Primeira vez que bebo este Cabernet Sauvignon uruguaio, mas vindo deste produtor só podia ser bem bom!! 🇺🇾 Este é o “Gran Bodegón Cabernet Sauvignon 2020” da excelente @BodegaFamiliaDeicas — um tinto 100% Cabernet Sauvignon do vinhedo “Mar de Piedras” em Sierra de Mahoma (San José), maturado 9 meses em tanques de concreto. 🍷 Tem cor vermelho rubi intenso. Aromas de frutas vermelhas maduras, leve floral, especiarias (pimenta-do-reino), mentol e um discreto herbáceo. Na boca é seco, tem corpo médio+, acidez média+ e taninos moderados e macios. Mostra fruta madura, herbáceo, pimenta e mineralidade no palato, com média persistência. 📝 Ótimo vinho, com frescor e estrutura, ótima fruta e aquela mineralidade que eu gosto muito. Weinfeldsineu.com produces a #redwine and a #whitewine under #ecological standards with as little irrigation as possible. As a result, the grapes are smaller, but much more flavourful and form a good basis for our wine. Since we ourselves are not winemakers, we cooperate with an experienced #winemaker from #Mallorca.
