Hello!!! This is my submission for the #CODMCallingCardContest I got to choose from the Operators listed and IMMEDIATELY decided on Battery since she was my favorite operator from BO4. I saw that we couldn't have any violence or weapons etc....and that kind of makes it hard to do a COD themed piece sometimes; but when I thought of some fun summer themed Ideas I thought of windsurfing! The thrilling and somewhat dangerous nature of it in a beautiful setting was a great visual in my mind. I heavily focused on the Skin the Operator example was given in and used that to design a swimsuit to go with it. I personally love how it turned out and I feel proud of what I was able to accomplish with this. I even threw in a few cute little sea creatures for fun as well. I hope it is well received and enjoyed and I hope it could have a good shot at being a winner! Thanks all and much love!!!

"LONGSHOT" One Page Proposal [my submission for WB's Directors Workshop back in June '16. I'll be posting my entire pitch/submission in pieces] Here are the requirements my entry had to meet. My philosophy as an artist is that the art trumps all. The entrepreneur in me however smells blood in the water in the industry. The interior of a mech cockpit allowed me to best utilize the 2-4 day on lot shooting schedule. I choose to go with a singular protagonist to focus my sole effort on one actress/one performance. There is little to no exterior shots of the mech or the battle prior to the beginning of the story to accommodate shooting schedule and budget. ***"What should I submit for a Short Film Proposal?"
The short film can be any genre but must be an original idea. A few important things in mind: 1. You must achieve principal photography over the course of approx. 4 days or less. 2. All photography of the short film must be achieved on the Warner Bros. back lot (i.e. it is possible to use sound stages and create a number of interiors, but you will not be able to shoot new material of exteriors that require you or your crew to travel off of the WB back lot). 3. The runtime of the film must be no less than 7 minutes. 4. The entire budget for the short film must not exceed $100,000(USD) This is a creative pursuit, so please feel free to be creative. A few suggestions: In a concise way, try to describe the tone, themes, and aspirations of the film. You might also provide information that convey to us your key characters, overall plot, story beats, setting, and visuals. I’m starting an art challenge/contest!

Take a random object in your house and create a character based on it!

RULES:

1)  Post your submission, including a pic of your object and your artwork by reblogging this post AND/OR tagging me in the description

2) Use the #athinasartchallenge so i can make sure to find your work quick!

3) Final submission must be a complete artwork (not just a sketch), including color (as this is a major part of character design)

4) Any medium can be used, digital or traditional!

5) Have your artwork posted by April 10!

For the most part, this is just for you guys to have fun with drawing and design, as well as share your creativity and art (I also love to see your guys’s artwork so this is a little self indulgent). If you’d like to participate in the contest aspect, also include the #contestsubmission. I will select a winner from these submissions by April 11. That individual and their artwork will be featured on my blog and they will receive a custom digital artwork from me of anything of their choosing (nothing above “PG-13 rating”).
