Andrea's guide to Barcelona
I spent the past 5 months living and working in the beautiful and vibrant city that is Barcelona. I have written all my favourite spots in a small notebook, but I thought it would be a good idea to write it down once more. This time in the online world of Tumblr (so I can find it too in the future).
Favourite neighbourhoods:
El Born (lots of cool shops, think of concept stores and gift shops)
El Raval (a bit alternative, you can find various graffiti paintings)
Barrio Gótico (basically the heart of the centre)
Touristic Things:
La Rambla (not very special to me, but it’s nice to have seen it)
Placa de Catalunya (if you want to see the busiest square and shopping streets of Barcelona, then definitely go here!)
La Sagrada Familia (the most famous church in Barcelona of course, if you are under 30 and go on a Sunday after 16:00, you’ll get a discount, which means you can visit the church, go up on one of the towers ánd get the audio guide for 15 euros)
Park Güel (there’s a free nature park, which is great to walk around, but also make sure you visit Park Güel and take a photo on the famous bench)
Placa d’Espanya (walk up the stairs for a view of Barcelona)
Magic fountain (near Placa d’Espanya, fountain show with lights and music)
Camp Nou, FC Barcelona game (even if you don’t like football, it still is cool to watch a FC Barcelona game and experience the atmosphere)
Do the Gaudi houses tour (on your own, for free, look it up on the web and give yourself a tour!)
Swim & Chill
Favourite beach: Playa del Bogatell (bit more quiet, more locals there, less annoying people who want to sell stuff and a cleaner sea)
Piscines municipales Montjuïc (the olympic swimming pools of Barcelona, great way to cool off and get an amazing view of the city. Make sure to bring your own drinks and food because there aren’t really food places nearby. It’s also a good idea to bring a hat because there aren’t many shadow places.)
Parc de la Creueta del Coll (beautiful parc with small pool/lake, a lot of locals with small kids go there)
Vintage shops and markets:
Lost & Found Market (basically a big flea market, I wasn’t a big fan of it)
Two Market (everything only costs 1 euro, but the entrance fee is also 1 euro, if you go early you can definitely find something cool and cheap)
You will find most vintage shops on Carrer Tallers, like: Holala vintage, Flamingo, Flamingos vintage kilo, etc.
If you’re looking for new and second hand vinyl or cds, go to Revolver Records on Carrer dels Tallers 11. They also sell band shirts.
Palo Alto Market (great market every Saturday and Sunday with food trucks, clothing, lifestyle goods, live music and much more!)
Nature & Sights
Ciutadella park (a lot of green, also a lot of people who do work-outs there)
The Montjuïc (one of the most famous hills in Barcelona, there are also a lot of touristic things to visit there, my recommendation is to go to the Teleferico Barceloneta and take the cable car to the Montjuïc)
Tibidabo (visit the Basílica and go up on the tower for a fantastic view)
Bunker El Carmel (it is quite a walk, bring some food and drinks, go in the late afternoon and have a nice picnic while watching the sunset)
Parc del Laberint d’Horta (nature park to walk around, which also features a maze!)
Food & Drinks
En Ville (very fancy menu del dia, if you’re into that)
La Tagliatella (good and cheap chain Italian food)
UDON (cheap fast food, asian style, go for their variation of the menu del dia)
Spice cafe (best carrot cake in town, seriously!!! Also try their homemade raspberry lemonade, it’s very refreshing)
Federal café (great for brunch, nice poached eggs, also a good place to work at)
Surf House (especially great in summer, after an afternoon at the beach, have the burger, fries and mayo-mango sauce or the phi phi salad!)
Eyescream and friends (very cute shaved ice cream with little eyes on them, you can choose the ice cream flavour and two toppings. It’s super yummy, they have cute branding and it’s very instagrammable!)
Bacoa (if you like eating burgers, this is the place to go to!)
