5 PHẦN MỀM BIM PHỔ BIẾN NHẤT HIỆN NAY
Các phần mềm BIM giúp việc phát hiện các vấn đề tiềm ẩn, tránh sự lãng phí về thời gian và tiền bạc trong công trình xây dựng. Cách tiếp cận mô hình 3D thông minh này giúp bạn có cái nhìn tổng quan về kế hoạch xây dựng, thiết kế, xây lắp, quản lý công trường, và hệ thống cơ sở hạ tầng... Vì vậy, BIM tại Việt Nam trở nên phức tạp hơn rất nhiều so với việc chỉ đọc bản vẽ đồ họa và các thuộc tính từ mô hình 3D. Việc ứng dụng BIM cho nhà thầu thi công và chủ đầu tư còn gặp nhiều khó khăn.
Chúng ta hãy cùng tìm hiểu 05 phần mềm BIM phổ biến nhất hiện nay dựa theo các tính năng riêng của nó.
1. Revit
Là phần mềm phổ biến tại Việt Nam hiện nay. Được Autodesk phát triển đồng bộ với hệ sinh thái khác (Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360,…)
Tính tương thích: nó sẽ hoạt động tốt cùng với các thành viên của một nhóm dự án.
Hình ảnh 3D tương tác cao: tăng hiệu quả truyền đạt ý tưởng và ý định thiết kế được đưa đến các nhóm và các thành viên dự án.
Giải pháp đa bộ môn: tính năng khá đầy đủ cho kiến trúc sư, kỹ sư kết cấu, kỹ sư MEP, hạ tầng và cảnh quan. Có cả Architecture, Structure, MEP.
Hỗ trợ mở rộng tốt, thư viện add-in đi kèm rất nhiều.
Không có gì là hoàn hảo cả, và Revit cũng vậy. Người dùng Revit khá khó khăn với vấn đề kích thước tập tin và khả năng mở rộng: xử lý file lớn, link file chưa tối ưu. Và việc thống kê khối lượng, phần vẽ 3D cốt thép, xử lý liên kết thép chưa tốt.
2. Navisworks
Navisworks cho phép các chuyên gia kiến trúc, kỹ sư xây dựng tổng hợp các mô hình và dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn khác nhau (AutoCAD, Revit, Allplan, Tekla…). Từ đó mang lại một cái nhìn tổng thể của dự án, nâng cao chất lượng hồ sơ dự án. Giúp chủ đầu tư, nhà thầu đưa ra các bước tính toán tiếp theo như thời gian và chi phí thi công.
Tích hợp BIM Glue 360: đơn giản hóa việc chia sẻ dữ liệu và quy trình công việc trên môi trường điện toán đám mây.
Phát hiện xung đột: Tạo môi trường nhận biết tốt hơn các xung đột. Giảm thiểu các va chạm tiềm ẩn trong mô hình. Giảm thiểu khả năng trễ tiến độ và sai sót trong thi công.
Tập hợp nhiều định dạng: Kết hợp nhiều nguồn dữ liệu thiết kế từ các phần mềm khác nhau thành một mô hình duy nhất. Thông qua các công cụ xuất bản, quản lý dữ liệu và tổng hợp mô hình.
3. Autodesk BIM 360
BIM 360 Glue là một điện toán đám mây dựa trên BIM quản lý. Sản phẩm hợp tác kết nối toàn bộ nhóm dự án xây dựng. Việc sắp xếp công việc trong dự án BIM từ trước khi xây dựng thông qua thi công xây dựng.
Làm nhiệm vụ bố trí xây dựng hiệu quả hơn. Với các tính năng bố trí và các ứng dụng BIM 360 Layout iPad.
Theo thời gian mô hình định vị cho việc tiến hành bố trí. QA / QC, và xây dựng trên công trường.

4. ALLPLAN BIMPLUS
ALLPLAN là một trong những phần mềm mạnh mẽ nhất cho BIM, triển khai chi tiết cốt thép 3D. Là một Phần mềm CAD và cung cấp cả giải pháp BIM cho xây dựng. Nó cũng có các tính năng tuyệt vời để tạo bản vẽ thép với hình dạng hình học phức tạp. Phần mềm đặc biệt xuất sắc trong bản vẽ kỹ thuật dân dụng và kết cấu hạ tầng. Hiện nay Allplan chưa có chức năng thiết kế M&E tích hợp. Điều này có thể được giải quyết bằng cách mua thêm Add-on được gọi là AX3000.

B&K wins £23m spec Glasgow office job
Bowmer & Kirkland has sealed a £23m contract to deliver the Cadworks office project in Glasgow city centre.
Real estate investment vehicle FORE Partnership has confirmed the builder will now start the spec 10-storey office block, which should be completed in early summer 2021.
Offices to be built on Cadogan Street will offer the country’s only cycle-in access ramp
Alan Johansen, regional managing director of B&K said that the 96,000 sq ft Cadworks building would be Glasgow’s most ‘green’ office development, targeting a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and an EPC ‘A’ rating.
Local architect Cooper Cromar designed the building with German consultant TUV SUD UK providing M&E design.
Cadworks will sustain around 200 construction jobs.
FORE managing partner, Basil Demeroutis, said: “The appointment of Bowmer & Kirkland signals our readiness to start on site and deliver our flagship Scottish development.
“Cadworks will embody our vision of creating a new way of designing commercial space, one where social responsibility and ethics can be powerful drivers of returns on investment. ”
