i rlly wanna see an end to veganism hate and bullying. ik iv said it before but really its incredibly harmful to put down or make fun of it as well as promote the idea that “yeah idc its bad for me catch me drinkin milk 24/7!! hahah!! l0lz!11!” 

i get it. u hate peta. we do too. u hate the overly-preachers that make it all about elitism. when in reality that is the incredible vast minority of people who are vegan. 

this diet and lifestyle is: incredibly helpful to the environment which is especially important right now, and it can be honestly a savior for people with dietary concerns. Theres people still drinking milk with intense lactose/dairy/milkfat intolerances who would be saving money not buying medications that would allow them to eat dairy when they could just have dairy alternatives. this diet has been so helpful for me and i hate to see people never give it a try because people put it down all like “ewww vegan hot dog?? whats in it? vegan cheese? GAG” 

like its plants. its all plants. ur chicken nuggets are made of eyeballs and cartiladge and milk companies allow a certain percentage of puss to pass into the milk you drink and yet you have a lot more fun saying plant food is gross and ur so cool and edgy for not caring and eating ur food. 

we dont give a shit about what u eat, we used to eat it too. most people are brought up on it, of course you still eat it. go for it. but stop putting down veganism at every chance u get because it stops education from being spread about how this is environmentally friendly, healthy, and what might be going into your foods or that the diet could stop that chronic stomache pain or other recurring health problem. 

not to mention im literally afraid to ever say im vegan because the first thing people do is ridicule me or ask me what i even eat only to put me down and act like theyre superior. like im just talking about it, u will rarely ever run into someone who mentions it only to act like they’re better than u. 

also its at a point where people in food service treat it like its nothing important when the fact they dont care and accidentally or non-caringly give me dairy im stuck being sick for a week or could even get sent to the doctors for it.

The Yamabishi-gumi was one of the largest yakuza brotherhoods in Japan, having grown from it’s humble Kobe origins into the monster it was today. They had established themselves as forerunners of legal and illegal business: everything from bid rigging, arms and drug trafficking, gambling and extortion, pornography- even stock market manipulation. The Old Code didn’t matter a lick to them, it was nothing but an outdated system that useless old men clung to- Like the ‘golden years’ of organized crime. In order to seize power and keep the rest of the clans in check, even mass street-level violence was given a hand wave. Even the might of the Hashiba were ‘small-timers’ in comparison, which was why nobody batted an eyelash when a certain Shujin student went missing within their territory.

A handful of shatei were deployed to pick Akira Kurusu up from school, using brute force and intimidation to force the teenager into one of their imported cars. It was an almost idyllic drive as they neared the shoreline, weaving through back alleys into the heart of what looked like an industrial fishing district. Not that Kurusu would have gotten a chance to enjoy the scenery, being hand-cuffed and blindfolded during the duration of their little jaunt.

Once the car came to a stop, they yanked the teen out of the back seat and lead him into an unassuming warehouse on the large wharf. The metal cuffs were relinquished only for a short period of time, Kurusu’s wrists then tightly bound behind his back with heavy nylon zip ties as his blindfold was unceremoniously ripped off.

He was chained up to a rolling office chair, at the edge of a deep concrete pit for unloading machinery and goods. The wide, sloping path downwards didn’t obscure what lied within- There were at least four large dogs being held at bay by heavy chains. The men handling the dogs grinned almost cheerfully, one of them giving his lead a fraction of slack, so that the Rottweiler tugging at the end of it’s harness could jump and snap closer to the student’s legs.

One of the shatei fired up a cigarette and looked Akira over dispassionately, giving a bored roll of his broad shoulders.

“The Hashiba sure are recruitin’ young, these days... What is this kid, like fifteen?” he asked rhetorically, garnering a few rounds of chuckles from his subordinates.

“Hey, don’t be like that, Nobu! You’re gonna make him cry,” one of the elder men laughed in response, giving Akira three hard pats on the shoulder meant to simply instill more fear into the boy.

“So, a high schooler was snooping on us for the Hashiba? That’s just pathetic, man. Here I thought they were supposed to be some real hard cases,” Nobu drawled, tilting the kid’s head up by grabbing the lower edge of his chin. He blew a cloud of smoke into Kurusu’s face with a smirk, then reeled his arm back to deck the kid hard across the bridge of his nose. 

A sickening crack rang out as his fist slammed into the delicate bone and cartiladge structures, which gave way beneath the sheer force of the blow. Blood was smeared against Nobu’s forefingers from Akira’s injured nostrils, the gangster cracking his own neck in satisfaction at his handiwork.

“Spill everything- Which one of those cocksuckers put you up to this, hm? Be a good boy and answer me, before I have to get really nasty...”

Knee Cap Pain the  Patellofemoral syndrome

Knee cap pain is very common in the current scenario and affects mostly young active age group, it is a pain in front and side of knee cap, usually aggrevates while walking up and down the stairs, squatting or kneeling, also knows as runners knee.

The other name of this is movie goers knee or people who do sedentary office desk top work as they keep their knees bent and it leads to pain.The main reason of malaligned knee cap(patella) where the cap is not tracking accurately in its groove and the extra friction  leads to cartilage injury and in long run arthritis.

 The multiple causes of PFC are:

Low back –irritated nerves which lead to weakning of butt (gluet) muscle and quadriceps which makes the quadriceps weak too and lead to friction and loss of cartiladge.

Hip issues: studies have shown that biomechanics play a major role with foot turned in (internal rotation) or foot turned out (external rotation) can cause the groove for patella in femur bone to be misaligned https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20436239, this study explores how too much roation of femur groove inside will track the knee cap to the outside and cause misalignment.VMO muscle weakness (inner thigh muscle weakness) allows the knee cap to move too far to the outside

Patellar trauma:

Injury to the undersurface of the knee cap or the cartilage can cause arthritis

Hamstring stiffness and ITB over tightness can lead to knee cap and meniscal injury

Management and treatment:

IT involves joint preservation mechanisms  along with interventions which are done under regenerative medicine techniques, which involve injecting super concentrated platelets and mesenchymal cells which are taken from iliac crest and have similar activity as stem cells under imaging followed by a well structured rehabilitation programme for better outcomes.
