I love them, your honor.

My main complaint about CIF: the camera work and how hard it is to take screenshots of the looks. The models really needed to slow down. The six separate tones/styles for each creator was also a little strange but I don't go here, my idea of fashion is a sweatshirt from Target. I'm so not their audience lol.

FOB (Free on Board) và CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) là hai điều kiện thương mại quốc tế thường được sử dụng trong lĩnh vực xuất nhập khẩu hàng hóa. Dưới đây là một so sánh giữa hai điều kiện này:

Điều khoản FOB: người bán chịu trách nhiệm về hàng hóa cho đến khi chúng tới lan can tàu tại cảng xuất. Từ đó, người mua chịu trách nhiệm và rủi ro liên quan đến lô hàng. Người mua phải thanh toán giá trị hàng, ký kết hợp đồng vận tải biển với hãng tàu và chi trả cước biển.

Người mua có quyền kiểm soát và linh hoạt hơn trong quá trình vận chuyển.

Có cơ hội chủ động lựa chọn công ty vận chuyển và thương lượng giá tốt.

Rủi ro và chi phí: FOB giúp người mua giảm rủi ro và chi phí, nhưng đòi hỏi họ phải quản lý nhiều hơn. CIF giảm gánh nặng quản lý cho người mua, nhưng có thể có chi phí cao hơn.
