But then that begs the question of what qualifies as ‘unfinished business’ - like what if you consider your business unfinished but whatever higher being doesn’t so you’re denied the chance to be a ghost and finish it. I’d be pissed.” The ghost (ironically) of a smile drifted across Sloane’s face as she thought about scaring he living shit out of everyone - now that was something she’d get on board with. “What would be your go to party trick? In terms of scaring the shit out of people? Assuming those aren’t the only way to get peoples attention.” It was a stupid conversation really but having it was actually allowing Sloan to get out of her own head a little for a while so she’d take it. 

“Huh? Oh…no I’m paying literally no attention to them at all. They’re talking about mermaid’s now? Little off topic for a ghost tour but go off I guess.” She chuckled, remembering how much she wanted to be a mermaid when she was a really little kid, swimming around in her family’s pool pretending to be Ariel. Convinced she was one of her sisters because of their red hair. @mikeyxcallahan

"No I just mean it would make sense that not every single person who dies becomes a ghost if the unfinished business thing were true. Like, not everyone could possibly have unfinished business, you know?" Mikey laughed when the woman mentioned ghosts being assholes and she shook her head. "Admittedly, I think if I were a ghost I would be so bored I'd try to entertain myself by scaring the living like that. But maybe making noises and making things fall are their only way to get people's attention. It's possible. I mean, anything is, right? I just wish I had some proof. I'm very much the type of person who has to see it to believe it. I guess that's kind of why I decided to go on this tour. Maybe we'll see something."

Then the redhead was asking about the merfolk and Mikey couldn't help but laugh again. "Are you not paying attention?" She nodded at the tour guide. "That's what people say they see at the docks here. Merfolk. I don't believe it for a second, but middle school me would have loved the idea of merfolk being in Aurora Bay."

Something I like about Leo is that he’s honestly really chill? It’s easy to remember the moments where he’s being obnoxious or excitable but I feel like most of the time he’s incredibly “go with the flow” and has an overall affable demeanor.

Based on a convo that I had with a friend haha.

I've always seen anger as a very useful emotion, something keeps you safe. When in excess it can be negative, but otherwise it's just a feeling that tells you, "Hey, this is unfair." or "Hey, I don't like this."

My friend is kind of rediscovering allowing herself to be angry at things, and so she's just kinda taken to telling me when she's angry. I on the other hand, am very rarely angry. So I just kinda like the emotion, I find it refreshing to be angry.

Being angry can make you feel really empowered.

anyway my theories for the bear are: that season 4 will end like season 1--with them announcing the closing of the bear/the beef and the upcoming opening of something new/the bear, that we will find out that Mikey was the one who told Claire about the name of the restaurant being the bear (mb thru a convo btwn Richie and carmy) and this will be the final straw in the clusterfuck of their relationship, at one point carmy will try to burn down the bear, and that Richie will get tickets to go see Taylor Swift with his daughter idk

Mikey and Rae sat outside Cuppa Caupona. The gentle hum of conversation and the clinking of cups provided a familiar atmosphere for him. Each had just been given their drink of choice when Mikey shifted nervously in his seat, "Uh, yeah, so Rae," he began, his voice earnest yet tinged with apprehension, "You've probably heard about the fire that had started in the, um, forest, by now, right? The one everyone's been talking about?" he hesitated, the gravity of his confession hanging in the air between them. "Well, I sort of... I kind of lit it." He confessed, his tone laced with regret at his accidental actions. "You might have already guessed it was me. I don't know if you hear there was a fire and immediately thought about me because I assume most people do, but, uh, I just had to get that off my chest," He confessed. "...I guess I've learned that it's better to be honest with your friends about the things you're doing." He explained and fiddled with his to-go cup full of coffee. ( @trashydemigodmess )
