grumpy x sunshine, this is scaramouche with his s/o, if i do say so myself. literal showers of affection in private, 'cold-hearted' in public, promise he doesn't mean the insults he spits at you. still willing for a bit of pda though, basic holding hands is the only kinda he allows tbh, lowkey flexes you when he's with someone else, "oh you know, s/o would've done better than you." so even if you haven't even met them, probably one of his coworkers or friends are already fed up with you (as a joke and seriously), if he's ever upset, he'll really just come over to you, ready for your little kisses on his cheeks, and your head on his lap, just adoring each other, like no one else would.

What are all the Eddie’s doing today?🤭

rockstar!eddie is always on the east coast, so he's with his girls living his best at the hamptons. they do a firework show on the water and they sit on the dock and watch. it's very domestic and very unlike eddie but it is his favorite thing.

mafia!eddie is at his house with the dogs, clear of any fireworks from atleast a twenty mile radius lol. he had the chefs cook some traditional fancy american dishes bc while this is by far his least favorite holiday, he likes to still do something if only for you lol. then you're wanting to pull the fall stuff out tomorrow despite the ninety degree weather and you know what? he does it for you lol.

cowboy!eddie is taking you to the red white and booze fest the next county over. live music, alcohol vendors, food vendors, and a huge positively american firework show when the lights go down. you sit in the back of his truck and watch them, and he tries to feel you up lol.

modern!eddie bought pop its and is terrorizing the neighborhood by slinging them on the ground as hard as he can. when he was little wayne would only buy him one pack, but now that he has big boy money? he buys like thirty lol. keeps him entertained for hours and he quotes "wake up cocksuckers it's time to salute the flag" every twenty seconds.

older!eddie is so excited bc your parents are very patriotic and always have a big backyard bbq. wayne and his gf get to come, madeline is home, brielle is home, and he gets to spend time with all of them. wayne and your dad get along so well, sipping beers by the grill and talking. they still have the playset up (renovated for their precious grandbaby ofc) from when you and madeline were kids, so he's pushing lilah on the swing until she's tired. the fireworks start and delilah is with you, so he sits on the porch steps next to brielle. when she was little, they always used to watch them at the trailer park and she loved them so it makes him really emo a little lol.

bouncer!eddie is at the bar. they get holiday pay and ellen grills out for the staff for working. you're wearing a cute little harley davidson tanktop with a skeleton holding a flag on a bike and it makes him so fucking hard for no good reason lol. there's no one there really, except a few regulars, and you all go on the roof and watch the fireworks from the park, sharing a few beers and just vibing.

janitor!eddie is at the park helping wayne grill out. wayne, many years ago, took it upon himself to grill out for all the residents of the forrest hill park (esp the single moms lol). they'd play country patriotic music loud, and the kids ran through sprinklers in the day and with sparklers at night. wayne made hotdog and hamburgers and everyone else brought sides, sort of like a giant park picnic until the fireworks later. you and oliver and olivia came this year ofc, and oliver is so excited to see his grandpa and the fireworks. olivia goes back to the trailer with you to try and keep them from waking her up with the tv on full volume lol, so oliver sits in eddie's lap in the lawn chair watching the fireworks and eating a smore.

Hello! I have just a teeny tiny amount of questions regarding blood.

Is there a list of possible blood grades? Is so, is triple A the highest highest one? That must mean Oliver really is the top shelf. Is the lowest grade low F?

Does a human's blood grade determine if they will be an erased thralll or a sentient one?

If so, what's the minimum grade for not getting erased, low B maybe? Is there also a minimum grade for edible blood? Is there blood so bad or digusting a vampire cannot digest it?

If the grade of the blood is not the sole factor, then what other factors are there? Natural strength? Natural level of obedience? Are there grades for that?

Human blood farms, what grade are the people there? Is there a certain point in the blood grade list that a human just cannot be sold to a farm because they're blood is too valuable? Do some vampires keep thralls as pets but not too drink from and have another thrall just for drinking.

Like let's say a human's blood is not exactly appetizing, but they are very cute (atleast in the eyes of a vampire) and docile or they have a really pleasing personality so they're kept around like a lap dog? (i'm thinking of Emily and betty, Emily is a low B, so she can't be that tasty, but I'm thinking Jessica keeps her around because she likes her looks and personality. Meanwhile I imagine Betty being a B plus or even a low A, but she's more like a blood source than pet)

Are there some magical foods that can gradually change the taste of human blood, like berries or some meats? Are they toxic to humans but vampires don't care? Let's say they do work, I imagine it would just be some superficial or even worse change? Kind of like, hmmmm... Trying to replicate the autentic taste of fresh vanilla from expensive vanilla beans, but using some 50 cent vanilla flavor you found at the dollar store

Or perhaps it's just a scam? "FEED YOUR THRALL THIS MAGICAL CLOUD FAIRY BERRY AND THEIR BLOOD WILL SKYROCKET 2 WHOLE GRADES OVER THE COURSE OF JUST 5 SHORT MONTHS!!"

You don't have to answer all these questions, answer as many as you like or none at all. You can also use these questions in your stort if you actually like them, tho i'd be very flattered.

Yay worldbuilding questions, I love them!

The blood grades are indeed triple A through F. Oliver and Fitz were both the top of the top shelf. F would be considered undrinkable.

There isn't a perfect correlation between blood grade and allowed sentience. At the auction house, humans with high quality blood are almost never erased, because erasure is difficult and time consuming to reverse. For the expensive merchandise, it's better to keep them sentient and then offer erasure as an option after purchase. This is why Jameson is complaining about the thralls, since all of the thralls that meet his criteria for blood quality are conditioned to be servants and pets. 

There's no minimum grade that will allow a human to escape possible erasure. If Jameson had bought Oliver, he would have paid for erasure after purchase. 

Minimum grade for edible blood depends on how picky or desperate the vampire in question is, but F grade generally refers to blood considered inedible. This usually happens when a human is diseased or poisoned.

There aren't official grades for other factors that can affect a thrall's price, especially since those tend to be largely subjective. Outside of the vampires who erase their humans fully, most vampires choose based on a variety of factors. You're right that Jessica chooses her thralls for looks as much as for blood quality. Many vampires keep more than one thrall, so it's common to have one for primarily drinking and another for primarily being a servant or pet.

There aren't really foods that can magically make a human's blood a higher grade, although you're probably right that scams like that would exist. The general prevailing wisdom among vampires is that fresh meat, vegetables and fruits are best for feeding your thrall. Seafood, spices, and other pungent foods are sometimes avoided, but this varies greatly from culture to culture.

I don't think every thrall gets a special word, I think Lily just does that to her favorites.

