I'm taking a cnc (computer numerical control) machining class at college and I don't think I'm gonna get over the innuendo. I heard the phrase "balls in the cnc machine" today and thought waoow.... what a beautiful world. Sorry this ask is pretty pointless but I'm obsessed with that wolf/bunny cnc concept and the snake/bunny one

I had so much fun writing both of those! I don't think I've shown how much I like nagas on this account, but they are one of my favorite flavors of monster, so getting to dip my toes in it for Shigadabi was a delight!

Oh my gosh injection molding is so cool! They're how Legos are made! Hence this going on my Ninjago blog lol. Legos are injection molded abs plastic! And are basically a miracle toy because 90 degree angles are almost fucking impossible to make! Much less with such perfect tolerances that are so consistently good!!!! Injection molding is super expensive to make molds for because you need to mill/CNC (computer numerically controlled, not the other thing) a block of solid metal to make it and that shit gets expensive fast. I think it's why kits with special parts are more expensive. But when something is mass-produced, it ends up being super profitable in the long-run!!! And is also just!!! Cool as hell!!!!

Who has dropped quarters in one of these babies and watched the miracle of plastic injection molding produce a hot souvenir for you while you wait?
