“Why are you next to me?” He frowned. “You know why, (Y/N), we need to talk.” Those were the words you’d be dreading.

Ever since the silverette had overheard you talking to Kurenai about your feelings for him, you’d been avoiding him. You’d succeeded for all of two days, a disappointing feat, but a feat nonetheless.

“I’m not having this conversation drunk,” you muttered. He chuckled darkly. “At least I know you’ll finally tell the truth.”

You fixed him with what was supposed to be a harsh scowl, but the liquor dimmed it down to a withering stare.

“You already heard the truth, Kakashi.” Suddenly his face was centimeters from yours, startling you. With your reflexes significantly slower than usual, you hardly had time to react when his lips landed on yours.

“Then you don’t mind this, right?” He murmured seductively against your lips. You shoved your inhibitions away, throwing yourself into the kiss.
