STORY TIP...

This time a classic but new to me.

I have a list of 30 fics I'm going to read this winter.

Started last week and love it so far.

Last night I started a classic fanfiction story I neglect for too long.

I'm only on page 145 but it is already extremely promising.

Not only because of my favourite badass Moriarty is a big part of the story and it starts with little Sherlock and a brilliant opening but..

It features the Sherlock I have in my mind.

A genius man child with baggage on his soul so strong it almost threatens to suffocate him.

Lonely, longing and clever is the status of Sherlock until a certain army-doctor doctor arrives but does John really know what he signed up for when accepting Sherlock’s dinner invitations and who is the man who writes Sherlock all those disturbing letters?

Can I call you Jim?

Hey guys! I just wanna share this something that happened in school and it’s been bothering me for like a month now....

So it’s the start of a new year at school. There are some familiar faces and some that seems like they’ve never been here at all.

Our setting is on July 30, 2017 in a very hot afternoon in the classroom of Grade 10 - Generosity located at the uppermost third floor of the said school building.

I was with my classmate which I will disguise with the alias of Roxette for now.

I can faintly remember the events but my other classmate, I’ll be hiding under the alias of Cecilia, was annoying my other classmate named Bert.

She’s been annoying him for at least the past 2 weeks now.

He got his revenge somehow. Since Cecilia was only a petite person and of a slim delicate structure, he carried her ala Bridal Style and spun her around numerous time resulting to Cecilia to be dizzy.

Really, after those spins she always sits on the floor as if ready to puke.

But this particular after on the 30th of July was different.

I just finished watching the Season 1 of Sherlock.

I just finished watching The Great Game where Jim Moriarty Makes an appearance.

So I was with Roxette. She was the first one to enter the classroom, I followed after and there was a crowd, somehow, and I heard one of my classmates saying that Cecilia is crying.

I was still at the doorway and Cecilia’s seat is situated near me. She was crying, her eyes were swollen red, even if the classroom was a bit dim I could still see it. (I live with vampires, they usually like to close the lights. I don’t know why though.) And I started to comfort her, glaring at Bert.

Bert was threatening Cecilia that he’ll throw her down the window if she ever annoys him again.

Of course, as a Sherlock fan who just watched The Great Game, I freaked out.

I started to think about Carl Powers and how my friend will be like him now.

I left the classroom yelling: “WHHHYYY?! WHYYY DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE ME REMEMBER??!!! I WAS JUST OVER IT!”

A few days after, I found out that his full name is Bert James Jim Moreno.

I just stared and I felt like the world was mocking me...

Moriarty’s full name is James Jim Moriarty.

So basically, I have a class mate named Jim that could either be a Consulting Criminal.I mean, how would I know? He’s a new transfer student!

Olá! Bom, pra começar, faço parte do Cumberbatch Brasil, e temos nosso blog também: @cumberbatchbr desculpe a promoção descarada.

Bom, o que eu achei que The Final Problem? Ainda preciso ver mais uma(s) vez(es), sabe? Ainda estou tentando lidar com as emoções. Muitos andaram reclamando um pouco de TFP por conta de plotholes, e que The Lying Detective foi um episódio melhor. Acho que nisso eu concordo, mas eu não tendo a olhar muito pra isso. Se a série tiver que terminar dessa forma, eu diria que foi um lindo final. Nunca tinha ficado tão tensa em um episódio, e olha que eu assisto Game of Thrones! E a evolução do Sherlock? Ele finalmente se tornou um homem bom, e foi fantástico acompanhar isso tudo. TFP pode não ter sido o melhor dos episódios (pra mim foi), mas ele sempre vai mexer com as minhas emoções. Aliás, a quarta temporada foi incrível, mesmo tendo que me despedir de uma das minhas personagens favoritas.

Por enquanto é tudo que eu tenho a dizer. Como disse, preciso ver mais vezes. Mas esse ano me provou por que Sherlock é, e sempre será, minha série favorita.

The skull on the mantle of 221B is that of Carl Powers. When Sherlock says, "Friend of mine. When I say friend..." to John it's because he can't think of another word to use. Friend. Carl Powers, Sherlock's first case, his first real case. It gave him a distraction. It eased the boredom. So, to Sherlock's mind, Carl Powers was a friend, his first friend in fact.

i always felt bad for carl powers, despite that most fanfics depict him as a bully because i can just imagine him being so excited for that swimming competition and that he polished his favourite shoes and took them with him for good luck not knowing it would be the last time he ever wore them
