Here it is! The Common Lives & Royal Ties Prologue-Chapter 4 recap!

This is essentially just the main storyline, there are a few extras and side stories that have been scrapped, some are still canon but I’ll sort those at a later date!

It’s very condensed but any questions I’ll try an answer ofc.

But yeah! If you’ve read the previous chapters and notice an inconsistency here that means it’s been retconned or edited. It might be confusing but I don’t think anything I changed was like, extreme? In terms of the overall current story?

But good for them Spencer is the OG, my homeboy, my rotten soldier. He's my sweet cheese.

1. He is fluent in French (first language), Simlish, German, Japanese and Romanian. 3 of those because they’re the native languages of his love interests lmao. He may be trying to learn Spanish 👀

2. He is the second born of four siblings. Despite him being 6 and 9 years older than his younger brother and sister, growing up he was much closer to them than his older brother Hugo, who was only 2 years older.

3. He is still considered a prince, legally and all that, though he doesn’t use the title and discourages others from doing so.

4. He was a tennis pro in his youth, and probably would have kept it up at university if he went, maybe not as a full professional but as a hobby. Unfortunately false accusations and a 10 year prison sentence got in the way of that.

5. As horrible as it sounds he does regret marrying Lillian. The only thing he wouldn’t change was having his kids, he would have like them with someone else though.

I’m still on cc hiatus but I’m working on my story stuff for a time being (building a buffer because I liked the consistency lol) and I’m gonna be cheeky and retcon/change a bunch of stuff in the past SO if you’ve read pre-chapter 5 some of it was a fever dream! If you’ve only started from chapter 5 then no need to worry lmao

I’m gonna do some summery panels of the main events post changes so it might be easier to grasp lol

Changes mainly because at the time I didn’t realise how long this whole thing would last, so some things were set up as endgame situations? (Mainly the outcome of the vampire/spellcaster war) And just overall rushed to fuck lol

If anyone is curious about how my world is set up, here's a map!

I've based it on the The World Is Your Oyster map from DU!

I group most of my kingdom places based on what the world itself is based on, or general vibes for the older pack worlds which have no known theme.

Most of my sims you'll see at the moment are from Ruisseau du Saule (Willow Creek), Windenburg and SimNation. I really want an African inspired world so I can make Dakari like an actual place (at the moment I use Strangerville as a backdrop but it's just not right). And just an African world in general because there is nothing, literally nothing for Africa.

I tried to add as many past game worlds that had physical version or something more substantial than being mentioned a single time in text
