You might check around for a repad quote from another shop in Belgium. The bottom line is: If you like the instrument and were happy with it, it is probably worth getting repadded - unless it has had some major damage. It actually was designed to be a direct competitor for Haynes, so it is NOT your typical student-level Artley. One owner- flute has been stored since 1967. Body, and Foot joints all fit together properly and the Crown is intact. It is theEtude model, which is comparable to the CF201 that Sankyo offers today.

The quality was very good and was often considered to be on par with Haynes and Powell flutes of the same era. You could probably spend a little more money and get what is now labeled as a "student" flute, and it would probably be a considerable upgrade in terms of how it plays. it probably isn't worth much more than that. So, because of its age, the kind of flute that it is (the maker), and its state of repair.

I wear the mask so I make them feel more than me. (People kept asking me about the mask, and no I’m not rapping with it on stupid lol) Here I am in #Brooklyn getting the first half. I remember when we did the missions to Afghanistan & Haiti people would always ask what about doing things here, as if this wasn’t part of our everyday lives! But we show and prove. Whether in NYC or when me @chinoxl @poisonpenbk @cf201 or @spmusik have traversed a desert, gathered at StandingRock or hit Houston after the floods to help however. As the Republic teeters, we strive to help people who didn’t get their welfare check, the homeless in the Bronx who I was honored once again to aid with the help of local churches and the South Bronx collective.