Maka Maka (also a great burger place, with a very nice looking exterior)
La Boqueria Market (thé food market in Barcelona, definitely worth a visit, buy a cup of fruit or a smoothie or try a macaron ice cream sandwich from MIMA Ice Cream)
Brunch & Cake (delicious and extremely good looking brunch food! They have two locations, one by the sea and one in the city. Be sure to come early, because it gets very busy and you’ll have to wait in line to get a table)
FOC BCN (great latin food and cocktails, but make sure to tell the staff if you don’t like coriander)
Cosmo bar (very hip and trendy looking bar with great food, amazing cakes and nice coffee & juices)
Café Cometa (same owners as Cosmo bar, same hip-trendy-quirky restaurant, but with more light and it’s a bit more relaxed. Try the munch brunch, you can assemble your own brunch plate)
Chök the Chocolate Kitchen (amazing donuts and cronuts, they have two locations, but not a lot of seats, mainly focused on take-away, try the Kinder bueno donut)
Trópico (healthy and tropical foods and AMAZING juices and smoothies, try the smoothie with pink dragon fruit!)
Ice Wave (they take cream, add your toppings and create it into ice-cream rolls, which is already a show to watch on its own, they also sell fantastic ice-cream crepes)
Gaudí Bakery (incredible cakes, also great to take-away, try the Red Velvet!)
Can Dendê (Very cute little brunch/lunch place, try the pink lemonade, bagel with salmon and waffle fries)
El Nacional BCN (bit more expensive, but definitely the most beautiful eating place with multiple restaurants inside, especially magical around Christmas time)
Granja Petitbo (restaurant with a vintage and hip looking decor, try the waffle with cheese, chicken, spinach and strawberries)
Syra Coffee (brilliant coffee, kind baristas and amazing sweet goods from Lukumas)
Flax & Kale (worth a visit for the healthy food lovers, try the pink salmon burgers, coconut yoghurt with fruit and granola or the banana bread, or ALL OF THEM)
Tapas tour (book yourself a tapas tour and learn more about the history and culture of Barcelona, while eating tapas at various places)
Museums and Art
MACBA Museu d’Art Contemporani (Keith Haring mural
Museu Picasso (
Disseny Hub Barcelona (if you’re into design, then go here! From graphic design to furniture, there often also are cool exhibitions)
Google online for a free street art tour (or find a tour yourself and go explore the city!)
CCCB (museum with contemporary art, last time I was there, they had three exhibitions going on, very interesting!)
On Placa d’Isidre Nonell, there’s a mural of two lips kissing each other, made out of small photos: “The sound of a kiss is not as loud as that of a canon, but its echo lasts a great deal longer.”
Clubs, bars and parties
Brunch in the park/Brunch in the city (in the summer, there’s brunch in the park on the Montjuïc, which is really cool, in the winter it’s in the city, most of the time in Poble de Espanyol)
Sala Apolo (a lot of events, but especially concerts, I went to Allah-Las for example, very authentic venue)
Paradiso (if you go through the vintage fridge doors, you’ll find yourself a secret bar with amazing cocktails! Try the pineapple one)
Shôko (club which often has R&B, hiphop and classics playing)
The Lime House (cheap and strong mojitos)
The George Payne (Irish bar for a night of karaoke, they also sell a cheap black-out tray for 20 euros you’ll get: 2x Sex on the Beach, 2x Sangria, 1 caraffe of Vodka + Redbull, 2 shots Jäeger, 2 shots Tequila and 2 shots Sambucca)
Pacha (club if you’re more into techno/deep house)

#car #auto #másqueclásicosyogui #classic #classiccars #classiccar #autohistory #carhistory #conceptcars #fordwagon #fordwagons #wagon #conceptwagon #fordconcept #fordconceptcar @ford_mx https://www.instagram.com/p/B8_1uQ1nxO2/?igshid=19qukce7y6wp7

Get some Euro euphoria with 5 classic Super Cup games
Liverpool and Chelsea are in Istanbul to contest the 2019 UEFA Super Cup Final. The original format started in 1972 when the European Cup winners took on the Cup Winners Cup champions in a two-legged tie, but since 1998, the match has become a straight shoot-out between the Champions League kings and the Cup Winners Cup/ UEFA Cup/Europa League winners.
Over its 47-year history, the contest, despite having its detractors, has thrown up the odd memorable moment as we look back at five of the best matches from the competition.