He still offered the water as his mouth smiled when he accepted

Sendou took a sip from the bottle. "Thanks, I'm sorry for acting up, that bastard is getting on my last nerve" he sighed

went to the thrift store again! once again walked to the place. a nice driver let me cross as i was on my way to the place.. i was awkward because i didn’t realize they were stopping for me. did the raise hand thing people usually do when a car stops to be polite, still don’t know why its a hand up though. also scampered like a little chipmunk.

not much stuck out to me— got a tiny, tiny tea cup with some cute birds on it. also got a trick or treat halloween mug to feel a bit spooky.. along with a necklace! has a blue-green seahorse on it. the glasswork is truly memorable.. wearing it right now.

then crossed the street to the obligatory crystal & hemp store. took longer to cross than i’d like to admit. don’t exactly believe in crystals & chakras, but went anyway! bought two crystals (carnelian and moss agate) and an olive green star.. the star was five bucks. still, it’s very pretty. whoever tumbled these is very talented! i know its rather silly to buy something if you don’t believe in it, but i found them quite beautiful.. there were also very complex crystal displays. should’ve taken pictures..

…speaking of pictures, i took a few as i walked! saw a weird sphere out and about. also saw someones bag of sliced pepperoni on the side of the road.. made me chuckle. reminded me of that one meme my friend edited and showed me in september of misato, which only made me laugh harder. mind kept going back to that image as i walked to and from the two stores and back home.. also took pictures of some wires & electric things. didn’t pass by a radio tower, cause thats a distinct structure— very uncultured on radio & electromagnetic towers and their names.. something which ill most certainly look up now because if i don’t know what to describe what im talking about ill get aggravated. utility poles! makes sense. anyway, yes, passed by a ton of utility poles and a few rectangular circuit um.. things. took a picture of a few of them. why? they made me smile, and made the trek to the thrift store more bearable. looking out for small things which i know my friends find interest in is like playing one of those iSpy books from my childhood.. i treasure it dearly! also looked to see if there was anything my friends would like at the thrift store. there was an odd lookin clown i almost got.. alas, i did not. i have very little space for him..

also passed by a few stray bees pollenating the flowers beside the concrete sidewalks. one flew beside me, even if for only a split second. made me ask myself if i correlate anyone to bees, as its a rather common staple of my mind to correlate my friends with atleast one animal or so— realized i didn’t have anyone fit the bee agenda. as of typing this, maybe im the bee.. who knows.

"eh?! what do you mean you're moving?!" reki shrieked out in surprise, accidentally tripping over his feet and landing on the ground

the distant sounds of cars honking and the few civilians chattering filled the air. it was almost dark and they had just gotten off work and were on their way home. 

y/n sighed and picked up his skateboard, nodding her head lightly with a frown. "yeah.. my mom said we have to move soon" she said. "but.. why?" reki frowned as he stood up to meet eyes with her.

"well, my mom got a better paying job there so she said we should just move, i guess" she replied, her tone laced with guilt. "oh.." reki muttered. he kicked his feet on the ground, looking down as y/n peers at him with a guilty frown.

"im sorry reki" she whispered with a soft whimper "i guess i should've told you a lot sooner.." she said

reki looked up at her and shook his head. "no, no! it's fine, don't worry.." he reassured with a shaky smile "um..where exactly will you be moving to?" reki asked her 

"miyagi" she answered quietly, sheepishly kicking her feet back and forth, causing the rumbling sound of the wheels hitting the pavement to fill the tense air. 

"wow uh.." reki chuckled in surprise "that's really far.." he muttered. he then cleared his throat and shot her a shaky grin "well, atleast it snows over there!" he exclaimed. "maybe you can try snowboarding again" reki said, though it didn't seem to fill her with much comfort 

"i heard there's a good amount of snow when you're deep in the mountains! you can even-" 

"reki.." she cut him off with a soft whimper of his name 

reki stopped and looked at her with a sad sigh. he pursed his lips and finally dropped the enthusiastic façade. "i don't wanna leave okinawa" she admitted with a pained sigh. "i don't wanna leave you" 

".. a-and the others too ofcourse" she continued with a nervous chuckle "not just you.." 

"i don't want you to leave too" reki chuckled as he wiped the tears brimming his eyes 

he lightly punched her shoulder and took his board from her hands. "agh! you're gonna make me cry, you know!" he exclaimed. y/n smiled and let out a soft laugh "sorry, sorry" she said 

reki pouted and hesitantly brought her into his arms, nibbling on his bottom lip and letting out a sigh as he squeezed her tight. "i'll really miss you, y/n" reki said. 

she blinked repeatedly in shock and flusteredly wrapped her arms around him as well. "um-i-i'll miss you too reki.." she stammered out as she tried to fight off the heat that was rushing to her cheeks 

suddenly, reki pulled away, much to her distaste, and fixed his stance. "let's skate together before you leave, yeah?" reki mused "just for tonight.. then we'll continue when you get back" reki smiled 

"yeah. let's skate" she replied with a fond smile 

the pair skated home, taking their usual route and doing some tricks here and there. though their usual chatter and banter was not present, and all there was, was silence that seemed to weight down on both of their chests with varying emotions. 

they stopped at the block separating their houses, right under the street light where they always meet up with each other. 

reki looked back at her and smiled. "well, this is where we part" he chuckled ."yeah.. i guess so.." y/n muttered back with a frown 

reki sighed and nudged her with his elbow. "cmon, don't be like that" he said "its not like we'll never see each other again!" reki exclaimed with a laugh, though even he wasnt able to convince or reassure himself. 

"you're just moving, no big deal! we have one more day to spend together and our friends and visit S" reki explained in a comforting tone 

y/n sighed in distress and crouched down on the ground. she kept her board in place with her feet and stared at it with furrowed brows. "i guess you're right" she said. "but i really don't want to leave. im completely fine here in okinawa with you and the others." 

"i wanna keep skating with you and go to hotsprings together and eat bentos and keep working at dope sketch!" she exclaimed with a look of affliction 

reki frowned and sat down beside her, resting his chin on his hands and nodding along. "yeah, i wanna keep doing that too" he said "but we can't really do anything about it anymore" 

"unless you wanna try begging your mom or something" reki joked with a laugh as he nudged her with his shoulder. "but it's not like that would work-... y/n?" reki sweat dropped as he looked at her only to be met with a look of determination and sparkling eyes. 

"you're so smart, reki!" she praised "that's a great idea, we should do that! you're so amazing" 

reki chuckled and cheekily grinned at her "ah shucks, you flatter me too much!" he giggled 

"but were not gonna actually do that, right?" reki asked with a soft chuckle

".. right?" 

