Twisted Wonderland OC Art

Here’s some of my Fan Art based around 3 OC’s for a self made Event called “The Nightmare Before Wonderland” (Which I hope something similar to it will happen)

I have a hard time drawing full bodies (And if I do dedicate myself to that, it takes me forever) not to mention I have a hard time picking colors so I just don’t color anything

Also, please try to ignore the writing, I tend to go overboard and write different things on ideas with names, background, and I write tiny, so I don’t want you to hurt your eyes reading my writing skills

Grade: 6th Grade (Homeschooled, skipped a year)

Occupation: Student and “Little Helper” of All Hallows’ Academia

Woogie Mann/Mambo

Species: Burlapsack Humanoid

Age: 19

Height: 6’7

Grade: 3rd (Held back a year)

Occupation: Student, Vice President of the Halloween Committee, and President of the Jazz Club (Singing, Dancing, Playing Games and Musical Instruments)

tried my hand at semi-realism and made an Edmond Burlapsack while watching the margaritavilles back to (bur)back (shoot me like a sick horse /j)

This trio seem to be conspicuously Wizard of OZ themed --Leonhardt being the Cowardly Lion, Steamgear being the heartless Tinman, and of course Scarecrow being the brainless Scarecrow-- but to no particular end as best I can tell... Just a brief passing nod.

In any case it's a weird boss fight on its own but obviously has adjacency in this particular batch with the solo Leonhardt, and Steamgear being a Buckbaird recolor.

Funny enough Scarecrow's design here is taken from the original Wild Arms, reverting from WA2's weird paperbag/burlapsack on head look. I get the general idea behind 2's but the color scheme feels like a bizarre mismatch.

I've seen some Japanese databases refer to Buckbaird's design as a "robot," which wouldn't have been the first thing to come to mind for me, but in the context of it passing for the tinman, I guess makes sense.

Leonhardt is also very noticeably not monochrome the way the other two are, and I'm not sure why...
