That minute ends immediately, your eyes fluttering quickly before you look back to his face. Childe looks concerned, head tilted to the side, that bit of hair over the bridge of his nose sliding with it. Your mouth is suddenly dry, and you take a quick sip of your tea before answering, “I’m fine. Just lost in thought for a moment.”

“Care to share? I don’t mind getting lost with you.”

@chickenparm writes almost 24/7 and showers using yordle milk and wet wipes. One REM cycle is all she needs to power up and if she gets more than one then every single one of us will die and Silco will never salivate ever again.

so my silco fics are going around again and i've gotten like 10 new followers today, i'm assuming from those. i just wanna throw this out there that i don't write for silco/arcane anymore and i don't foresee myself starting up again. if you followed me for silco recently, then all you're gonna see is me being down bad nasty sexual style for anime boys.

however if you read my hefty catalogue and want more, a few authors i would suggest are: @sweatandwoe @a-gal-with-taste @ink-and-dagger @insult-2-injury

inky does still post the occasional arcane fic from time to time and the other 3 are not actively writing for arcane but have good arcane-centered fics that i strongly recommend.

hi sorry i'm still alive and still writing.

i'm working on some commissions at the moment, but i do have a handful of things to post when they're ready: 1. a scara fic feat. mutual pining, m!masturbation, resolved misunderstandings, smut 2. part 2 of aventurine cuddling fic 3. an alhaitham fic feat smut and weird feelings 4. a smooch for you all for being patient and sticking around i've just been balls deep in commissions, ffxiv, and feelings about aventurine :^(

i am gonna make a note here again that anything i write will only have small snippets posted on tumblr with the full work being on ao3. you can subscribe to me on there to get updates for what i post, or just occasionally check it if you want. i have a handful of invitations left if you don't have an ao3 account and we're moots and you want one.

so there are a few, actually!

i have the framework built and it would load into your browser and run everything on your end. you'd chose one of the nations, and from there you'd make choices that would lead you into different paths/storylines with different genshin characters as the love interest.

i do still plan on doing this at some point when i have a bit more time/motivation so i won't reveal any individual characters or plots, but here's a snippet for now just to kind of show the concept.

Before joining the Akademiya’s archival team and becoming responsible for restricted materials, you never needed to cross paths with the Scribe. 

Unless they have any sort of business with him, Scribe Alhaitham never bothers with the unnecessary social interaction. Everyone just sort of knows this, though their personal opinions on why vary like the patterns of Sumeru Roses. He’s shy, he’s busy, he’s socially inept. Any number of reasons, and you know they’re all wrong. 

After joining the Akademiya’s archival team and suddenly having frequent business with the Scribe, you know without a doubt that the reason he doesn’t bother with the mundanities of social interaction is because he’s a fucking asshole. 

And you’re the only one he’ll deal with. The other archivists will try to help him, if only to give you a break because you’ll spend the rest of the day steaming. But he’ll simply stand at the counter and open his book, fully ignoring whoever talks to him unless they wear your face and share your name. It drives you insane, makes your skin crawl. 

Today is such a day, and you stubbornly stay in the back room, sorting through recent submissions of physician research that’s already been uploaded to the Akasha. Your coworker pleads with you quietly, hands clasped, “Please, he’s been standing there for twenty minutes! We can’t get any work done up there!”

“Why not? It’s not like he’s talking your ear off or anything,” you respond flatly, slotting a book into place before turning back to your cart. 

At this, your coworker practically whines aloud. “He’s menacing!”

“It’s just Alhaitham. Trust me, the worst thing he’ll do is flip the pages a little too hard.” And it’s true, because he won’t say a word to anyone he doesn’t have to, and it’s only through trial and error that the archival team realized you’re the outlier. If it’s not you at the desk, then it might as well be no one at the desk.

How do you handle when others don’t like your self-insert when it comes to canon characters? I’d finally been comfortable enough to post some on Twitter, but was met with a surprising amount of pushback. Do you think I should withdraw my work? I don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable or upset. You seem to have it all together when it comes to posting, so I trust your advice.

i'm autistic and regard hateful people as NPCs trying to derail my side quest of fucking my blorbo.

on a more serious note, they're upset that someone is having fun online with a character or world. their issues are much deeper than just being uptight about self-inserts, so i suggest giving them a thumbs-up and saying "yeah ok buddy" and promptly moving on.

What's your opinion on farming sims?

love em, story of seasons and any harvest moon up to and including animal parade are some of my comfort games. the original "a wonderful life" is one of my favorite games of all time. love love love rune factory.

stardew valley is also a good one, and i'm also looking to play coral island soon when i have the $ to grab it.