"WE BEG YOU!" they simultaneously exclaimed as they got down on their hands and knees to bow 

"w-what?! kids, what are you doing??" nanako exclaimed with a nervous smile as she tried to get them to stand up 

"PLEASE! DON'T TAKE Y/N AWAY!" reki cried out as he wrapped his arms around her in a bone crushing hold. "please!" y/n followed up with a determined look in her eyes as she stares at her mother expectantly 

y/n loosely wrapped her arms around reki's waist and pouted "please, mom?" she pleaded as she accentuated her 'puppy eyes'. "please, hasegawa-san?" reki pleaded as well as he gave her his 'puppy eyes' for the extra cute effect 

nanako seemed conflicted as she stares at their cutesy expressions with a look of dread. "what do i do?! they're too.. too cute!!" she cried to herself "help me, oliver !!!" 

she then composed herself and cleared her throat. "well, im really sorry kids" she said "but my desicion is final." she stated with a determined huff "im doing this so we can earn more-" 

she cut herself off as she caught sight of the two teens sulking and holding ecah other while a dark gloomily aura loomed over them. "ah well- i-" nanako stammered as she shakily reached her hand out to them with a guilty smile 

she then sighed and let her arms hang by her sides. "im sorry, y/n, reki. but we need to move so i can earn more money and y/n won't have to work for me anymore" she explained "plus, i've already purchased the house so there's really no going back now" 

"but im okay with working at dope sketch.." y/n muttered with a frown 

"i know, but.." nanako smiled nervously "look at it this way! you'll go to a new school and make some friends! we can even try snowboarding during winter, won't you love that?" 

y/n briefly glanced at reki and sighed. "sure.." she mumbled 

nanako smiled and gently patted them both on the head. "you should hang out with your friends before we leave" she said "you'll regret wasting your time here, yknow?" nanako mused 

reki and y/n nodded and went to put on their shoes. they grabbed their boards, and hastily skated to joe's restaurant 

"ah jeez.." nanako muttered to herself as she watched them skate away. "teenagers are so hard to handle!!" 

"help me oliver!!!" 

"guys, we have something to say!" reki exclaimed as he abruptly slammed his hand down on the table, effectively gaining all of their attention. 

"y/n is-" 

"what is it you slime?" miya sneered as he continued sipping on his drink 

"your girlfriend?" they all simultaneously said with a bored tone as they continued on eating their meals 

"..." reki and y/n blinked and looked at each other in confusion. "what?" reki asked cluelessly "no that's not-" 

"well its kinda obvious" shadow said with a chuckle "yeah, we kind of saw it coming" miya agreed 

"what? no seriously, that's not what-" reki was once again cut off by joe who playfully punched him in the shoulder and grinned. "damn, didn't know you had it in you to ask her out" joe laughed "and i didn't think y/n would ever confe-" 

"I'M MOVING TO MIYAGI!" she immediately cut him off, mainly to prevent joe's big mouth from spilling anything, and just to get it out of the way. 

"WHAT?!" they all collectively exclaimed 

"are you serious? that's pretty far away" shadow said with furrowed brows "yeah... what about S?" miya asked with a small frown 

"i'll have to quit" y/n says as she steals a fry from cherry's plate "i'll go one last time later." 

"miyagi.." cherry mumbled as he swats her hand away from his food. "where in miyagi will you be staying?" he asked. "i don't know" she answered with a shrug. "but im going to a school named aoba johsai i think." 

"carla, tell me about that school." almost immediately, carla had responded. "okay master" it said. 

"aoba johsai, also known as seijoh, is a private school located at miyagi prefecture. they are mostly known for their performance in volleyball, having competed in numerous tournaments and had made a name for themselves through the sport and successfully deemed themselves as a powerhouse school. "

"volleyball?" y/n hummed in curiosity "how do you play that?" she asked cherry. "i wouldn't know." he replied "though it's a sport where you play with a team. why? would you like to join?" he asked 

"probably not" y/n shrugged 

"oi, rookie! are you really moving?" joe asked with a small frown "S would get boring without you, yknow?" 

"i am" she replied "and i think S would be fine with you guys and reki in it" 

reki looked at her and smiled. the redhead slung his arm around her shoulders and picked up his board "how bout we have a beef one last time before you go?" reki suggested "we could all go against each other. just for the fun of it." 

"sure, but you'll lose, just so you know" joe boasted as he flexed his biceps. "hah?! just cus you're bigger and more muscular doesn't mean you'll win!" reki whined 

"yeah!" y/n agreed with a huff "reki has gotten better and much faster! and he knows more tricks now. he even did a snowboarding trick and-" 

miya quickly cut her off before she could go on a full rant about the redhead. "let's just go" miya groaned out as he grabbed his board. "man, are you sure you're not together" shadow sweat dropped as he followed miya and dragged them both out of the restaurant 

"we're not!" reki exclaimed with a laugh "why would you even think that would happen? we're just best friends" 

"right.. best friends" y/n agreed 

shadow sweat dropped as he turned to look at her, only to be met with her teary eyes and her quivering smile, looking like she’s on the verge of crying her eyes out like a child. 

"are you okay?" shadow muttered sheepishly as he watched her hastily wipe her eyes and pout like a child "yes" she replied with a huff 

"oh, is that so?" miya cooed with a cat-like grin as he stalked closer to her side "i mean it makes sense" he said "the heroine shouldn't be with a slime, after all" 

shadow deadpanned as he watched miya slyly lock their arms together with a grin "so who should she be with? you?" he scoffed "ofcourse!" miya wholeheartedly agreed. "im the hero so the heroine should be with me!" 

shadow sweat dropped as he watched miya hug her arm and look at them with a smug cat-like smirk. "dude, aren't you like thirteen?" shadow deadpanned 

y/n smiled and patted his head with a soft laugh "yup, you're right" she agreed jokingly, her smile widening as miya's face exploded into bright shades of red. "i-it doesn't mean i like you though!" he shrieked out "im just saying that we would be compatible!!" 

"i see." she muttered "japanese people are so hard to decipher"

"ha?! oi! unfair you should've counted!!" shadow exclaimed before hastily catching up to them "hmp, as if i'll lose to any of you slimes." miya muttered as he sped up 

"oh please. you all make me pay anyways." cherry mumbled with a sigh as he got on carla and calmly caught up to them 

"well you got the most cash" joe shrugged with a grin 

"shut up you gorilla." 

"i'll really miss their banters." y/n mumbled as she looked back to watch joe and cherry hit  each other with their board. "hey, it's not like we can't visit you" reki laughed 

"would you visit me reki?" she asked with a hopeful gleam in her eyes. "it would be strange not being with you.." 

"of course! i'll visit you like every week!" reki reassured with a wide grin 

"heh, as if you got the cash for that" shadow sneered from beside him. 

"i-im gonna save up, then i'll visit you every week!" reki cleared his throat with a nervous laugh 

her smile widened as she stared at reki in admiration and pure glee. 

"okay, im counting on it!"

Grim and Mono are at their house, Mono is cooking while Grim is laying on the couch covered in blankets.

Horror ports just outside the door to their house and walks in, kicking his shoes off at the entrance.

"Hey!" Mono yelled from the kitchen.

"heya." Horror says, shuffling in from the entryway. His cheeks dusting lightly with a blush at seeing the two.

"Hey . . . " Grim is covered with blankets.

Horror makes his way over to Grim and hugs him, nuzzling his cheek. "feelin ok?" He's blushing in full effect now.

'Yeah, Just Feeling Cold . . . Like Always" Grim snuggles a bit into him.

Horror melted in to the snuggles, purring loudly savoring it for a moment before asking "would you like some tea to warm ya up?" but he's already halfway standing up to go get Grim tea.

