As Day 2 on the island begins, Soap's condition noticeably worsens.

Eventually, Soap mumbled that he had to go to the washroom again. He pressed a hand against Ghost’s shoulder to stand up. His body still curled towards the ground, as if gravity for just him was somehow much more difficult to trudge through. His injured leg was bent, hovering over the ground.

He then took a step forward and tried to press it down.

As soon as put any weight on his leg, Soap instantly sucked in a hissed breath through gritted teeth. His face pinched up in pain and his knees buckled. He was soon crumbling back down towards the ground, a mess of limbs collapsing in on themselves.

He outstretched his arms, falling onto his hands and knees which dampened the fall. His eyes were screwed shut and one of his hands curled up into a fist. He weakly punched the ground in frustration with his head dipped low.

Ghost was kneeling next to him in a second. He gently wrapped his arm around Soap’s bicep.

“Here…” he said softly, gathering Soap into his arms. Once he had a good grip – Soap’s own hands clinging desperately to Ghost – he helped lift Soap back onto his feet. Soap held onto him for balance as his bent leg hovered. Ghost wrapped his arms around Soap’s waist and grabbed Soap’s arm to rest over his shoulders.

Soap kept his head down, unable to meet Ghost’s eye.

With a steady hold, Ghost helped a limping Soap move forward. Strained puffs of air spilled out of Soap’s mouth with each hop. His bodyweight leaned into Ghost’s side. Ghost’s hand settled securely into the groove of Soap’s hip.

Don't know if someone already noticed that, but when fighting Tenna, there is a chance he would say something like "Is it me, or does it smell like an orchard in here?" (hope I will be able to find a screenshot)

Here's an explanation!!

A "sweet" or "orchard-like" smell coming from an old CRT television likely indicates a problem with the internal components, possibly related to a failing capacitor or other part that is overheating or breaking down. It's important to unplug the TV immediately to prevent further damage or potential fire hazards. 

Upd: Yeah, now that I know that there are three versions of this quote (orchard, plush and smokey scents) it's probably a reference to Kris, Ralsei and Susie, it's still pretty interesting
