Juliette was at the funeral, and she felt more alone than ever. She was praying and kneeled when she saw that the usher had put someone next to her, she looked up and saw the blonde. Fucking hell, of course this was happening. She stayed on her knees to pray and put in a little extra prayer for Chanel and her family, and that the two families could stop having this situation. Her dad had been so good to her mom since Griffin died, he’d spent every night at home. Driving Juliette to and from school so she wasn’t on her bike. Things were ... almost normal in her home again. She wanted them to stay that way, and that was on God at this point. God and Chanel’s mom. She sat back down next to Chanel, seeing the girl crying. “I know” said Juliette. She hoped Chanel knew what she meant, but she knew that Chanel had been with Griffin even though her teammate was practically dating him. “And I’m not going to say anything”.
