Summary:

Hot chocolate, Christmas trees, snowball fights—the most wonderful time of the year is here! Sonic comes back in town to spend time with friends and get ready for Amy’s big annual Christmas party. Too bad not everyone is feeling so jolly. A series of Christmas prompts that have been woven together into a cohesive story. Recommended you read in order but can be read separately.

My 12 Days of Christmas Sonic fic is finally finished after 7 years of working on it. I will be posting a chapter everyday until the final chapter is posted on Christmas Eve.

Chapter 1 focuses on Sonic, Vanilla, and Cream.

Sonic has taken over my brain but GOD the characters are difficult for me to draw sometimes... so my own human designs are the way to go! I just now realized I never shared any of my pieces with them here, so here they are in a big bundle.

Here's a full lineup of the characters I've done so far!

I've made a few changes so some of these designs are outdated when I first started designing them and chances are I might tweak some of them more in the future. I'm debating on whether or not to change Cream and Vanilla entirely. I also included the characters' canon ages (Vanilla's age is not at all canon and I just might change it for her to be older) just cuz I can and it's easier to remember.

★|| Okay so– I had this idea for a interesting way to explore Team Chaotix family dynamic, though it a angst idea. Yet cool idea that haven't seen a lot of people exploring (or at least from what I have knowledge of), and I would like to share it :3

Yapping Section:

The idea would around of; past event, let say– around when they were staring their business. We all know they struggle with money and all that, but has anyone tthough that for that reason, the house was not suitable enough, couldn't afford to raise a kid in those conditions?

I headcanon Vector took in Espio and Charmy at a young age; while Espio was found at 11 and Charmy a toddler, Vector was around fresh 18. Though he managed to raised them pretty well, it was still a young age for him to raised two kids, let alone the struggle with money and taking care of himself.

Basically were I'm going with this is I'm using inspiration of the plot from Lilo and Stitch, were Nani is trying her best for not taking Lilo away from her. Now, remove Lilo and Nani and add the Chaotix instead. Now you got Vector trying to proof himself to the Social Service that he can take care of Espio and Charmy, were he later become their guardian.

How a fun idea would be to explore with that premise with the Chaotix? :D. All the juicy angst we can make with this 😼 Although be nice touch to explore how the Chaotix take care of each other. I really love and admire Team Chaotix– their so found family coded no one can tell me otherwise. I like to explore different ways of their dynamics and how they would handle stuff situationship.

Just imagine: Vector begging to not take Espio and Charmy away from him, while Charmy cries for Vector yelling "PAPA!" and Espio yelling as well "DAD!". Devastating, I know.

Maybe I could work on a fan fiction and shared it with y'all, but that gonna take me a while since I suck at writing and I would like to do a good fanfic without any bad grammar or anything like that. But, if you like the idea and like to try out for yourself your welcome to do do! Love to see people perspective and ways they can create their own plot around the idea. Reason why I am sharing it to begin with. <3