Undated: Kevin Keegan in action for SV Hamburg during a German League match. Mandatory Credit: Allsport
Make it a really super cup with a winning bet on Paddypower.com
LIVERPOOL v HAMBURG 1977
England superstar Kevin Keegan had signed off at Liverpool in Jubilee year by helping the Merseyside club lift their first-ever European Cup on an unforgettable night in Rome’s Olympic Stadium in May. Keegan had already decided to go in search of a new adventure and the football world was stunned when he announced that he was off to Germany to play for Hamburg. When he arrived at the Bundesliga club as their only foreign export, complete with new bubble perm and a top-ten single, the rest of the squad looked upon the Englishman as a bit of a flash, fancy dan sort of guy, and the player whose nickname was Mighty Mouse found himself ostracised from the rest of the team.
Incredibly, his first competitive game for his new side saw Keegan come up against his former employers in the Super Cup and after a 1-1 draw at the Volkparkstadion, KK was given a hero’s welcome in the second-leg back at Anfield. 90 minutes and six goals later, Keegan was left wondering what the hell he’d got himself into as his Hamburg side were ripped apart by a rampant Reds side who proved beyond any doubt who were the best side in Europe in the late 1970s.

ASTON VILLA V BARCELONA 1982
The 1982 Super Cup Final actually took place in 1983, January to be precise as European Cup winners Aston Villa took on Catalan giants Barcelona. The English side were unlucky to be beaten by a single goal in a vicious first-leg at the Camp Nou and the return at Villa Park a week later with Barca unable to call upon Diego Maradona due to illness, turned into one of the most memorable matches the famous old stadium has ever seen. With just ten minutes remaining and the sides locked a 0-0, Gary Shaw, who looked like he should have been fronting Brummie super-group Duran Duran instead of playing football, pulled Villa level to send the Holt End delirious.
The game had once again been a bad-tempered affair with vendettas carried over from the match in Catalonia with Barcelona deciding that brutality was their best form of defence and kicking anything that moved in a claret and blue jersey. Ten minutes into extra-time Gordon “Sid” Cowans gave Villa the advantage and five minutes later, big Scottish defender Ken McNaught put the result beyond doubt. After his defensive partner and fellow countryman Allan Evans saw red along with Barcelona’s Julio Alberto, Villa decided to spend the second-half of extra-time taking the piss which enraged the visitors even more; the final straw coming when goalkeeper Urruti decided to show his arse to the officials to earn himself a five-match ban.
youtube
CHELSEA V REAL MADRID 1998
By the end of the last century, UEFA officials were fed up of the two-legged format nonsense so they decided to make the Super Cup a one-off game. The only decision now was to select a venue and a date with some maestro in the planning department suggesting the match be played in an exotic location at the same time as the draw for the group stages of the Champions League.
The venue would be a car park in Monaco called the Stade Louis II which housed around 15000 fans at most and which would be home to the trophy for the next 14 years. Just over 11K turned up to see the inaugural game in 1998 between Real Madrid and Chelsea, which the English side won thanks to an 83rd-minute goal from substitute Gus Poyet and which up until now, remains the West London side’s only success in the competition. The after-show party back at the Presidential Palace of Prince Albert II was thought to have had no bearing on the choice of venue.

MANCHESTER UNITED V LAZIO 1999
12 months later and the car park was almost full to capacity as treble winners Manchester United took on Lazio. United boss Sir Alex Ferguson spent almost half his career trying to tempt Chilean striker Marcelo Salas to come to Old Trafford and the player added more salt to the wound when he bagged the only goal of the game just after the half-hour mark to give the Italian side the cup.
The fact that United players had been partying since their dramatic Champions League Final win on May 29 against Bayern Munich didn’t help, as pundits across the country salivated at the fact that the club’s domestic dominance could be coming to an end; Ferguson’s side would end the 1999-2000 season as champions once again, winning the title by 18 points.
youtube
BARCELONA V SEVILLE 2015
Four of the last five Super Cups have been won by Spanish sides and in 2015, Barcelona and Sevilla were involved in a nine-goal thriller in what until now, has been the best match in the competition’s history. Unai Emery’s team were one-up inside three minutes thanks to a superb free-kick from Ever Banega before Lionel Messi drew Barca level four minutes later with another spectacular place-kick. The Argentine superstar repeated the act nine minutes later and the Champions League winners were 3-1 ahead at the interval thanks to a Rafinha goal on the stroke of half-time.
Luis Suarez added a fourth on 52 minutes so it was game over…right? Wrong; Jose Antonio Reyes, Kevin Gameiro (penalty) and Yevhen Konoplyanka brought Emery’s side back into the contest and they looked to have the momentum going into the extra 30 minutes. Hindsight is a wonderful thing however and Arsenal fans would probably now say “told you so” when substitute Pedro got on the end of another Messi free-kick five minutes from time to take the cup back to Catalonia.