"Stay" Grim's smiling.

Horror's face lights up and his eyelight widens. "uh- um, o-ok." Soul hammering in his chest, he peaks over the top of the couch to check and make sure that Mono's ok and cuddles up to Grim.

Mono's okay, they are making food. Grim is small compared to Horror.

Horror collapses over Grim engulfing his tiny frame, being careful not to crush him, and purring loudly.

Grim giggles, He's purring too, "Just Don't Fall Asleep On Me"

Horror's face colors even more as he nuzzles into Grim "no promises" He chuckles, his voice slightly muffled.

"Hehe"

Mono is looking at them with a smile, "Food should be ready soon"

"and it smells amazing" Horror sighs, he squeezed Grim gently, closing his eyes.

"Heh, I hope pizza is okay with you guys"

Horror's stomach grumbled in anticipation. "pizza's grate!" Horror chuckles "sorry nevermind that puns too cheesy."

Both Skeletons snickered at the puns.

Horror felt so happy... His soul swelled and he trembled a little. He was starting to feel a little overwhelmed.

"Are You Okay?"

Horror nodded into Grim's shoulder, purring even louder.

"Okay, I'll call you when the pizza's ready" Mono went into the kitchen.

"thank you" Horror called after Mono "olive you so much."

A laugh could be heard "I love you too!"

Horror was starting to get too comfortable, his eyelids feeling heavy.

Not wanting to crush Grim with his full weight, he slipped himself in between Grim and the couch and hugged him close, checking to make sure he was still wrapped in the blankets.

He really did feel cold but Horror didn't mind.

Grim is purring, it's kinda weird that even with this many layers of clothes and a few blankets he's still cold.

Horror keeps shifting and covering anyplace cold on Grim chasing the chill away. "why are you freezing?" He asks, concern in his voice.

"Just A Thing That Happens To Me, I Don't Know Why, But It's Better Now" Grim smiled at him.

Horror smiled, nuzzling Grim.

"Ready!"

Horror perked up immediately.

He carefully clambered over Grim and stood up stretching with a groan before turning back to Grim and picking him up bridal style, blanket and all.

Grim smiled at him, He's blushing, a soft red on his black cheekbones.

Horror nuzzles Grim and adjusts him to make sure not to drop him and takes him to the kitchen table, hugging him slightly before placing him in his usual seat.

The pizza is on the table, already cut into slices, there are some sauces too, Mono placed cups with tea on the table and sat down on their seat.

Horror's practically drooling at the sight.

He gives Mono a quick hug and a light kiss on their cheek and made his way to his seat. "it smells so good."

"Well I hope that you'll enjoy it" Mono took a slice for themselves.

He picks up a slice enthusiastically, taking a comically huge bite out of it.

Grim took a smaller slice and took a small bite out of it.

"Tastes good?"

Horror nodded happily, his mouth full. He finished his slice in three bites and snagged another, digging into this one a bit slower.

They are eating in peace.

Grim checked his phone, a bit of worry present on his face.

Horror pauses his imitation of a pizza disposal service, watching Grim with concern.

"Still no response?"

Grim shook his head and went back to eating.

"i'm sure he's ok" Horror says reassuringly. "he's tough."

"We know, but . . . We're worried about a possibility that His brother killed him . . . And sent this message so we won't know . . . atleast not immediately . . ." Mono looks worried.

"When We Went There, There Was A Lot Of Blood . . . ." Grim looks uncomfortable with remembering the blood.

"his brother would do something like that?" Horror looks slightly horrified.

"Yeah, revenge and stuff" Mono took a sip from their tea.

Horror falls silent, looking perturbed.

"But I suppose he's okay, he's always okay"

"yeah..." Horror finishes the slice he had in one bite and decides leftovers need to be taken care of. "you guys done with pizza?"

"yeah" Grim like always ate too little.

Horror gathers the plates and stops at Grim's "one more bite?"

If skeletons could make puppy dog eyes it would look like the look Horror gives Grim.

Grim sighs "Okay . . . "

Horror waits happily for Grim to take his bite and jams the rest of his pizza in his mouth and takes off with his plate.

After the pizza, Grim drank his tea.

Horror was quick to take care of dishes and what little leftovers he spared.

After drying off his hands, he stopped in between the kitchen and dining room fidgeting with his hands and staring at Mono a light blush on his face.

"Hm?" Mono looked at him.

Horror shuffles over to Mono and leans on him in a weird sort of half hug. "thank you. that was delicious."

"I'm happy that you liked it" They smile at him.

Horror blushes "Wanna watch somethin' and cuddle on the couch?"

Grim stood up, wrapped himself in a blanket and went back to the couch.

"Yeah" Mono looks at Horror, "You look cute when you blush"

"w-well you look cute." Horror's face lights up even more. He decides it's Mono's turn to be carried and picks him up, nuzzling him and following Grim.

Mono is holding onto him to not fall, they gave Horror a small kiss on the cheek.

Horror blushed furiously when Mono kissed him, he's starting to feel like a walking gyftmas light around these two.

Grim is already laying on the couch, he's a bit curled up so Mono and Horror can sit beside him.

Horror plopped on the couch next to Grim, keeping Mono in his lap. He snuggled up to his two bf's, a loud rumbling purr emanating from him.

Grim leaned on Horror, he closed his eyes, probably ready to have a nap.

"So what are we watching?" Mono looked at him, sitting comfortably in his lap.

Horror looked to Grim and then Mono. "rom-com?"

"Sure"

Horror magic'd the remote over and put on some hallmark movie. He nuzzled Mono and Grim and let his body become one with the couch.

Soon soft snoring could be heard from Grim. Mono looks a bit worried.

Horror nudges Mono giving a questioning nod with one bony eyebrow raised in Grim's direction.

Mono sighs softly "He sleeps a lot lately . . . I'm just worried about him . . ."

Horror looks at Grim sleeping, concern written all over his face. He places a hand on his skull petting gently. Horror looks to Mono "has he been eating ok when i'm gone?"

"Not really . . ."

Horror frowns his brow furrowed. He's gone really still and he's focusing on Grim sleeping.. Just staring. The hand that was petting Grim starts tugging on his eye socket and the arm holding onto Mono grips him tight.

"Horror?"

" . . . " Horror's trembling slightly.

Mono placed their hand on his cheek, "Hey, what's wrong?" They're looking at his eyesockets.

Horror slowly looks at Mono, his eyelight looks shakey and unfocused, like he's not entirely present.

"Horror, please calm down, it's not your fault" Mono is slowly stroking his cheek.

Horror's trembling softens a little and his hand detracts from his eye socket, moving to clutch at his jacket right over where his soul would be.

His eyelight somewhat focuses on Mono, and an expression of confusion flits across his face.

Mono smiles a bit at him, "everything is okay, we are okay" mostly.

Horror looks down at his hand bunched up in his jacket and glances to Grim before returning his gaze to Mono. He's trembling again but looking significantly more present. "m-mono?"

"Hm?"

