Der Wille etwa, reich zu werden, verbürgt noch nicht den Willen, etwas dafür einzusetzen und zu riskieren. Die Erstellung eines Facebook-Messenger-Bots muss nicht kompliziert sein. Es sind Sales-Bots, genauer gesagt Facebook-Messenger-Bots. Beim Sport, in der Universität oder auf dem Weg zur Arbeit: "Wir haben die Daten unserer Nutzer aus all den Jahren seit 2008", hatte Daniel Ek hinter der Bühne in New York gesagt. Somit wird automatisch eine Konversation erstellt und sie werden zu Ihrer Chat Newsletter Liste hinzugefügt. Messenger Marketing ist eine junge Disziplin im Online Marketing. Noch leiden die Kunden im Facebook Messenger nicht an “Banner-Blindheit” (Online Anzeigen) oder “E-Mail-Müdigkeit” (E-Mail-Marketing). Jetzt kann der Messenger Bot programmiert und eingerichtet werden. 1,2 Milliarden (ja, Milliarden!) Leute benutzen den Facebook Messenger jeden Monat. Du kannst Dich im Facebook Messenger mit einem Bot unterhalten. Grundsätzlich funktioniert das Erstellen eines Whatsapp Bot sehr ähnlich wie das Erstellen eines Bot im Facebook Messenger. Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass im Gegensatz zum Messenger Bot, der Whatsapp Bot deutlich weniger Möglichkeiten zur Anwendung lässt. Schon jetzt werden Messenger wie WhatsApp mehr genutzt als soziale Netze - umso wichtiger wird es für Unternehmen, auch auf diesem Kanal präsent zu sein. So wird von Facebook gezielt darauf geachtet, dass der Whatsapp Bot nicht zu sehr für Marketing Zwecke verwendet wird, sondern eher für den Kundenservice. Doch sollte eine Firma einen Whatsapp Bot nicht zum Messenger Marketing nutzen wollen, sondern eher Kundendienst darüber abwickeln wollen, dann ist Whatsapp sicherlich der bessere Weg.

Xin chào các bạn. Trong thời đại công nghệ thông tin hiện nay thì việc tạo ra những tương tác tốt trên mạng xã hội là một phần không thể thiếu. Nhất là đối với những shop bán hàng, việc tương tác tốt không những giúp shop thu hút được nhiều khách hàng tiềm năng hơn, mà nó còn giúp tạo ra ấn tượng tốt trong mắt những người đã và đang có ý định mua hàng của bạn, tạo ra lợi thế tất yếu trong việc cạnh tranh trên thị trường. Và gần đây Facebook đã ra mắt một nền tảng mới cực kì mạnh mẽ để hỗ trợ cho việc này, đó chính là Messenger Platform API.
TỔNG QUAN VỀ MESSENGER PLATFORM API
Messenger Platform API được mô tả là bộ công cụ hỗ trợ bạn tạo ra những chatbot sử dụng những lệnh được cài đặt sẵn, hoặc thậm chí là trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) để trực tiếp tương tác với người dùng qua Messenger hoặc Web messages của Facebook.
Có lẽ đối tượng đầu tiên mà Facebook nhắm đến khi ra mắt bộ công cụ này là những fanpage bán hàng vì nó được trang bị đầy đủ những công nghệ giúp người ta mua hàng mà thậm chí không cần rời khỏi Messenger.

TẠI SAO NÓ CHƯA THỰC SỰ PHỔ BIẾN?
Có thể thấy mặc dù việc ra mắt bộ công cụ là một bước tiến lớn với những tính năng vô cùng thích hợp với sự phát triển của thương mại điện tử ngày nay, nhưng nó lại chưa thực sự được nghiên cứu áp dụng một cách có hiệu quả. 
Lý do đầu tiên theo mình thấy là việc tiếp cận nền tảng này đòi hỏi ít nhiều những hiểu biết về kiến thức lập trình, một điều kiện khó đối với những người dùng phổ thông. Và chỉ riêng phần hướng dẫn cơ bản của Facebook thì để nhận tin nhắn thôi cũng đã tốn mất gần này giấy mực rồi:

Tiếp đến lại là quá trình xét duyệt app của Facebook để đưa bot vào hoạt động cũng khá tốn thời gian và dễ khiến cho người ta nản lòng.

