Deciding which quilt to tackle next, what do y'all think? Moth and Moons -or- UFOs abducting cows?

Waiting to post pics of the finished owl quilt until it arrives safely to its new home, as I know it was for a birthday gift and I don't want anything leaked early to ruin any potential surprises.

Overall excited to start pre-washing some fabric and getting back into some hand quilting with one of these guys soon!

Planning to use this for a cute UFO themed quilt next, but what color should I use for the backing fabric? So hard to choose.
