Am I bringing my larger suitcase so that I have room to bring back an Icelandic sweater and/or lots of new yarn?
Yes, yes, I am.

i love jabitha because it's like most normal girl in the world gets turned crazy by her freak that she keeps on a leash i love vughead because it's like most normal girl in the world (lie) (she is crazy) (she is not entirely aware of this) is in equal parts enabled and dissuaded from her crazy by her freak that she keeps on a leash i love bughead because these are two freaks who have leashed themselves to their best friend to varying degrees of success and acknowledgement by said best friend. and they all kiss

One of the really annoying lingering problems of gifted child syndrome is that when you were raised to believe that you should be able to do everything right the first time with no help, and punished any time you didn't meet this expectation, you grow up completely failing to grasp that things like helplines and advice services a) exist and b) won't berate or ritually humiliate you if you actually call them.

go for the SUV if that’s what you’re most comfortable with and you’re okay with paying the extra cost! also I would recommend signing up with an account for whatever the rental company is because sometimes they have a beginner promo or discount! also if you happen to work for a company that has any sort of employee travel site see if there’s a corporate code you can use! I use mine all the time for personal travel (which is allowed by my company) and work travel!
So after looking closer it looks like because I'm still on my parents' triple A, I can get a free car upgrade? So I believe that means I can get the rate for the next car type down instead, which sounds like maybe the best solution here in terms of saving money and also getting the kind of car that would be most useful to me

Going for a coffee at Starbucks only to find it closed be like -
Random tourist, whipping around to look at me: Do people in this town not drink coffee??? This is the fourth location we've tried and they've all been closed!
Me, in a black velvet tunic and striped bell bottoms, deadpan: No, sir, we survive purely on Vibes.
