Also me: Hey wouldn't it be mad funny to write Jason in the Pokemon universe and its just a meet cute with Eddie.
#stranger things#jason carver#eddie munson#tigerfreak#munver#i'm this close to giving the jock spiders#idea is that jason has an eevee and like a flock of joltik for NO reason other than personal entertainment#the eevee being his starter pokemon and the joltik the consequence of being alive#and he's taking them out on a walk and one of his mons scurry away#only to be found out by eddie/his pokemon#and jason is worried because oh no a bad influence (eddie just looks like that don't worry)#but eddie turns out to be eddie and then they bond (and also jason's pokemon has decided eddie's pokemon is its bestie now)#so good luck with that jas#alternatively its coffee shop au and jason shows up to eddie's coffee shop with electric spiders all over him#eddie: are you aware you have an infestation?#jason: infestation? D:< they are loyal hardworking members of the community!#eddie: hardworking#jason: they participate in contests#eddie: ooooof course they do#(eddie also participates in pokemon contests by the way)#a version where they're both competitors in the same contest battles and keep seeing each other backstage#and you've got jason and his pretty little eevee vs eddie and his like. crobat or something#and they always disliked how the other ran their business#and then eddie finds out about the spiders#and decides that's pretty metal#even if its jason#or maybe jason is just trying to get joltiks OUT of his house and somehow eddie is there and has to un-spider his house
