If you're in Canada, Community Food Centres Canada keeps a very well-maintained list (and map) of over 400 of what they call "Good Food Organizations" across the country! Many if not most GFOs have some kind of pantry-like setup, and part of being a GFO means these orgs are also actively working toward and thinking about dignity of food access, food sovereignty, and so on - meaning, if you're feeling some type of way about needing help with food, they're setting themselves up in a way to trigger that feeling as little as possible.

Something that I have noticed is I know almost nobody my age that goes to a food pantry. I know people who regularly run out of money for food and in general have to eat an unsuitable diet because that’s what they can afford and they still don’t go to a food bank, im not sure if it’s because they’re embarrassed or maybe if you didn’t grow up going you don’t know much about it but if you’re financially struggling I really recommend it. And look into other options for food assistance too like community fridges and gardens and other programs that can assist you, where I live Salvation Army pays for an allotted amount of grocery delivery for low income people every month, in the summer farmers take excess produce to the library to be taken by anyone who needs it, etc. There are a LOT of resources for free food that you can look into especially if you are literally not eating because of your financial situation

I watched the full helluva boss panel at CFCC 2025, so here's some notes about it that I've written down.

(Volume warning for the intro the account has for some reason, shit is loud.)

Brandon was asked, "Do you think Blitz could be like a star of a revolution in hell because of the events of Mastermind?", but Brandon did a little click thing with his mouth to that question, which I assume means that the answer to that is in spoiler territory, so take that how you want to take that.

Erica was asked, "How did Loona turn into her human form and her feral form without a crystal?", and she answered with just that Loona's potential is basically limitless, and that she's just a badass as well.

Both Brandon and Erica's favourite recording session was the recording of the pilot episode.

Blitz's favourite coffee order would be just straight up be quote "black.", and Loona's would be an espresso martini.

Some parts of ghostfuckers got rewritten because of the leaks, with Brandon stating that "People know how (it goes now?), the climax got leaked.", so they basically rewrote the climax of the episode because it got leaked somehow, and that John Waters was kind enough to head back in and record some more lines for the episode. Considering this, it's rather interesting to think that we could've gotten a quite different climax to the one we got if the leaks didn't happen.

Blitz's music taste is hard rock.

Erica's favourite line that she recorded as Loona was the one in the second episode where she screamed "SHUT THE FUCK UP!".

Blitz celebrates his birthday by eating a lot of food, and Loona would by quote "raw meat.", which I assume just means that Loona would just eat a lot of raw meat on her birthday to celebrate or something.

Blitz would absolutely not waste his time on Disney stuff, while Loona would feel a kinship with Kovu from Lion King.

Blitz does not have a favourite ex, and that they are called exes for a reason and they belong in the dirt as a result.

Both Brandon and Erica's favourite character other than their own characters is Sir Pentious, and basically every cast member at some point have said that they wish they could've played Sir Pentious as well.

Blitz would fuck Adam, the first man, and to no one's surprise, Blitz would top Adam as well.

Finally, it is been confirmed once again that Loona is getting her own song in season 3, with Erica calling that song she is getting her favourite song, while Brandon's favourite song is the Mastermind one.