Horror wraps both his arms around Mono and attempts to hide his face in their shoulder, he squeezes his eyes shut and a singular tear rolls down his cheekbone.

"Shhh . . ." They try to calm him down, they are slowly stroking his back.

His trembling stopped completely but he doesn't let go of Mono. Horror takes a stuttering breath and mumbles "m'ok."

"Are you sure?" They're worried about both of them.

Horror lifts his head, nodding. "m'better" He looks to the sleeping Grim and puts a gentle arm back around him.

"i just- i've seen so many monsters..." He looks back at Mono and quickly avoids eye contact "sorry.. kinda lost myself there." He mumbles.

"I understand, I'm worried about him too, I know that it's even harder for you"

Horror doesn't look to happy about that "no it's not... it's just different." He gives Mono a comforting squeeze, looking at him with a clearly forced smile.

Mono frowned a bit. Horror's face falls, a little sweat beading on his forehead.

Mono hugs him, they don't say anything, they just look at Grim.

Horror sinks into the hug and closes his eyes. He's feeling rather tired himself now.

"Nap?"

Horror makes a noise of agreement "a nap sounds nice."

"Are we staying here or are we going to lay down on bed?"

Horror looks to Grim. "dunno, think we can move him without waking him up?"

"We can"

"bed then." Horror nods.

Mono let go of him and got out from his lap, they are floating in the air like always.

Horror shifts carefully from under Grim and gently picks him. He has a currently strong hate for how light he feels.

Grim didn't wake up, but he did snuggle close to Horror.

Horror's soul twists in his chest. He feels a surge of protectiveness wash over him. He looked to Mono to lead the way.

Mono went upstairs and opened one of the doors.

Horror followed him in clutching Grim like he's a lifeline. He one handedly flips the covers over and makes sure Grim is comfortable before clambering in after him, waiting for Mono before getting comfortable himself.

Mono laid down on the bed, they looked at Horror.

Horror pulled the covers over the three of them. His face lit up as he snuggled in, his arms just long enough to reach over Grim and hold onto Mono as well.

Mono smiled, they slightly rubbed their damaged eyesocket.

Horror smiled back, blushing. His bfs were so cute. "olive you." He repeats the pun from earlier.

Mono chuckles quietly "We love you too"

Grim is mumbling something in his sleep quietly.

Horror's soul trembled. He's feels loved and safe and he's not sure what he did to deserve these two.

He doesn't know what to say so he gives the both of them a light squeeze and closes his eyes drifting off to sleep.

I’m so happy now I have this on PC I can actually upload decent pics and not ones just taken from my PS4/TV screen.  I absolutely adore Oliver including this form because I mean, look at him! He’s so big and strong and round and cute!

I died twice getting these and have a whole bunch more, but I wanted to include the last two as the one on the bottom left is the closest I could do to a height comparison (My gal is the shortest the game would allow) and the bottom right one made me sad because...it kinda looks like he’s reaching out ; w ; (and yes I did die to that move lol)

After the Fall and Before The Dawn Thoughts / Spoilers — Very messy loose string of thoughts I wrote down as they pop up

I hope we get to see Gillian and Carmine again cause they were really interesting characters.

Also the fact that Coco pointed out Gillian’s birthmark was more like a brand made me go 👁🕳👁 I wish they had expanded more on that and went into what happened with the Asturias twins too cause. I don’t think Yatsu can live with the guilt of doing that to somebody :(

I’m so happy that after the battle the people of Vacuo and Shade academy students finally accept that the transfers aren’t weak and Shade really isn’t their last choice / resort school and rather their new home. (Temporarily. Velvet’s longing for their return to beacon almost made me cry and it’s so 🥺 whenever CFVY think of Beacon as their home and their team as their family.)

I really really really love Team CFVY’s dynamic and how Velvet isn’t their weakest member but their secret weapon! It’s also really sweet how Coco really pays attention to Velvet’s opinions on things now after Velvet pointed out how no one cared she wanted to stay in Vale when they first decided to go to Vacuo. And Bunnyvision!! That is!!! Sooooo cute!!! Get you an almost inventor gf that makes special glasses for you that are specifically designed to help you deal with your fears. Speaking of that. I /love/ inventor Velvet and how she created the concept of hard light weapons.

Also.. was I the only one who laughed when Octavia said she used the kids as grimm bait..

I love Fox joking around with people and teasing them, especially Neptune who is downright terrified by him. Yatsu best boi, please get him some breadfruit.

I didn’t notice Scarlet and Nolan flirting until I looked at other peoples thoughts afterwards and was like oh. I now see the light.

I wish Sage had more than five lines and atleast a semblance of personality. Also how do tattoos work cus of aura... did he purposely break his aura to get tattoos?

Carmine gay for Gillian? I would like to meet the rest of their friend group in Shade. They seemed pretty cool before Jax had to drop out and Gil followed :( Speaking of Carmine, I wonder how the Shade students treated her while she studied there as how the Shade students treated the beacon brigade was. Unsavory

Interesting to see that people go to huntsman academies even if they don’t want to become huntsmen, ex. Gus and how he just wanted to control his semblance better. That’s nice to know

Okay I really love Octavia and Velvet’s beginnings of a friendship, and how Velvet has caught falling girls twice (coco and octavia) (ahaha you could say they fell for her ;)) Also how Velvet and Octavia share a braincell (the dust tunnel collapse... that was Not a good idea)

I wish Nebula had more personality, and the other members of NDGO too. Also the sand pit arenas in classes are sooo cool. And dust infused weapons like Octavia’s staff.

Of the new characters (?) that were briefly mentioned I would like to know most about Olive Gashley cause her interaction with Octavia at the Crown place was just too cute. Or maybe it was Octavia being mean. If it was the latter .... man. But Olive is also pretty punny from the brief times she was mentioned and I love punny girls.

The scene where Coco blows up the dust rounds she wears on her to get her out of the sand and almost shattering her aura is . Wow that’s so cool and badass but at the same time SHE COULDVE HURT HERSELF SO BADLY IF THAT DIDNT GO RIGHT... COCO PLEASE BE MORE CAREFUL. ITS LIKE TEAM CFVY LOSE THEIR SENSE OF SELF PRESERVATION WHEN THEYRE ALONE.

I loved how Coco and Yatsu realized that they were shit without their weapons so practiced hand to hand combat with eachother. I love them.

Also it was cute to see how protective Coco and Yatsu are of Velvet. Speaking of that. Coco and Fox are balanced out by Velvet and Yatsu so well, as the former are described as being a little sadistic and the latter are absolute sweethearts who wouldn’t hurt a soul. Also how Velvet is the team’s heart and soul because she wears her heart on her sleeve while her teammates are/were all guarded. I love how their development is described and how four individuals melted into one family and trust eachother completely T-T I’m a sucker for found family and they are just beautiful .

