Commitment is the glue that binds you to your goal!

This month's focus is on commitment. I enjoyed reading Jan Gordon's article, Top Ten Truths About Commitment. I appreciate her stance that commitment is "when there's a concurrency between intent, words, and action." That is a great concept but how do you get to the point where there is concurrency between what you want to do, what you say you are going to do and the action you need to take to get it done?
