At the end of the week, Kaylynn confessed to John she will not try for any more children. She was really overwhelmed with the amount of responsibilities they had now with four kids. She wanted to make sure John understands they will be on strict birth control and will need to be extra careful. No more reckless heat-of-the-moment woohoo.

John was actually very supportive of the plan. He was really happy with the family they've managed to build together and understood how overwhelming it's starting to get. He hated to admit it, but Lucy moving out to Jennifer was actually a good idea, otherwise they would all be much more frustrated in an overcrowded house.

And that would be the end of Burb round number 3. With the rotation slowly coming to its end, next time it's the Oldie household with granny Coral and her plant son.

Daniel: "What? I thought you were too close to aging up..."

Daniel: "Well, I think it's great! This is going to bring us closer together! I'm going to take care of you, give you backrubs. Maybe I can get some time off work..."

Mary-Sue: "I'll have to take time off work..."

Daniel: "I know your job is important to you, but you can go back right away after giving birth! It's not like we don't have options for childcare, even free childcare."

Mary-Sue: "Oh, there you are. Done abusing that notebook instead of doing anything productive or spending time with your family?"

Lilith: "I am. By the way, I think this is great! Oh! And it'll be so fun and quirky if dad knocked the maid up, too, when he woohooed her yesterday while you were at work. Maybe you could basically end up with a second set of twins!"

Daniel: "You lying piece of shit!"

Lilith: "Methinks he doth project too much... I skipped school. I heard everything. Not that I expect you to believe me, mom, but I'm not lying."

Mary-Sue: "You know what, Lilith? I do believe you."

Lucy's official glow up after living downtown for a couple years. She's been enjoying the art district.

Blossom moved in after uni and they officially tied the knot. Lucy took on her last name.

After several attempts to get pregnant, it appears fertility is going to be a big issue for the Burbs going forward... They're both heartbroken, though John's pain is much greater than Jennifer's...

Jennifer has tried for a baby a few times without success now... It may be time to have each partner's fertility checked - or to consider options if there are fertility issues...

John has learned that he has very low fertility. Starting a pregnancy will be difficult (this got cut off in the image somehow)

John has joined the intelligence career It's no longer up to Jennifer to advance so they have money John has taken the responsibility on himself as well. The hours are good and he can still be around the kids during the daytime as well as some nights. He has been promoted twice and, unfortunately, demoted once. He is back to level 3 as a Crime Scene Investigator making 325 a day.

After a long flight, the Burbs settle into their new home. They're welcomed by Darren Dreamer and Jennifer's brother's in-laws, Herb and Coral Oldie.

desdemona woke up and wanted to talk about science with her roommate, but he was busy.

She did a little gaming instead.

She was also sent out to buy a halloween costume, where she ran into Lucy. She even was kind enough to pick up a costume for her roommate :)

Then she decided to actually do her term paper at the library, giving her another A+ for the semester. This dormie really wanted to bother her but she has patience.

After the library she invited Lucy over to hang out and such things. Her roommate has no clue what personal space is and decided to start critiquing her lights while they were trying to have some fucking privacy. dude please go do something else.

And she passes! Her aspiration has also changed. She's a knowledge sim now since all she does is think about science. will that impact her relationship(s) at all? who knows. Lucy's moving in with her for next semester, too. So we'll see.

John didn't expect to have the garden club representative show up on his doorstep. He was excited about the idea of becoming a member, but also terrified of their harsh judgement.

John: Were you the one to invite the garden club for evaluation?

Kaylynn: I have no idea what you're talking about, sweetheart~

John: Really? Because you seem very distracted right now. You're reading the book upside down.

While the representatives had some criticism to John's garden, they accepted his application and made the Burbs members of the club.

John puts in the hard work to make his family's dreams come true. He's the proud owner (Jennifer being his silent partner and bankroll) and operator of "Lucy's Lemonade" and he played an integral role in Samuel's acceptance to Private School. Way to go, John!

Chris passed away right as she came home from work. Melissa just doing Melissa things... she was unbothered, unaware.

Elden aged into elder! I think he's the first one in the hood to age up to elder, too. Greg Pai helps with the impending hearing loss lol.