Might I just say how hype I was to see Neptune use his semblance cause I *love* characters who have water abilities but dangit!! He didn’t end up using it even though it was the perfect opportunity! and that’s so interesting how his power is making water stick. I really wanna see it being used in battle or conventionally. The books also helped me like Neptune more as the show just made me think he was annoying and spineless. It’s also nice to see other characters from Argus.

I love Theodore’s HAVE FUN BLOW SHIT UP attitude. I feel like without Rumpole, Shade would be much more chaotic.

Shade academy seems to have single rooms? Haven too as Neptune described how his room was barely 100 square feet in area and how back at Haven team SSSN turned Sun’s room into a game room when he was gone. This makes Penny’s emphasis on how the teams share one room in Atlas make sense.

It was nice to see Sun grow as a person, and finally stay long enough to feel something for the place. And that he managed to resolve things with his team :,)

This makes me wonder how Shade students and Vacuo folk are gonna react to team RWBY when they get there, cause of their whole. The outsiders need to prove their worth thing. But I cannot WAIT for Coco and Velvet to see Blake and Yang again! Yes!! Yes!! Bees and Crosshares reunion.

Also the hint at new desert outfits for team CFVY when Coco said she had been working on some designs but free time was hard to come by in shade . I am Very Excited.

I wonder what would happen if Gill and Jaune use their semblances on eachother. Infinite aura source?

In conclusion: I really enjoyed the books and I love team CFVY.

MIDTERM/FINALS WEEK STUDY TIPS

 (OKAY. Here are the things that i tried and tested (for years) i’ll never mention anything here that i havent tried; still, effectivity rate depends on u, as a student and what u prefer.

BUT, before i handed it out: DISCIPLINE is the key here. (FOCUS will follow)

STUDY TIPS in preparation for TEST WEEK:

1. Don’t eat too much refined carbs/sugar before the actual test or quick practice test/review. why? it will make u sleepy and loose focus. this includes:

3-in-1 coffee (it will not make u attentive in your notes)

shortbreads

You can snack on some chocolates, on an average basis (preferred:dark)

2. The most effective brain food for me: (greatest to least)

Eggs (recommended: 2 boiled eggs)

Nuts (preferred: ordinary nuts & pistachios. why? it will make u full and attentive asf)

Spinach 

Salmon 

Tuna

Chia Pudding (alternative: almond milk, coconut milk)

**RECIPE: garlic + olive oil + tuna/salmon + spinach + flax seeds**

3. Wholesome drinks to go when ur in a hurry/rush that will still make ur guts okay and stress-free: (these are the drinks that helps u  feel good, less anxiety/depression/stress and will probs make u feel energize throughout the day)

Orange Juice

Chai Latte

Fruit Tea 

Oolong Tea

Coffee (better alternatives: almond milk for latte, stevia or coconut sugar instead of white // preferred: americano than machiatto or sweet coffee= again, sugar will make u sleepy in the long run)

Coconut Water (hydrate yo self better!)

Probiotic Drinks (in the morning)

4. Don’t Study in your supposed-to-be sleeping hours!!

Dont hurt your brain by studying at night or midnight. It might be effective to you, but don’t sacrifice your brain health (it can damage your brain in the long run) 

5. Sleep in full 8 hours. 

You should complete your sleep as to have a stable glucose level so thaaat ur energy is okay and your whole ‘wellness-being is okay. With this, you will not feel tired, anxious and mad. Having to sleep normally and completely is essential because it will help you think clearly and perform well (with a relax mind of course)

6. Prioritize your mental health

the guidance counsellor always reminds me to take care of my mental health because, ofc, if u have abrupt mental health or if ur depressed or have anxiety level, everything in your daily life will be affected. So pls, take care of your mental health before anything else. Things I do:

I yoga & meditate on the mornings (upon waking up) and in the evening (before sleeping)

Schedule date with your friends (friends ur vibes/non-toxic if possible) atleast once a week--for brunch or chitchats

Listen to podcasts for better u (listen to stuff that interests you or u want to gain insights and extra knowledge

Have a study buddy!

Remember to breathe (on burnouts: inhale (5 secs)-exhale (5-10 secs) 3 times)

Don’t engage yourself with close-minded people or those people that doesn’t listen to u

Don’t restrict yourself too much on using social media (u can give 1 hr for that) BUT

Less screen time. Focus on the now, on the environment, on the people around u. it will make you think clearly and peacefully. 

7. Don’t revise notes too much. 

Study what’s important and relevant; what the professors reminds you about. Cute handwritings and detailed notes may be cute, but its a time killer. so, you can skip it and have better app alternatives online such as quizlet.com or khanacademy

8. Make a timeline and stick to it: I guess 2 weeks and a half is enough for you to prepare for your big test. 

Week 1: 

Day 1: preparing your timeline

Day 2: preparing your outlines

Day 3: glancing

Week 2: actual studying (4 hrs per day is enough!! dont overdo; its not effective/productive)

Week 3: glancing or reminding yourself with the pointers. half of the week 3 can be for your relaxing such as watching movies with your friends BUT pls dont pull an all nighter (even for studying sessions)

8. Pray

idk i feel like praying before the test. i guess, we all need spiritual guidance.

9. Always bring mechanical pencil with eraser.

having to hold my mechanical pen made me feel like i need to study and think think think. since, no erasures are allowed on actual tests, you should practice answering first with your pencil before legit writing it with an ink. (i also bring my red pen and small highlighter (5 colors in one) with me)

10. Assume the possible questions in your exam. 

You have to practice here critical thinking. Know what are the possible questions in the exam: Dont do shortcuts!! Question and answer in detailed and avoid too much memorization (unless its law subjects) Repetitions is the key here. Clear your mind with unnecessary things and keep on repeating what the books says, not what you say or your opinion with the specific lesson.

Ok listen, yes season five is going to be full of Supercorp pain but you know what else it's going to be? Crisis

Now ofcourse this isn't necessarily a good thing, especially because the Supergirl episode is being held until after winter break wich means the angst is going to be unbelievable, but there is a chance that the core of Supergirl's connection to Crisis is going to be... Lena

Hear me out

Each show is leaving an ostrich sized easter egg to lead us into Crisis, but wile Arrow's and The Flash's are pretty obvious tie-ins to their respective shows, Supergirl's is ... not

I mean, yes, J'onn has a brother who wants him dead, and the Anti-Monitor brought Lex back to life (assumingly) but neither of those are earth shattering ties to the overarching story of Supergirl, Lena, however, is, but I'll get to that later

Arrow's plot for Crisis is pretty obvious- Oliver fullfilling his promise to the Anti-Monitor in order to save Kara and Barry, this will not only greatly impact his series, but considering that Arrow is ending, it's really more of a send-off than anything else

The Flash's plot for Crisis is equally clear- The series-long drama concerning Barry's vanishing will finally come to a head and The Flash is bound to be forever changed by it

Legends Of Tommorrow won't air until tommorrow and Batwoman won't air until next year, so those two are currently N/A, wich is fine honestly, as Elseworlds- the pre-cursor to Crisis- was really mostly about Oliver, Barry, and Kara

