My BACC Overview

Played the starting phase till the teens became young adults and when they unlocked electricity without rotations. After I did 2 full rotation with 4/5 households and now busy with the 3rd rotation in household 4. So let me give you some stats.

We have 15 sims in our world, of which 2 are Sixamian(Alien). In 5 households. We have had 6 babies. Of which 4 are half Sixamian. We have had 2 Weddings. And 1 Break up (that eventually turn into one of the marriages).

We have unlocked Stranger Ville by Alien Abduction Pregnancy but can't use it yet since we still need to reach Level 10 in the Conservationist career to unlock the second world. As mentioned before we unlocked Electricity. But also Townies, Retail Lots, Odd Jobs and Social bunny and Trendi. And are busy trying to unlock Contraception, Schools Open, Services, Nanny/daycare and Clubs.

Only the Museum had been unlocked yet so we turned our starting lot into that. And the Park and Gym are being worked on.

As for careers... The part time job Fisherman was unlocked and maxed so that means there are 3 spots, 1 has been taken. For the normal careers these are unlocked and the spot is taken, Athletic, Criminal, Painter, Tech Guru (and branch Esport Gamer but that spot is not yet taken) and Conservationist. While there is work being done on the Entertainer, Environmental Manager and Civil Designer careers/branches.

Now for the story so far...

These sims were teleported to a parallel but empty world like there own. (the start of the BACC in a empty world) That was done by the Sixamians. Their numbers have been down and they needed more people so they started this experiment. It works and they wanted to end the project but one of the Sixamians that was with the group convinced them to make it a co-habitation project. They learn that in the normal world time hasn't past and that the Sixamians can pull more people from there but it cost a lot of energy. We've learned that they are running from someone/something they refer to as Her and She. And that She found Sixam and even Earth. The Sixamians have a hard time getting color in the hair and eyes of there human disguises but the Halfings do have color in their eyes. In their race the Males get the babies and the Females are considered warriors. But in this mission the Twins Delta and Gemma were send and the Male Delta was the appointed leader. They aren't allowed to use their mind powers... but sometimes it's a little to hard to resist. The 6 other sims are (ea-sims) Malcolm Landgrab, Siobhan and Morgan Fyres, Yuki Behr, Salim Banali and Wolfgang Munch. And later Johnny Zest joined as well. I could write so much about them all but then the post would be even longer haha.

Were we're at now...

Currently we are in Household 4. A strange household. Delta and Siobhan both got pregnant at the same time and gave birth at the same time to Willie and Jennie. They are both Halflings but born differently so how it is different is still to be seen. Meanwhile Delta is working on fabrication skill to open up civil designer career and Siobhan with Photography to open up the Environmental manager branch of the Conservationist career. And that's kinda where we were!

Straud - Winter 2

Forgotten Hollow dawns unusually bright on the first day of winter as we return to Lilith and Vlad's three-story mansion in the snow. In the background looms Straud's gothic castle.

Inside, Lilith is enjoying the perks of being undead plus central heating, and hasn't bothered dressing for the weather. Salim has swung by, and with Vlad having completed his Master Vampire aspiration, he now wants a vampire family. Adding Lilith to his life was a good start, and maybe they'll have a child one day, but for now the mansion feels too big and empty with just the two of them rattling around. It's Lilith's job to convince Salim to join them.

Salim is an aspiring author who has been struggling to get by in San Myshuno for years now, with little literary success. He's had a thing for Lilith for ages - they were friends with benefits for a while before she left the city - and finds himself swayed by her convincing spiel. The raw power, the living forever, the adventure of it all! It would take the pressure off his goal of becoming a bestselling author if he had all the time in the world to make it happen. Plus, wouldn't it give him something interesting to write about?

Lilith reassures him that the process is working as intended when he starts to glow purple and experience weird gastrointestinal symptoms. I don't normally have the Townie Sims pick a second aspiration once they finish their first, because I want to save the experience for later descendants, but I made an exception for Vlad because he was already close to finishing his first aspiration when I started playing him.

Vlad recovers his power after turning Salim with some dark meditation, the dark ambience of which is somewhat marred by his bunny slippers.

Salim moves in right away, happy to leave his dingy apartment in the city behind in favour of a beautiful, sprawling mansion, in which he is given his own wing. He joins Lilith in learning more about vampires, in preparation for his very imminent future.

Unfortunately he's not quite there yet, and the initial phase is pretty unpleasant. He's ravenously hungry, but everything he eats tastes like dirt.

Lilith heads off to work once Salim is settled in. God she's cool.

Vlad, having mastered piano, has moved on to becoming more charismatic. He's hoping to counteract his vampire weaknesses, which means people dislike him on first meeting almost every time. I love the choice to not give vampires reflections!

Meanwhile, Salim attempts to soothe his discomfort in a relaxing lavender bath.

Lavender isn't going to cut it, I'm afraid! Johnny dropped by to see Lilith right in time to catch Salim's transformation.