Nhưng mà, cái khó ló cái khôn, trong muôn vàn những khó khăn trong việc tìm hiểu bộ công cụ này của Facebook, mình (người viết) lại tìm ra cả một bầu trời rực rỡ, đó chính là ChatFuel, cái công cụ được viết lù lù ở tên bài kia kìa :D.

Nếu bạn “nằm vùng” trên group J2TeaM Community thì chắc hẳn cũng biết chatbot J2TeaM chính là một chatbot điển hình được tích hợp API Simsimi qua JSON API. Bạn có thể thử trò chuyện với bot tại đây.
Để sử dụng JSON API thì bạn cần có hiểu biết về cây JSON cũng như đọc tài liệu của ChatFuel để biết cách tạo những tin nhắn được tạo nên từ JSON API tại đây.
Hiện tại bọn mình đang tích hợp các dịch vụ với JSON API bằng cách viết thêm 1 app nhỏ ở giữa làm trung gian giữa ChatFuel và dịch vụ cần tích hợp, mỗi khi block bên ChatFuel được kích hoạt thì app trung gian sẽ tiến hành xử lý những dữ liệu cần thiết và trả về ChatFuel. 
Điểm ưu việt của cách này là nó giúp cho chúng mình có thể tích hợp mọi API bên thứ ba miễn là có thể viết được app ra cho nó.

Phần này nghe có vẻ hơi “nâng cao” chăng, vì nó liên quan đến lập trình? Nhưng cũng đừng lo nếu bạn chưa có tí kinh nghiệm nào, vì bạn có thể sử dụng lại những API được viết sẵn và share trên group một cách dễ dàng.

What is a Facebook Messenger chatbot and how you can create one for yourself?
Chatbots have specific tasks and most of them work on some of the tasks requested by the user and for which they were developed. For example, there is a chatbot developed to perform simple tasks such as knowing the weather or the outcome of your favorite team or ask them to view a video from YouTube or search for specific emoji. This is done through text chat like you are talking to someone else and in a language closer to humans. There are also bots designed for complex tasks such as ordering a taxi, sending money, booking flight tickets, send a bouquet to someone.
Chatbots have evolved quite a bit in the last few years due to the great development in AI research and machine learning. The bots nowadays are more closely related to human language due to the development of natural language processing techniques and are better able to understand what human beings write or ask for. A Facebook Messenger chatbot is a mini-application designed for conversations with humans to work inside the Facebook Messenger application.
How to create a Facebook Messenger chatbot?
We will be using the ChatFuel platform for this tutorial. ChatFuel is a platform that enables you to create a chatbot that runs on Facebook Messenger without any coding skills.
1. Create an account on ChatFuel
Go to ChatFuel.com and register a new account using your Facebook account, once the account is completed you will be redirected to the control panel where you can move to the next step.
2. Create your first application
After you have registered a new account, you will be transferred to the control panel that enables you to create your first application, choose the name of the application and the appropriate template from several available templates.
3. Learn the basics of the user interface in Messenger
Before you start creating a chatbot, you should familiarize yourself with some of the basic components of Facebook Messenger or the user interface that will enable you to learn about the infrastructure of Facebook Messenger.
Normal or simplified messages – Messages that we use while messaging with friends are simple messages written directly without additions, pictures or emoji.
Cards or Bot Cards / Box – It allows you to send messages with the Insert Images, Emoji and Text feature.
Animated Banners Card Slider – It is a card that enables you to make Slide Show inside the application where you can create cards that move horizontally and you can put out texts and is useful in the case of the presentation of products and is an innovative means of shopping
4. Create a welcome message
By default, ChatFuel generates a welcome message that is sent to users each time a user starts a new chat. You can change the default welcome message by choosing from several available options. You can also add multiple links through the welcome message by clicking on the URL box which also lets you add other buttons that perform different functions.
5. Add new blocks
You can add new blocks to your application by selecting add block from the sidebar. Once you click on this option you will find an empty box on the right side where you can add text, images and software extensions available in the options gallery below the box.
6. Deploy the application
After you have developed your application you can then deploy the application, you will find two options after the completion. The first option allows you to try your application and troubleshooting before publishing and the second option is the deployment option where you will publish the application on Facebook and you can try it through Facebook Messenger.
That’s all. You have successfully created your very own Facebook Messenger chatbot. You can consider this as a quick guide to get started with creating a simple chatbot for your Facebook page. For a more advanced bot, you will need coding skills.

