Hey y'all, I'm going to Castlepoint Anime Convention this coming weekend and I just had question about cosplay stuff.

I'm doing a cosplay of a character that's bare chested, but I'm trans so obvs I'm gonna wear a nude binder. Is this, like, okay? Idk if this Is a big deal bc people cos kill la kill which has some pretty revealing (tho pretty rad deisgned) clothes so I feel like it's not a huge deal but I'm still anxious so???? Any feedback is appreciated!!!!

Motherhood as always been a strong facet of conservatism for women. It’s used as a way to assert that policies are protecting the young, the innocent. Loesch approached the CNN town hall the other day in a relatively calm fashion, where she asserted that she wanted to protect the kids and fight for them. She asserted that she was out to keep them safe, a goal that sometimes forms the rationale for her policy stances regarding guns.

But that only works for so long. Loesch has become a more prominent figure lately, appearing regularly on NRATV, on Fox News, at CPAC. She has hundreds of thousands of Twitter followers, giving the fascistic rhetoric she frequently uses more and more exposure. And with that level of exposure comes increased scrutiny. It was easy to see the difference between her calm and cool CNN town hall appearance and her unhinged and crazed CPAC appearance, where she asserted that the media loves mass shootings.

The issue now is that the dissonance is easier to see. When she told the Parkland students that she was there to protect them, they saw right through it. Emma González calls BS, and the rest of the country does too, as you can see with the push for companies to discontinue partnerships with the NRA.

Loesch says she’s a mother and that she’s there to help, but people don’t believe her anymore. They see her for what she is: theater. A paid actress who cares far more about her paycheck than the lives of children in schools.