His first order of business, naturally, is to head out hunting. Forgotten Hollow continues to provide, with John Wood providing yet another meal to the Straud household. He insists on hanging out in Forgotten Hollow after dark really regularly. Happily, he hasn't suggested Axel joins him there yet!

Meanwhile, the two older vampires are inside celebrating Winterfest.

Straud gifts Lilith an enormous diamond, which she is delighted about...

Her gift to him is rather more experiential.

Once everyone is sated in various ways, Lilith heads out to join Salim in the snow. Over a game of chess, they discuss hunting, house rules (no eating Angela, Johnny or his family, Lara or her family, etc.), tips and tricks, and how to stay safe from the powerful sibling vampires down the street, Caleb and another Lilith. They don't get along with Straud or his clan, having far more scruples and beliefs about restraint than either Vlad or Lilith Pleasant do.

Salim is delighted to discover that, once his thirst his taken care of, he's full of ideas, barely needs to rest, and feels inspired to write. He starts his first book, The Vampire Diaries. Our other author in the save, Eliza Pancakes, is a romance specialist who is slowly writing books for every romantic comedy I love. Salim will be focused on fantasy, and anything with a vampire in it specifically. Write what you know, they say!

Lilith finds herself extinguishing a fire in Salim's room while he's off at work one day. After this happened, she went around and upgraded every fireplace in the house to try and make things safer.

Angela is relieved to hear this when she drops by for a visit. Undead monster her sister may be, but she doesn't want Lilith to go up in smoke.

Salim's newfound inspiration pays off, and he quickly achieves a promotion in his writer's job.

Then he and Lilith head to the gym in Windenburg together. Lilith's glee at working out was great, I had to snap a picture. Salim, on the other hand, is lazy and hates working out, so was sad to be there. He chose to focus on meeting cute women instead.

Straud has a surprise for Lilith upon her return. Tired of the flowing silver locks, he's opted for a suave, elegant shorter cut. It suits him.

Thus, newly trimmed, he takes Lilith and Salim out to the Stargazer's Lounge for an upmarket New Year's Eve.

Salim heads off to hunt dinner amongst the patrons and flirt with random partygoers, while Vlad and Lilith indulge in some alone time. They're really quite smitten with each other, and while Lilith has been clear she's not interested in monogamy (and in fact is hoping to invite Salim back into her bed at some point too), they thoroughly enjoy a flirtatious evening together.

Before Lilith, too, goes hunting among lounge patrons for her meal.

Salim and Vlad head home first, while Lilith is still eating, and take advantage of the alone time for Vlad to mentor Salim. He's very happy with the new acquisition to his family - Salim has slotted in nicely and is proving an adept vampire.

They make quite the attractive family, don't they? Vlad would like more, of course, but he's in no hurry. It needs to be the right Sims that they invite in; Salim was a good choice as someone Lilith knew well and enjoyed the company of. Perhaps he will meet someone and want to bring them into the fold too, one day. Whatever happens in the future, life in Forgotten Hollow is everything Lilith hoped for so far.

Not So Berry Mint Gen ; But Rose Gen Is TWINS?!?!

So my mint gen heir, Pepper, *accidentally* got pregnant with the red gen heir. I have to say this is probably the worst pregnancy experience any of my sims have ever had. And I feel so bad for her. I also have the 100 baby challenge, and my matriarchs never had a pregnancy this bad.

Morning sickness was constant and nonstop. She had to go to work like this. Because I didn’t let her take family leave. I’m behind on the scientist career. I’m only at level 3. She had to go to work. She was passing out all the time cause Jess, the neighbor, sucks. I’m actually enemies with Jesminder.

One of Pepper’s close friends died. For unknown reasons.

This was actually Pepper’s first friends in the game. Her first friend outside of prison walls. And she died. She didn’t even get to see Peppers child.

I don’t know how she died. My best guess is from a Social Bunny post about her wanting to come over. My guess is that she died in a car accident.

Ever since Anayas death, I’ve also been getting cyberbullied. By my co-worker friend and the person I killed. (Long story)

The person I killed bullying me, I understand. My co-worker Kala? I thought we were cool.

On the plus side, Salim, our boyfriend and father of the kid, is really supportive

Despite Pepper dipping him in a celebrity’s skirt at one point.

And the celebrity taking her fan and using him to punch Pepper in the back.

And Pepper discovered her fifth trait.

I had the chance to make her a snob. Cute cause that’s a rose gen trait. But I didn’t take it cause I don’t think it made sense for Pepper.

I can see Pepper gaining character development and trying to be more responsible for her new family.

So Pepper now has the three mint Gen traits, vegetarian jealous and materialistic. And she’s evil. And she’s neat.

Then we had the red gen kid. Salim ditched us at the hospital. But at least the doctor was the chief staff. Luxury.

My red gen heir is a girl.

Her name is Ruby Nosobirrie.

I picked the name after the crystal ruby. Pepper is a huge crystal collector and loves her prized crystals. Being materialistic and all that. She would definitely name a kid after a crystal. And it’s the red gen, so yeah. She is a queen-like figure to Pepper and a shining gem.

