ANOTHER YEAR ANOTHER CODEJULY CALENDAR!!!!!

Hey everyone who’s ready for codejuly!!!! The reason I made this was to make the tag more active again after getting inspired with the Danny Phantom’s phanniemay calendar~ (sorry for the lateness i’m a certified mess™️✨)

The official tag is “#codejuly” also “#codejuly24” (no spaces or punctuation). Please use it so that people can block it if they don’t want to see it. If you are just talking about Code July, please do not tag your post with these tags

FAQ

I don’t have time to do this in July?/Can I post it on another day?

Even though the calendar is for July, you don’t have to do them all in July. You can do them on whatever day seem best for you.

I don’t get the theme for some of these days?

You can go ask me on my ask box if you are confused on a specific day. (btw each word is just an idea, so as long as you come up with something it doesn’t matter how far you stray from the literal meaning of the word)

Is this a drawing thing only?

No, you can do anything including fanfic, AMV, cosplay, 8tracks, and etc… the choice is yours

Do I have to do all the themes?

Nope, it’s your choice on what you want to do. If you don’t feel inspired by some you can skip them. (and if you get an idea later you can submit it late)

(But there is a special prize where I will give everyone who completes all the prompts a lil doodle of a character of their choice~ just make sure to let me know if you complete them all)

Mweh, i decided to post something about Reformed Switched Hearts AU Aelita

It has been a week since the death of Waldo Schaeffer. Everyone, including Aelita, needed a lot of time to heal. Aelita herself needs a lot of getting-used-to. Living under her father’s command for so long made her feel numb. Suddenly, she felt a hand on her shoulder.

“Hey Aelita.” Yumi greets her. “How are you?”

Aelita lets out a smile.

“Pretty good, thank you.”

It’s hard to admit, but sometimes, she misses her father. Or at least, misses the man she thought was her father. Yumi sat down next to her, wrapping her arms around her.

“Oh, I have a gift for you.” Yumi chimes in as she remembers something.

Aelita perks up, a gift for her? That was not expected. Yumi pulled up a box from the ground. She opens it up to reveal a plush of a pink… rat-looking creature. It has an angry yet brave and determined look in it’s eye with a scar on it’s right eye.

“Here, I thought it suits you.”

Aelita’s eyes lit up as she received the plush from Yumi. She can tell Aelita really likes it. She hugs the plush close to her.

“Thank you, Yumi.”

“Actually, let me tell you a little secret…” Yumi said. “The gift was from Jeremy, he told me to give it to you.”

Aelita smiled, she nodded her head.

“Don’t tell him anything though, or else he will be upset with me.”

“I will, and tell him I appreciate this gift.”

Code July 1: Possession

Code July Prompt, Switched Hearts AU edition, late ass Entry but whatever i guess

TRIGGER WARNING: ATTEMPTED ENFORCING SUICIDE _______________________________________

Yumi has only gotten the message 20 minutes after Ulrich has sent out the urgent call. She doesn’t know what it was about, but her gut instinct told her something awful is happening at the lab. She rushes over to the factory, ignoring her class that will start in 5 minutes. As soon as the elevator floor reached the lab, she heard something that shook her down to her core.

“Jeremy, take the knife and stab your heart.”

She barely has no time to process it, but she knows what must be done. When the elevator door is fully open, she rushes full speed towards Jeremy. Who is ready to use a blood-covered knife to stab himself to death. Yumi launches herself and tackles Jeremy on his side. Jeremy lets out a yelp of surprise as he hits the floor.

“What?!”

Yumi has to physically wrestle the knife out of Jeremy’s hand. The moment she has the knife away from Jeremy. He calls out to Ulrich to secure the knife away. Ulrich himself sat close to Odd, who was visibly bleeding and unconscious. Jeremy tries with all his might to break free from Yumi’s grasp. Yumi has no choice but to hold him tightly on the ground.

“Jeremy, please listen to me…” She pleads. “He is taking control of you, he is possessing your mind!”

Yumi puts one hand on Jeremy’s head, pinning his head down.

“I will not let him force you into killing yourself, you hear me?”