Liverpool to win and both teams to score is 2/1 at PaddyPower.com

1934 Ford Coupe (Frostburg, MD) $35,000 obo
You are looking at a very clean '34, built to excellent quality standards all the way down to custom fabricated brackets. Sprayed in a beautiful blue two tone coat the exterior creeps inside to a grey leather interior which fails to disappoint. Powered by a 400ci v8 and a Turbo 350 Automatic transmission, power nor reliability will be a concern as the vehicle has less than 1k miles since completion. Features include but are not limited to power locks, Am/Fm, Cd, A/c, Heat, new tires, a mildly built engine with a 4bbl, a new radiator with an electric fan. Everything on this vehicle is like new, it has been meticulously maintained and garage kept since the recent restoration.

Lancia Dilambda Coupé de Ville - 1930 by Perico001 The Dilambda, longer than 5 meters, was the Lancia flagship until 1931, when the Astura was introduced. Initially designed for the rich American market, the car was modified for the European market and presented at the 1929 Paris Motor Show. As opposed to the previous monocoque Lambda, the Dilambda had a classic separated chassis, with independent wheel front axle, fitted with the V8 cylinder engine already used on the previous Trikappa. The Dilambda chassis was appreciated for its drive specification, performances, comfort and running silence. It was adopted by the greatest independent bodybuilders in Italy (Pinin Farina, Castagna, Cesare Sala, Stabilimenti Farina) and abroad, to create beautiful bodyworks able to fulfil every need, as the Castagna coupè de ville shown in the museum. It has been the subject of an accurate restoration to recreate at the interior the warm and elegant atmosphere of those years. 3.960 cc V8 100 bhp @ 4.000 rpm Vmax : 120 km/h 1.685 ex. Mustang Shelby: tudo sobre as versões especiais do clássico americano
Estes carros eram baseados no Mustang 1971.

Hotel Review: Sunborn Super Yacht, Gibraltar
It may be located on the south coast of Spain but Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory, known as The Rock thanks to its terrain – Rock of Gibraltar – its viability as a holiday destination has been hampered by the lack of a truly world class hotel in recent years.
However it now looks as though that problem may have been solved. Say hello to the Sunborn, the world’s first luxury super yacht hotel.
Permanently docked in the heart of Gibraltar’s Ocean Village marina development, the 142m long Sunborn offers five star guest rooms and suites across seven floors. There’s also a casino, top floor restaurant, pool bar, spa and fitness centre.
For the first time visitors to Gibraltar can now enjoy “Britain in the Sun” in style.
Who For?
Sunborn Yacht Hotel – reception
British holidaymakers, in particular, looking for a short break will appreciate the low cost flights available from Manchester, Birmingham and several London airports direct into Gibraltar. This makes a stay at Sunborn a realistic option for anyone who has ever dreamed of staying aboard a super yacht but felt it might be out of their budget.
It starts with a walk along the red carpet that runs up to the reception entrance where a glitzy, glamorous floating hotel experience is available at a relatively affordable price.  It may well be the perfect choice for a romantic sunshine getaway.
It’s also superbly located for exploring everything that Gibraltar has to offer.
Accommodation
Sunborn Yacht Hotel – accommodation
The Sunborn has 189 guest rooms and suites, offering sea, marina and rock views.
Each spacious room has wall to wall, floor-to-ceiling windows that allow in lashings of daylight and lead out on to a generous private terrace or balcony.
Push the boat out and stay in one of the Sunborn’s 18 luxury suites. Each suite has panoramic views, polished timber sundecks and bespoke furnishings creating an impressive five star finish.
Facilities
Sunborn Yacht Hotel – sundeck
Situated at the stern of the yacht, the Sunborn’s sundeck is an ideal setting for a relaxing afternoon of sunbathing and sipping cocktails under Gibraltar’s clear blue skies. Or dip into the infinity pool and peer out over the marina below.
If that doesn’t sound tranquil enough, you can also treat yourself to a pampering session in the Sunborn’s Infinity Spa, which offers a wide range of massage, facial and holistic treatments.