But this leaves Supergirl as the odd one out

Two of the three shows that built the groundwork for Crisis via Elseworlds will be permenantely impacted by Crisis in a way that culminates a very large part of their entire series to date, but Supergirl's Crisis clue was.... not that

J'onn's brother has had no precident in Supergirl's canon up until now, nor is there- to my knowledge- an overarching plot about him and Kara from the comic books, Lex Luthor potentially coming back to life was hardly a clue and even if it was, let's remember that Lex is on LOAN to Supergirl, unlike other major players like Lena, Brainy, and Nia, he isn't meant to be a permenant integration to Supergirl, he's only there to come in and out like Superman does, so whatever happens regarding him will only *add* to Supergirl's story, not be the center of it, even more confusing, Supergirl doesn't have any connections to time travel right now the way that Arrow, Flash, and even Legends do, I had originally assumed that the bleak future Imra told Kara about when the Legion came to help with Reign was going to come back into play, after all, the Legion did leave Brainy for us as a permenant connection to the future, but there wasn't a single breath about anything from season three at all, meaning this seems unlikely to be the case

So that leaves us with quite a quary- if The Flash and Arrow are giving us nods to Crisis that will greatly impact their shows on a level that the audience immediately understands, what has Supergirl done that's similar?

Revealed the truth to Lena, that's what

Wile Lena wasn't part of the show from season one, this isn't the CW's fault, she was part of the show from the moment that the CW got ahold of it, meaning that any seeds they may have wanted to plant for this like they did with The Flash could *only* be established starting from season two

Because the CW only had access to Supergirl starting season two, I'm going to disregard season one for the purpose of this meta, not because I don't like season one or because I don't consider it canon (I do- on both counts) but because the CW had no way of influencing anything that happened on season one and any overarching plans couldn't have been established then

So from the start of Supergirl's run on the CW, one of the biggest overarching stories has been about Lena finding out, unlike others such as Nia, Cat, and various villains that come and go, the theme of her secret identity is not something that comes and goes, nor is it something that can potentially be waved away with a little bit of trickster-ness on Kara's part (think J'onn masquerading as Kara in front of Cat), it's never been handled as a cute tongue-and-cheek thing or even an inevitability the way it was with Nia, with Lena it's never been a question of "when?" but "if?", it's never been treated as a laughing matter either the way it sometimes was with Cat- who half the fandom is legitimately quite sure already knew anyway

With Lena, it's always been something serious, even in the cutest moments of potential-reveals, there's always been a real sense of drama there, and that's the one overarching story that the CW has been planning since the beginning- particularly that's come to land right now, at the end of season four

Much like Barry's newspapper finally coming to fruition- with a near gurantee of resolution in Crisis- Kara's ultimate story about her secret identity- wich is something her story has focused on far more than the others- has also come to a head and promises a sort of resolution next season- I predict in Crisis

But there are two different ways this story can go down:

1. Lena The Villain

2. Lena The Hero

It's the same juxtapositioned conflict that Lena has dealt with during the ENTIRE show, and I predict that Crisis will resolutely solidify her position one way or another

Crisis is very much doing the same thing Avengers did with Endgame, it's creating a pre and post era system, just as the MCU will always be defined by "pre-Endgame" an "post-Edgame", the Arrowverse will always be defined as "pre-Crisis" and "post-Crisis"

Post-Crisis Arrowverse will be a universe without Arrow in it, a universe without the looming threat of Barry vanishing in Crisis, and a universe without the question of weather Lena is ultimately good or evil, it'll introduce a new era that will likely install a new Mega Plot to unfold over the course of five or six years

But back to Lena

There's always been a push-and-pull about Lena's goodness, not only on screen, with Lena consistantly having to turn away from temptations that would lead her down an evil path, but behind the scenes as well, with the writers admitting quite consistantly that Lena would have times of straddling the moral fence and that they had considered her going down a darker path, and with Melissa comparing Kara and Lena to early!Clark and Lex, as, after all, Clark and Lex were closer than brothers, once upon a time, now with Lex gone- for a time atleast- and Lena having a real, personal motivation to hurt Supergirl, without Kara weighing in as a concious, she's being set up to look like a villain

I, personally, don't think she'll turn into one, but for the sake of arguments and theorizing let's just say she does

Crisis would be the launching pad of Lena emerging not as morally grey or going down a crooked path, but as a full-on, bonefied villain that's out to get Supergirl

It would certainly launch a new period for Supergirl as a show, a point of no return, something that would solidly be "Pre-Crisis" vs "Post-Crisis"

If Lena launches as a villain that could be Kara's big conflict for Crisis, having to fight her best freind, it could even be a matter of Kara rewriting the universe so that Lena never found out she was Supergirl.... or rewriting it so that she told Lena herself, both of wich are possible with time travel, wich will almost certainly be at play

Lena Luthor would certainly be a villain mighty enough to possibly bring about the end of the world, especially if she wasn't the only one responsible for it

However, I don't think this is what's going to happen, I think Lena is going to join the Super Freinds officially... and start by saving Supergirl during Crisis

Once again, that will solidify her as good forever, no longer raising the question of where her allegiance is, and it'll also create a very clear pre-era vs post-era

We know that Oliver made a deal to save Kara and Barry, but we don't know if that deal means they'll go into Crisis wearing virtual plot armor (meaning what would have initially killed them no longer happens at all) or if that deal creates two life-savers for them that weren't initially going to be there, such as Lena Luthor, who wasn't going to be part of this until she found out who Supergirl was, and, as consequence, has become more wrapped up in the Big Bad Battles since finding out (that doesn't mean Lena necessarily has been helping Kara through 5A, just that she's more involved in what's going on than ever before, wich is pretty reasonable to suggest, all things considered)

Oliver's deal with the anti-Monitor was enacted before this episode aired after all, so whatever Oliver did, it's set in stone, it's very possible that he created a life-line option for both of his freinds, thus why Lena found out now of all times, after so long of not knowing, that only set in motion that she would be involved in Crisis.... and be there to save Supergirl from something that would have otherwise killed her

Obviously I have no proof of any of this but I just find it really odd that for one of the three connected to Crisis through Elseworlds, for one of the two that Oliver made his deal for, the only Crisis hint we got is for a charector that ... isn't even going after Supergirl

At all

He has nothing to do with her, and Anti-Monitor doing whatever he did with Lex doesn't give us any real hints about where Crisis is taking Kara's storyline, it doesn't even prove that Lex will be facing Supergirl in Crisis at all, there's still a possibility that Superman comes back from Argo and we get a Clark vs Lex showdown- even a small one, after all for the biggest crossover in  DC's TV history, it'd be weird to have Lex there and not Superman

Furthermore, it isn't like Supergirl has no way of incorporating time travel, Brainy's entire charector is based on that concept, last season was entirely about it and even told of a future where Supergirl not only is no longer alive, but where she too dissappeared long before Imra was even born, that would have been the PERFECT tie in for Kara and Crisis but it wasn't even remotely hinted at, meaning they're going to be doing something completely different, they have to have a better tie-in for her to not have used something so obvious

So what does that leave? Where is Kara's actual story in all of this? It could very well be with Lena, it's the option that makes the most sense, after all

The Story:

"Hey Y/N, um....I've been thinking these days. And I wanted to ask you something." The boy said sheepishly, rubbing the back of his neck and avoiding eye contact.