AND IT WAS TWINS

I hate getting twins in the game. So I didn’t want this.

BUT this is an interesting story beat. Rose Gen heir is very serial-romantic oriented. Yet she has this twin brother that is a huge part of her life. That’s actually something Im down for.

His name is Kian Nosobirrie.

I wanted another crystal name. He’s named after Kyanite. Yeah it’s a blue gem, but it sounds like Kai from Ninjago and he’s red. And Kian actually means ‘king’ and ‘enduring’ to match Ruby’s queen-like name.

So Ruby and Kian are our Rose gen.

Ruby is definitely my heir. I already decided that. But if Kian shows more of the rose gen characteristics or something happens to Ruby, then I’ll have him be the heir. I doubt this will happen though.

We have our heir. And a twin that we can do whatever we want with.

I’m so excited to raise twin infants again /s

Two Confessions

Nick and Jason always played a game of HORSE after work was over. It gave them a chance to shoot the shit. It was Jason's turn and he was dribbling the ball, moving around the court for the best shot.

“Nicky, I gotta tell ya somethin',” he began. He aimed the ball and got it through the hoop. Nick retrieved the ball and took his position. “You know Salim?”

“Yeah, I know him.” Nick was wondering where this conversation was going. Salim had just been brought in as a translator. He seemed like a nice enough guy. Nick made the shot too and Jason grabbed the ball for his turn. “What about him?” Nick prompted.

“Well, he's... he's funny, you know? He told me this dumb joke the other day. And smart, too. The man knows a lot of shit.” Nick nodded along, still not following where Jason was going with this. “He's got this really great smile,” Jason added. The ball bounced off the rim and he cursed.

“So... you needed to tell me that Salim's a nice guy? I already knew that, man.” Nick chose a new position and made a shot. It swished just under the net.

“Yeah, he's a nice guy.” Jason dribbled again. “Real nice. Got this calm steadiness to him. Patient, too, and makes you feel like he cares what you gotta say. Even if it's dumb.”

“Okay....?”

“I like him,” Jason confessed. He made his next shot, turning to face his friend. “I like him a lot, Nick.” It took him a minute for it to click in his mind. He knew Jason was gay but his friend never confided in him about a crush before.

“Shit, man,” Nick breathed out. “What are you going to do?”

“Fuckin' nothin'. And neither are you,” Jason added with a threatening finger. “Don't you breathe a word of this, Nick.” Nick held up his hands in a placating gesture. “Just had to get that off my chest.”

Nick said nothing, and eventually their conversation turned to other topics.

Nick needed Salim with him for his next assignment. Salim was ready, greeting him with a nod. The Iraqi's welcoming smile dropped a little.

“Where's Jason?”

“He's with Merwin and Joey on another assignment. It's just you and me today.”

“He's not sick or hurt. That's good.” Salim fidgeted with his sleeve cuff. “He was telling me a story about a killer rabbit. I wanted to hear the end of it.”

“Killer rabbit...?” Nick repeated in confusion. He let out a snort when it came to him. “Man, he got that off Monty Python.” Salim gave him a blank stare. “Monty Python and the Holy Grail,” Nick elaborated. “Jason loves that movie. There's this part with a rabbit, and--”

“Don't tell me,” Salim interrupted. “I want to hear it from Jason.” He was quiet for a moment, then asked: “So it's a movie Jason likes? Do you think he would like to watch it with me?”

“Probably,” Nick nodded. He thought of his friend's confession the other day. “He'd definitely like to watch it with you.” Salim seemed very pleased to hear that. A suspicion was growing in Nick's mind. “So you're interested in the stuff Jason likes?”

“He's a very passionate person,” Salim responded. Which was the most polite way to describe Jason Nick had ever heard. “I like seeing him smile. He glows.” It almost looked like Salim was glowing a little himself as he thought of Jason. “He's so much smarter than people think. Very intuitive. And brave, and strong, and loyal.”

“He's a good man,” Nick agreed.

“You are his best friend,” Salim went on. “Is he... does he...?”

“He's single,” Nick assured him. Salim looked embarrassed and dropped his gaze.

“Please don't say anything to him about this.” Nick made an X over his heart. “I like him very much,” Salim confessed, “but I would hate to ruin our friendship.”

“Friends can still watch movies together,” Nick hinted. Salim smiled shyly and bobbed his head in agreement. Monty Python was hardly a romantic movie, but the two men were already into each other. Maybe being alone in a dark room would be enough to spark something.

If so, they would both owe Nick one.

Also, as a thanks to @ultrabananapudding for letting me use their sketches as references, a bunny bodysuit sculpt is included in the folder that can be used with the plain limbs for Bunny!Salim variant! I didn't include a bunny tail in the sculpt bc when I print it, Im gonna add a pompom for a little fluff ❤️

I also severely need to clean my alcohol wash tub, it's gross, lol.
