1/29-(4 miles & arms) Hello!! I actually got up this morning & went to the gym. The walk over was crazy cold but once I got to the gym I felt so much better. I listened to 50s music and ran and the treadmill actually wasn’t half bad for once. My foot didn’t bother me too much and it just felt nice to move. I was able to speed up at the end of my run and I just felt good. I finished with 25 minutes of arm weights and that also felt good so we are getting there people! Tryna stay positive. I walked the cold mile back and then quickly got ready for classes. I ate my normal overnight oats & yogurt for breakfast, made some tea, bundled up and headed off.

I had a long day of classes but at least the sun was shinning. I had a super average day overall. Lunch was taco salad and it was GREAT! I love taco salad and it always puts me in a good mood. I spent the afternoon in class, at the library and that’s about it. Dinner was pesto chicken & salad. At night I had a snack of hot chocolate & a brownie and it was THE best. I’m a chocolate addict and I’m not ashamed. I forgot to take a picture of my dinner so enjoy the desert pic instead!!

I spent the night attempting to do work but watching Netflix instead and it was a good move. I got my comfy on and just sat in bed and it was nice. Class was cancelled for tomorrow and the gym is closed in the morning so I’m going to sleep in and then hopefully have a really productive day! The temps are crazy cold here so I’ll just doing work tomorrow & going to the gym & getting coffee :)
