Jacob hums happily as he looks at the night sky through his binoculars, smiling by how beautiful it looked. He was also excited to find some Unidentified Flying Objects, or UFOs.

After a minute of looking around, he sets down his binoculars and sighs as he stretches. He grabs his plastic ziploc bag with his favorite snack inside, that his parents made him; Mini brownies with pecans.

"Way better than attending the party." He sighs, touching his scar.

(He's on a private California beach own by one of his family members, btw. He was invited by his cousins, but they do it to spite him.)

Kylo yawned as he reclined in the seat of the craft as Crux drove the ship. Both aliens looked at the sensor and smirked when they saw a signal of a human watching the sky. They moved the craft over the human and pulled him into the ship. "Hello sweet flower... you looking for something" Kylo spoke but as he didn't know English it sounded like gibberish.

Eiden sighs, "we love them very much. I also don't take kindly to bullies. I am not afraid to punch you." Crux was sharpening a dagger and Kylo was glaring daggers.

Oro turns into a big snake with a giant jaw. "I could eat you whole but you would taste like shit"

oh VERY important question. hmmmmmm if I had to pick THEE character that would be most likely to be attacked by a goose...this might sound like it's coming out of left field, but I think it'd be Caleb. he'd be the one feeding the ducks in a park and a goose would come over and he'd be like "oh look a goose! have some frozen peas!" (because you're not supposed to feed ducks bread, which Caleb would know) and Adam would be backing away saying "Caleb, don't feed that goose" and Caleb would be like "it'll be fine, look, it looks friendly" and Adam would say "IT'S NOT FRIENDLY" and Caleb would want to be nice to it anyway and then the goose would bite him

I think if there's anything you have to give My Hero Academia credit for, it's creating a Superman archetype who 100% lives up to him in every conceivable way. I've never seen another property so perfectly encapsulate what it is that makes Superman the hero and the icon that he is. All Might is genuinely one of the greats of the superhero setting.

just had to block someone on tik tok bc they said people give regulus lily’s personality & tweak it slightly and i want to scream 😭 bc no ?? i don’t think i’ve read many fics where they have similar personalities at all. if anything in aus or canon divergent fics i’ve seen their personalities clash before warming up to each other. like sure they might have overlapping character traits like enjoying reading & being studious but imo i think that’s where the similarities end. similarly i’ve also seen people say that about pandora & luna as well, that pandora is given luna’s personality in fics (although i do understand where it’s coming from, i do disagree w/ the sentiment). idk maybe it’s the fics i read or the characterizations i enjoy, but i would never say that any of them were “given” the other characters personality. i would love to hear your thoughts especially about pandora being “given” luna’s personality in fics but pls feel free to ignore me !!

luna and pandora i actually dont have many thoughts on?? i think i tend to characterise them quite similarly as well which i'm just noticing now !!

i think the big difference for me is how pandora died and how that plays into her personality? like i see her as a lot more headstrong and action-based than luna? not to say that luna doesn't do anything, but that pandora will rush into it regardless of visions etc and luna does it based on them ?? if that makes sense ??

eeeh, i really don't think so. first of all, it's a near direct callback to the other, gaster related quote, secondly, like i said, there's no reason to "beware of" papyrus. it's one of the first things the game/sans tells us about him. he tries to be dangerous, but he really isn't

hi! since you said 'demon' in singular i assume we're talking about the the squatting creature in the middle? (on wikipedia it says that this one is the devil, flanked by two demons.) i can't say that it reminds me of any particular demon/devil, but it also doesn't look atypical to me at all. demons/devils in medieval art come in all shapes, sizes and colours, and to my eyes this one just looks like another variation of the recurring 'themes' of demon depictions. here's the devil on another pillar of the same church:

so, he seems to have fur, a tail, wings, some kind of claws or paws for feet, relatively human hands, spiked hair, spiky ears and a kind of half-human/half-animalistic face. all of those features are very common in the demon/devil depictions i've come across.

just as a random example, here are some demons from a 15th c. bavarian manuscript that share a lot of the same features:

same goes for these two:

the squatting position as well as the facial expression kind of reminds me of this depiction of the devil in the 'livre de la vigne nostre seigneur' (france, c. 1450–1470):

all of the illustrations shown above were created several centuries later than the (early 12th c.) saint-pierre pillars though, i should add. you would have to ask somebody else if you're interested in an art-historical classification of the st.-pierre devil.

EDIT: i focused on the devil's phenotype, but i just saw on your blog that you're actually interested in the x-shaped cross he's holding, which the (german) wikipedia article calls "a symbol of death, with a tilted cross and dots in the triangular areas". i also have a hard time finding other references to this "symbol of death" anywhere, but in this list of cross symbols the "schrägkreuz" (english wiki calls it "saltire, also called saint andrew's cross or the crux decussata") is said to have originally symbolized the crossed logs of a sacrifical altar (for fire sacrifices) and is thus found in depictions of the sacrifice of isaac and in depictions of the widow of sarepta/zarephath. there seems to be more information on it this in this lexicon:
