#can’t sleep bc of nausea and had the most insane flashback experience earlier#opened my window bc im not supposed to smoke in the house so I was blowing it outside & airing my room out#& then I had to go throw up which sucked#& then came back in my room and the combo of the candle id been burning w/ this weird#combo tobacco weed smell that was still kind of hanging in the air#smelled exactly like the house I lived in in bemidji and I remembered my old roommate alyshea sitting#on the bathroom floor w me when I got borderline blackout drunk#and was puking my guts out#& then bc I found her on fb the other day after remembering#all that shit w my other roommates#I spent 40 minutes writing a message to her and I feel like maybe I Shouldn’t have sent it at almost 4am but#what can you do#marc.txt#emetophobia -