You can also burn off those excess holiday calories in the gym, enjoy a spin in the casino and party the night away at the onboard La Sala nightclub and bar.
Food and Drink
Sunborn Yacht Hotel – food
The top deck Sky Bar offers some of the best views in Gibraltar and is the ideal spot to enjoy an afternoon cocktail or pre-dinner drinks.
Wander along to the front of the yacht where you’ll find the newly opened Wheelhouse Bar, serving up an extensive selection of champagne and champagne cocktails.
If you’re feeling hungry there’s classic Mediterranean style cuisine with a contemporary twist to be had in the Sky Restaurant. Salads, soups and fresh fish are all available along with mouthwatering cuts straight from the grill, including the excellent Galician fillet steak.
The Sky Restaurant also offers an outstanding daily brunch with a wide variety of fresh, seasonal choices available.
What’s nearby?
Gibraltar
Gibraltar has nature reserves, botanical gardens, panoramic vistas of Morocco from the summit of the Rock, sandy beaches, watersports and, of course, the Barbary Macaques – mainland Europe’s only wild monkey population.
There’s also dolphin sightseeing tours, ancient limestone caves to explore and rich military history all within a 2.6 square mile area.
A trip to the Upper Rock Nature reserve, where you’re pretty much guaranteed to have a close encounter with one of the Rock’s resident primates is an absolute must.  Mini bus tours of the Rock are readily available, while you can also opt to take a cable car up to the top and explore it for yourself.

High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Article 39, New Civil Code of the Philippines
Article 39: The following circumstances, among others, modify or limit capacity to act:  age, insanity, imbecility, the state of being a deaf-mute, penalty, prodigality,  family relations, alienage, absence, insolvency, and trusteeship.
A married woman, twenty-one years of age or over, is qualified for all civil acts of civil life, except in cases specified by law. (As repealed by the Family Code and RA 6809, where the age of majority now is 18 years.)
This article includes not only provide the restrictions or limitations but also those circumstances that modify the capacity to act under the law.
The consequences of the circumstances of these are governed in this Code, other codes, the Rules of Court, and in special laws. It also asserts that the capacity to act is not limited on account of religious belief or political opinion.
Restrictions on the capacity to act:
1.Minority/Age: The age of majority is 18 years. (RA 6809). Therefore,  minors cannot give consent to contracts.
Illustration 1:
If A and B are both minors. A sold his car to B for 400, 000.00. A delivered it and B paid.  The contract is unenforceable.
Article 1403 of the New Civil Code NCC, one of the classics of an unenforceable contract is where both parties are incompetent to give consent. But the contract can be cleansed of its defect when their parents or guardians ratify the same. (Art. 1407, NCC)
Illustration 2:
A minor sold his car to B, a person of age. B paid A and A delivered the car to B. This contract is voidable.
If one of the parties to a contract is incapable of giving consent, the contract is voidable(Art. 1390, NCC). But if the parents or guardian of the said incompetent party would ratify the same, it is cleansed of its defect from the moment of signing or perfection of the contract of the minor.
In both cases, there is a restriction of capacity to act, yet the law recognizes effects of the said contracts.
Mercado and Mercado v. Espiritu, 37 Phils. 215, minors stated that they were of legal age when they entered into a contract of sale. The truth is that they were not of legal age. They could not be permitted to excuse themselves from the fulfillment of their obligation. This is so because of the principle of estoppel.
Domingo Mercado and Josefa Mercado, plaintiffs-appellants, v. Jose Espiritu, administrator of the estate of the deceased Luis Espiritu, defendant-appellee, G.R. No. L-11872, December 1, 1917
Perfecto Salas Rodriguez for appellants.
Vicente Foz for defendant-appellee.
Facts:
This is an appeal by the bill of exceptions, filed by the counsel for the plaintiffs from the judgment of September 22, 2018, in which the judge of the Seventh Judicial District dismissed the complaint filed by the plaintiffs and order them to keep perpetual silence in regard to the litigated land, and to pay costs of the suit.
By a complaint dated April 9, 1913, counsel for Domingo and Josefa Mercado brought suit in the Court of First Instance (now RTC) of Bulacan, against Luis Espiritu, but, as the latter died soon thereafter, the complaint was amended by being directed against Jose Espiritu in his capacity of his administrator of the estate of the deceased Luis Espiritu.
