#lg doodles #figure drawing #art study #i like this brush 4 practice. idk if you can tell from here #but the drawing path will often split into two lines bc its supposed 2 be a 'chalky' brush #and i think it helps me think less abt line quality and more ab the whole drawing #im trying to get better at drawing bodies esp bodies in unconventional poses (i like top right personally)#but i still need to work on perspective and proportionality #like the bottom one doesnt quite get there. i lose a lot of depth bc i flattened it in my mind #also i cant Crunch bodies .. like i drew his arm abnormally long bc i couldnt figure out how to deepen his back leg #so that its on the same horizon as his hand.much 2 think ab.#but i had fun. so thats a plus. yaay. <did not go 2 life drawing like i said i would #and back 2 top right i do like the contour lines or whatever u would call them. i think his back #is the most simplistic of the whole page and i rly like the style.want 2 make everything that simple #i do also like the face on the bottom.bc i always avoid faces in poses. Ok so I’ve combed through the CIA documents like twice already and like… Guys, the gateway tapes *can* help u shift BUT they don’t *shift* you *for you*. This is why they’re called gateways - the focus levels are states you can enter and then shift from via your own efforts

#sorry my posts on this aren’t aesthetic I rly don’t care #robert monroe #gateway tapes #reality shifting #law of assumption #astral projection #if the gateway tapes aren’t your cup of 🍵 then move along #hell they barely did it for me until I realized this #once u learn to enter the focus levels independent of the tapes then u can freestyle/go with your own flow #the most important focus levels are F10 - F12 - F15 - F18 - F21 #focus 15 from my personal experience is perfect for yeeting yourself into the void state #also if the thought of the tapes intimidates you just listen casually while you’re doing something else #these are actually much shorter and much simpler than most of the guided meditations like Alunir for example #unsurprisingly all the focus level numbers are also some of my Angel numbers #like every single day for nearly a year now I usually catch the clock on like #10:10 or 11:10 or 12:12 or 2:15 or 3:10 and 6:21 and #I don’t think it’s a coincidence it happens too often and too ‘perfectly’???#oh well I hope this post helped *someone* I’m out ✌️

I can't stress enough how important it is to draw characters with physical traits you find ugly, unattractive and/or repulsive, especially if you yourself share those traits. Nothing will make you more accepting of diversity in yourself and others that engaging with it during the creative process and giving it to characters you love.

#diversity #representation #dan talks #it will also help u in the outside world too #disabled/fat/etc people will have a much nicer time around you if you #a) have already seen people like them. know some stuff about them. and aren't shocked #b) have done work to unlearn the stigma around them so you can treat them like people even before you get to know them #i was kinda debating whether i should make this post bcs im not rly comfortable calling fat/disabled/etc people the things i did #but at the same time it IS how many people see us #and it IS why finding any diversity of race ethnicity ability body size etc etc etc is so hard #how many comics online are just skinny cishet white abled conventionally attractive people?#that will have like 2 brown characters that just look like the white characters with the brown bucket tool involved #to be clear i dont want to cast judgement on anyone who finds diverse people ugly or repulsive that's not the point of the post #the point is that while it's not your fault society taught you things it is your responsibility to unlearn them #and a great way to start if you're an artist is to draw through it #doesn't matter if you're a beginner or an expert just do your best it'll always be better than nothing
