in the mood i tend to like independent films, or musicals. chicago is my all time favourite.

i haven’t watched any in a while, but i also like romance/martial arts movies such as: house of flying daggers, crouching tiger hidden dragon, chocolate, hero etc.

no really into sweeties, but i like my chocolate.

beach / swimsuit

Beaches have been something that have been a little bit nerve-wracking for Saam. But lately, they’ve been going with simple two-pieces - not all that dissimilar to tankini tops with short bottoms that cover up enough for them to be comfortable out in public. Or they have work swim shorts to the beach with a cute top as well. So it just depends on what they’re into trying out.