Luis Espiritu entered into a contract of sale with the heirs of his sister Margarita: Domingo and Josefa Mercado, who pretended to be of legal age to give their consent to a contract of sale of the land that they inherited from their Mother Margarita.
The siblings Domingo and Josefa sought for the annulment of the said contract alleging that they were of minor age during the perfection of contract.
Issue: Whether or not the deed of sale is valid when the minors presented themselves to be of legal age at the time of perfection of the contract.
Ruling:
The Court ruled that the contract of sale is VALID even if it were made and entered into by minors, who pretended to be of legal age.
The ruling was in accordance with the provisions of the law on the doctrine of estoppel and sec. 6 (a) Rule 123 which states that 'Whenever a party has, in its declaration, an act or an omission, intentionally or deliberately led another party to believe a particular thing to be true, and to act upon such belief, he cannot, in any litigation arising of such declaration, be permitted to falsify it.'
Furthermore, the sale of the real estate made by a minor who pretended to be of legal age, when in fact, he is not, is VALID, and he will not be permitted to excuse himself from the fulfillment of the obligations contracted by him or to have it annulled. The judgment that holds such sale to be valid and absolves the purchaser from the complaint filed against him does not violate laws relative to the sale of minor's property, nor the judicial rules established in consonance therewith.
The fact that a minor at the time of entering into a contract falsely represented to the person with whom he dealt that he had attained the age of majority will create an estoppel against the infant/minor, the other party had a good reason to believe that the minor is capable of contracting.
2. Sickness: An insane or demented person or a deaf-mute who does not know how to read and write may not give consent to a contract (Art. 1372 [2] NCC).
3. Penalty:
During the service of a sentence of an accused by imprisonment of 12 yrs & 1 day or more, the court may limit the accused's capacity to act or deprive him of some of his rights herein referred to as Civil Interdiction (the state of deprivation by the court of a person’s right)
Civil Interdiction deprives the offender during the time of his sentence of the rights  of :
        a.) parental and/or marital authority;
        b.) guardianship to person or property;
        c.) the right to manage his property;
d.) the right to dispose of such property by any act or conveyance (i.e. he cannot donate) inter vivos.
4. Prodigality
The state of squandering money or property with a morbid desire to prejudice the heirs of a person.
5. Alienage
Aliens cannot acquire land in the Philippines
No private lands shall be transferred or conveyed except to individuals, corporations, or associations qualified to acquire or hold land of public domain. (Sec. 7, Art. XII, 1987 Constitution)
(Cheesman v. CA- a foreigner who marries a Filipino  and out of conjugal funds, a private property is acquired, such cannot form part of their community of property because the foreigner is disqualified from acquiring lands in the Phils. Dura lex sed lex
6. Absence
When a person disappears from his domicile, his whereabouts being unknown, he is considered as absent [Art. 382 NCC]. The court can appoint an administrator at the instance of an interested person, a relative or a friend. However, it is not absolute such that the person may still recover his rights should he appear. In fact, if someone can prove that he acquired the title over his properties under administration, the administration would cease.
7.Insolvency or trusteeship
•If declared insolvent, one cannot dispose of his properties existing at the time of the commencement of the proceedings for insolvency.
•No payments of property or credit can be made to him (Sections 18 and 24, Act No. 56)
8. Family Relations
By reason of public policy, where the possibility  that one may exert undue influence over the other, the ff restrictions are applied:
A husband and wife cannot donate to one another. This extends to the common-law relationship  (Art. 87, family code); or cannot sell to one another, as a rule, except in cases where they are governed by complete separation of property regime or when there is the separation of properties during the marriage;
Husband and wife cannot enter into a universal partnership of all properties (Art. 1782, NCC)
The law also declares the following void marriages:
a.) Those contracted among relatives in the direct line, whether legitimate or illegitimate (Art.37 Family Code); or
b.) Those in the collateral line up to the fourth civil degree of consanguinity (Art. 38, Family Code).
9. Deaf-mute
A person who is blind or deaf cannot be a witness in a will (Art. 820 NCC)
But a deaf-mute may execute a will (Art. 807, NCC) or
A blind person can execute a will ( Art. 808, NCC)
On the other hand, POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS BELIEF does not affect the capacity to act. In fact, sec. 5, Art. III, 1987 Constitution provides that no religious test is required for the exercise of civil or political rights.
