The scheme will be implemented by this Department of Animal Husbandry through National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), Anand. Benefits: The scheme will help in providing stable market access to milk producers. Central Government will launch a scheme for migrant workers and urban poor to provide ease of living at affordable rent. Government of India will provide Interest subvention of 2% for prompt payees for a period of 12 months to MUDRA Shishu loanees, who have loans below Rs 50,000.The current portfolio of MUDRA Shishu loans is around Rs 1.62 Lakh crore. A special scheme will be launched within a month to facilitate easy access to credit to Street vendors. 50 lakh street vendors will be benefitted under this scheme and credit of Rs. 5,000 crore would flow to them. Rs 70,000 crore boost is given to housing sector and middle income group (MIG) through extension of Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme for MIG under PMAY(Urban) up to March 2021. 6,000 crore of funds under Compensatory Afforestation Management & Planning Authority (CAMPA) will be used for Afforestation and Plantation works, including in urban areas. This will create job opportunities. NABARD will extend additional re-finance support of Rs 30,000 crore for meeting crop loan requirement of Rural Cooperative Banks and RRBs. This refinance will be front-loaded and available on tap. A special drive to be conducted to provide concessional credit to PM-KISAN beneficiaries through Kisan Credit Cards. Fisherman and Animal Husbandry Farmers will also be included. The admissions for the next batch of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has been announced by the Jamia Millia Islamia’s Residential Coaching Academy (RCA). Candidates who are interested in applying for the coaching can apply for the same by visiting the official website at jmicoe.in until June 25, 2019. Since its inception, RCA has been providing free coaching to the UPSC aspirants with great results every year. Last year’s third rank holder, Junaid Ahmad, was a student of RCA. Apart from Ahmad, 245 other candidates from the institute were selected for other central and provincial services. The entrance test for the RCA will happen at 12 centers namely Delhi, Srinagar, Jammu, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai, Lucknow, Guwahati, Patna, Bengaluru, Thiruvananthapuram and Chennai. The exam will consist of two parts – general students, which will be similar in nature and format to the UPSC exam and an essay writing which will be conducted in any one of the three languages – English, Hindi or Urdu. The exam is scheduled for July 7, 2019 between 10 am and 1 pm an there is one-third negative marking for every wrong answer. RCA provides free coaching and hostel facility to the 200 students every year. Now this facility has been extended to SC, ST and women candidates as well.

Prelims exam is objective in nature. There will be two papers – 200 marks each. Paper 1 is related to General Studies and Paper 2 is related to Mental Ability and Aptitude. For selection to the main exam, only marks of Paper 1 will be counted, provided the candidate has 33 percent marks in Paper 2.

The Main Examination will consist of written examination and an interview test. The written examination will consist of 9 papers of the conventional essay type. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Army Wing of Pathfinder Defence Academy: Candidates applying for the Indian Army must have passed class 12/HSC in 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
Air Force, Navy and Naval Academy of PathFinder Defence Academy: Candidates applying for Air Force, Navy and Naval Academy must have passed class 12/HSC in 10+2 pattern of School Education with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
Physical standard required for NDA: Candidates appearing in NDA must be physically and mentally fit according to the prescribed physical standards.  A candidate recommended by the Services Selection Board (SSB) will undergo a medical examination by a Board of Service Medical Officers. Only those candidates will be declared qualified NDA  and admitted to the academy who is declared fit by the medical board. The candidate must be in good physical and mental health and free from any disease/disability which is likely to interfere with the efficient performance of military duties. The minimum acceptable height is 157 cm for Army, Navy and Naval Academy while 162.5 cm for Air Force. For Gurkhas and individuals belonging to hills of North-Eastern, the minimum acceptable heights will be 5 cm less. Arithmetic, Geometric and Harmonic progressions. Quadratic equations with real coefficients. The solution of linear inequations of two variables by graphs. Permutation and Combination. Binomial theorem and its application. Logarithms and their applications.
Matrices and Determinants: Types of matrices, operations on matrices Determinant of a matrix, basic properties of determinant. Adjoint and inverse of a square matrix, Applications – Solution of a system of linear equations in two or three unknowns by Cramer’s rule and by Matrix Method.

Definition of order and degree of a differential equation, formation of a differential equation by examples. Vector Algebra: Vectors in two and three dimensions, magnitude and direction of a vector.