Tutorial Chatfuel – o melhor criador de Bots do Messenger?
Quando comecei com isto dos chatbots, experimentei várias plataformas no mercado, e aprendi mesmo um pouco de programação. Apesar de não ser completamente necessário, dá jeito dar uns “toques” de javascript.

Eu precisava duma forma de automatizar as primeiras mensagens após um post, segmentar as pessoas e poder fazer retargeting a elas, e num mundo ideal, poder criar e duplicar este processo para testar e implementar estas táticas em outras páginas Facebook, outros nichos, outros produtos.

Facebook Messenger Customer Chat Plugin: Closed Beta
I’ve received countless questions during the past week about the nifty little Messenger widget that hovers on the right side of my website. That’s the Facebook Messenger Customer Chat Plugin, and I am lucky enough to be part of the closed beta.
What is the Facebook Messenger Customer Chat Plugin?
The Facebook Messenger Customer Chat Plugin allows publishers to provide an easily accessible entry point into a Messenger conversation while on their website.

Since more than 1 Billion people use Messenger every month, the conversation a customer has within your website then goes with them via the Messenger app.
You may recall that I previously used a Page plugin widget on the right-hand side of my blog posts that allowed people to send me messages into Messenger…
You can create and customize that plugin to focus on messaging, as I did. It was a good plugin, but it only appeared within certain pixels of the screen on desktop. From mobile,it appeared at the very bottom of the page (no one saw it).
But the Facebook Messenger Customer Chat Plugin provides a persistent chat experience that floats along the bottom right of the screen. First, on desktop…

Compare this experience to the typical customer support messaging service on a website. You view a product and ask a question. You may be emailed history of that conversation, but otherwise you’ll need to go back to the website to continue the conversation.
With this plugin, you don’t need to return to the website. Simply open your Messenger app (most people have it now), and resume the conversation — the history will be there.
How I’m Using It
Once someone clicks on the Messenger icon, it starts a conversation within Messenger. What happens next is up to the publisher. Personally, I send it straight into the start of my Messenger bot (my bot is a topic for another day).
So, when you click on that Messenger icon on my site, it sends you into the start of a bot conversation…
I then give you three choices:

Ask me a question (no more bot)
See the main menu
I realize bots can be a frustrating experience for some. I wanted to be sure there was an option to stop the bot experience and chat with an actual person.
As a result of using this plugin, Messenger submissions have skyrocketed on my website during the past week. And now that I’ve written this post, I can imagine activity will increase that much more.
As mentioned earlier, there are many more details to how I use this plugin on my website since it’s connected to my bot. I use ChatFuel (nope, it’s not an affiliate link), and I’ll get into all of the specifics on bots in the near future.
How to Get the Plugin
Facebook has several beta partners testing out this plugin, including AdoreMe, Air France, Argos, Aviva (Eurofil), Bodeaz, Elves, Goibibo, Keto Mojo, KLM, Mermaid Pillow, Spoqa, Total Activation, Volaris and Zalando. I was lucky enough to get in on the closed beta, and you can apply for it, too.
