About Noah "documents":

The first ID dates back to WWI. Until then people used passports! This in particular the passport allows the holder to travel on 'the Continent'. Since Noah told Alika and Ebenezer he came from Australia, Ebe made him the type of documents required by people wishing to travel in or migrate to Australia. This passport acted as an identity document, and illustrate how the requirement to provide proof of identity to government authorities in order to migrate has been a constant throughout Australian immigration history.

There was absolutely no need to attach a photo, I took the liberty of including it because I liked the idea!

You know how I’ve been writing this WIP for 5 years, and whenever people demand I give it a happy ending, I’ve said “I’ve been planning this ending from the beginning, I’m not pandering, if you want a perfect ending read a fluff fic, blah blah blah”?

Well i still think what I’ve had planned is good and it works for the characters, and makes sense with the story I’m telling but... God, I’m really becoming attached to this version of Rick and Kate now that I’m finally writing them togther. i want to give them a cheesy schmaltzy ending that doesn’t make sense. I probably won’t. I’ll probably stick to the plan. But God I love these two so much why can’t I just let them be happy?