"Yes?" Y/N turned to look at him, her heart thumping on hearing those words --- not sure whether in hope or fear.

"D-Do you want to go out with me?" the boy finally turned to look at her.

"Oh uhh wow, um, that was totally out of the blue--" Y/N started but before she could give him an answer, familiar red headed twins appeared in front of her.

"Hey Brent. I see you've got hold of Y/N now." George said slinging his arm on the blonde's shoulder. The boy looked fine but suddenly his expression changed to a frown when Fred slung his arm on Y/N's shoulder.

"Are you dating him?" Brent asked Y/N, looking pretty mad.

"Wait n-"

"Why didn't you tell me this beforehand?! I wouldn't have wasted so much time with you then! Ugh!" He brushed back his hair and stormed towards the Great Hall in frustration. It took Y/N a while to register what happened in front of her eyes.

"You're welcome Y/N." Fred said slinging his arm off her shoulder, "You owe us a Butterbeer."

"Oh my god. I can't believe-- he didn't even want to listen to me!" Y/N said furrowing her eyebrows.

"Yes Y/N, That was the cute and shy Slytherin boy you were talking about. He has been pining on you for a while in case you haven't noticed. And he just got out of a relationship where he was extremely over-possessive. I might hate most of the Slytherins' attitude but I'm happy for his ex, no kidding." George added to the conversation.

"I told you he's a pretty shady guy." Fred said now walking towards the Great Hall with them, waving back to Lee Jordan who was waiting for them in the Gryffindor table.

As they started digging onto their lunch, now discovering The-Boy-Who-Lived in their house, Y/N played the food on her plate with the spoon, looking at the twins and thinking about the time she first got introduced to them.

She was in a new atmosphere, being born in a muggle family and all of a sudden at the age of eleven she discovered that she was a witch. Trying to figure out how to go the train station, her parents met a red headed family who introduced themselves as the Weasleys. And there she came to know the twins who were on the first year like her. Ofcourse, their personalities differed a lot considering Fred and George were always up for pranks but Y/N wasn't. Well truthfully, she was a bit when she was the one providing most of the stuffs she could find for their pranks. Their friendship started from there in the station and now they were in their second year. The twins became her best friend, although they never voiced it.

Her train of thoughts got interrupted when she discovered Fred's hand slowly sliding towards her hand holding the spoon, and he said in a grieved tone, "I am sorry Y/N but I don't feel about you that way."

The people snickered at his comment around the table when she realized that she was staring too intensely at him. "Oh fuck off Fred." She said amused at the situation and finally started eating her food.

"Don't worry Y/N, you'll get a boyfriend." George said, "But after we get ourselves a girlfriend."

"Oh god I'm gonna die single." Y/N said sighing dramatically.

"Not with these amazing flirting skills baby." Fred said winking at her.

"Please don't." Y/N said cringing at his words.

As soon as they finished their lunch, they went for their next classes and got called by their Quidditch team captain, Oliver Wood, in the middle of it in an urgent notice.

"Okay guys I think it's high time you stop pretending and tell me what you did this time. We don't usually get called in the middle of the class. What did you do?" Y/N asked, a worried expression evident on her face.

"I swear I did nothing. Don't know about him though." The twins said simultaneously, pointing at each other.

"Oof--" Y/N sighed, "I'll see what I can do to lessen your punishment."

"We don't do anything without informing you Y/N." Fred said in a serious tone. He might not have said it out loud but it was pretty evident that they were both a bit upset.

"I didn't say I don't trust you. Your pranks pretty much put you in the first people to be suspected." She said after a while.

They didn't say anything but smiled, and then, like the good friends they were, started pulling Y/N's hair throughout the way to the meeting. And things took a better turn when they got the good news of including Harry in the Quidditch team on Professor McGonagall's recommendation that he can make an exceptional seeker.

Although it was supposed to be a secret, the news spread like fire and Oliver took no time in settling their schedules and training period--some of them early in the morning. And one such morning, after a heavy and boring lecture about their positions in the field from Oliver, when they were finally going to the ground for their practice, they ran into the Slytherin team.

"Oh wow look what we have here." The Slytherin Captain said snickering. "The loser team."

"We don't really have time and energy to talk with you." Oliver said moving forward to go to their destination but was stopped by the Slytherin team again.

"It is sure as evidently by how you play that you don't have any energy at all." The Slytherin captain commented again.

"And you sure as hell have a lot of energy to spare to move your huge ass teeth in that mouth of yours to talk such things early in the morning. Move over Rabbit, although rabbits are way cuter than you." Y/N said already annoyed and tired to fight after Oliver's boring lecture early in the morning.

"Shut your filthy mudblood mouth of yours. You don't even deserve to be here in the first place." Said a familiar voice, which she immediately recognized as Brent's. The Slytherins smirked at those words.

"Speak another word and we swear we will make your life a living hell in this place." George said in a deep tone. It frankly scared some of Slytherins as well as the Gryffindors as they never saw him this serious.

"Leave it." Y/N said pulling George's arm, "Not worth it." George, unlike Fred, was impatient and in some cases scarier than Fred which came out in the Quidditch matches, when he aggressively hit the Bludgers.

"If you don't have the guts to accept a rejection, you should keep this huge ego of yours in check. It doesn't suit you prick." Fred said pulling his brother's arm, although he clearly looked pissed off.

"Good thing that Y/N stepped all over your ego. And listen up, " George said moving forward while Y/N's and Fred's grip tightened on his arms, "stay away from Y/N from now on."

"Come on guys, let's go. We have a match to win." Y/N said now locking eyes with Brent.

Let's just say the Slytherins were too baffled by the twins' behavior to say anything back. They never saw them this pissed before.

As they walked towards the field an atmosphere of silence spread around, George finally broke it and asked, "Are you okay?"

".......Yeah. I'm almost used to the term by now."

"You shouldn't be!" Fred said frowning.

"I kind of don't care anymore so don't worry. Worry about George. He lost his temper, like wow--never saw him like that."

"He called you a mudblood. And in front of us. What exactly did you expect?" George said sighing.

"Joke it out I guess?" Y/N said chuckling, "And I swear, Angelina just found you super hot."

"Really?" George asked snapping his head towards her, his mood completely changed at her comment.

"Oh, I saw it too." Fred said smiling.

"No you didn't. You were busy being angry at Brent." Y/N said laughing.

"Atleast our flirting is working. You won't be single for long Y/N." Fred said smirking.

"Sure it's working. Last time you said a corny joke Fred, she left the room. But you're right, atleast I get to keep a boyfriend soon."

"As long as we approve Y/N." They said simultaneously.

"Sure." She said rolling her eyes and a smile slowly creeping up her face.
